• Peter (8/5): Near Markets and bars - Very cosy but the bed is comfortable, Kitchen well stocked. Near bars, markets and supermarkets. Washing machine and laundry just down the street, where we dried our clothes. The entry was with our phone. Can be tricky if your phone isn’t working. The good thing is they do have keys once you get in. Although they do charge a €150 if you lose them.

• Alberto (1/5): Hospédate en la casa del terror - Nada No podía estar más sucio y las condiciones eran pésimas. No se parecía para nada al anuncio.

• Celeste (10/5): - Nos encantó la ubicacion, estaba cerca de todo, barrio tranquilo, facilidad para 3ntrar y salir y el apartamento tenia todo lo necesario. Lo unico que podria decir es que a la hora de ducharse, la persona 2 se empezó a quedarsin agua rapidamente
• Adriano (5/5): tranquillo a parte il dormire - Il divano letto era impossibile dormire, materasso inesistente, la sistemazione del letto in orizzontale, era una cosa oscena, se occupato da 2 persone, di notte per scendere dovevi svegliare l'atra persona. con il letto cosi sistemato consigliato per una persona. nelle indicazioni mancava il numero civico pertanto non facile da individuare. non mi è piaciuto il Letto Si faceva fatica ad aprire il portone di accesso forse perche era una copia
• Denise (10/5): Tranquilo y céntrico - Ubicado en un lugar súper céntrico, fácil de llegar a todo lado caminando o en metro. El espacio es perfecto para una persona sola o pareja, es seguro y muy tranquilo. Los hosts son súper amables, dispuestos a ayudar y la señora que ayuda con la limpieza es muy amable también. Súper agradecida porque pude dejar mi equipaje antes del check-in. Cuidaron muy bien de mí. El sistema de apertura de ambas puertas es un poco curioso al principio si nunca lo has usado pero lo entiendes muy fácil después del primer uso. Vojko estuvo súper atento a ayudar en caso de dudas.

• Luisa (7/5): Posizione perfetta ma occhio alla serratura - L'alloggio è centralissimo, non abbiamo avuto bisogno di neanche dei mezzi pubblici. La serratura smart è difettosa e abbiamo rischiato di perdere il volo, siamo rimasti chiusi in casa per 20 minuti.
• gaston (5/5): Bien pero podría ser mejor con un poco más de preocupación, no cuesta nada - Lo mejor la ubicación, un barrio atractivo y cerca de todo usando el metro Cuesta ubicar la dirección debido a que la numeración es un poco irregular, en las instrucciones para llegar estodebería estar mejor explicado o detallado, como por ejemplo dar referencias entre calle a y calle b, Luego el sistema de apertura remota no funcionó, hubo que esperar a una persona que llevara las llaves, el sistema en toda la estadía funcionó irregularmente. El departamento en general bien pero: el piso necesita un recambio, también el colchón, el baño bien pero la ducha está suelta. Lo otro, para quienes vayan en auto deben saber que necesariamente deben contratar un parking privado, si no multarán al coche y tendrán líos con la empresa de arriendo, esto también podría estar descrito en la página, no cuesta nada
• Desislava (8/5): - I recently stayed at an apartment in the very center of Madrid, and overall, it was a mixed experience. The location was fantastic—close to all the main sightseeing spots, which made exploring the city very convenient. The apartment itself was small, but it had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. However, we faced some issues during our stay. We had problems with the app that was supposed to be used for entering the apartment. As a result, an old lady had to come and unlock the door for us. Additionally, communicating with the host was frustrating because we were reached by different people on various platforms. This scattered communication was annoying and made resolving small issues more complicated than it needed to be. Another disappointment was the inconsistency in the information provided. One of the persons we spoke with initially told us they would book a taxi for our departure, but later, they told me that they do not offer taxi booking services. This lack of clarity added to our frustration. In summary, while the apartment’s location and basic amenities were excellent, the communication issues and logistical inconveniences somewhat marred the experience. We found the neighbors to be quite noisy, especially after 10 p.m. It was noticeable that the old lady living next to our apartment was often talking with another neighbor, and their conversations were audible from our place. This made it feel somewhat like living in a large, multi-room apartment where everything is easily heard. We would appreciate if measures could be taken to ensure a quieter environment during the late evening hours.

• Ana (5/5): - El sistema de abertura de puertas no funcionaba, perdimos la llave y al no funcionar la abertura de puertas por la aplicación tuvimos que llamar a la persona de contacto, la cual vino a traernos una llave, y nos cobró 40 euros por abrirnos la puerta. En efectivo y sin recibo. .

• America (10/5): - La casa estaba bastante céntrica, pequeña pero acogedora, con todo lo necesario.Yo fui solo a dormir pues íbamos a conocer Madrid,con 2 paradas de metro bastante cercas con conexión a casi todos los sitios,y caminando llegabas a gran Vía,e incluso a Chueca. Sin duda la recomiendo. Todo perfecto

• Kara (7/5): Great apartment for short stay - Location is pretty good, we walked to most attractions. Atocha Train station 15 minute walk. Apartment is good size for 2 people. Kitchen had everything we needed in it. Stove, microwave, kettle, toaster. Owner communicated in Spanish on booking.com, English on WhatsApp . Lift was great to have in building because it’s on 3rd floor. Lots of restaurants cafes, bars and supermarkets very close. Has washing machine. Would stay again for a short stay It was a little hard to find property at first and electronic link to get in was a little difficult to figure out at first, but once we figured it out it was ok. ( not very tech savvy)Garbage bin very small and extra garbage bags required for more than 1 night stays. Shower/bathroom quite small

• Pelly (9/5): - The place is cozy and lovely. Clean and with everything thing that I need. There are many nice restaurants and cafes nearby and also a supermarket. But the road is a bit steep if you carry a big luggage. The elevator was broken on the day of check out, oops.

• Tami (10/5): Para repetir ;) - Encantadas!!! 4 noches pasamos allí 2 personas. Apartamento pequeño pero con todo lo necesario. Cama cómoda, buena presión de agua en todos los grifos, el aire acondicionado funcionaba perfecto. Calle tranquila y silenciosa, ubicación estupenda, si subías la calle estaba la estación de metro y si girabas el cantón un carrefour express que abre todos los días. Por poner un pero eché de menos una cafetera de cápsulas.

Trata-se de um pequeno apartamento com cozinhar na, mas não tem tachos, panelas ou frigideiras, ligo não dá para cozinhar… O sistema de check-in é complicado e os funcionários não atendem o telemóvel para auxiliar o processo de check-in.

• Francesco (8/5): Ottimo soggiorno a Madrid - Zona molto centrale e neanche molto affollata con poco rumore, appartamento con tutto il necessario nonostante gli spazi ridotti. Da rivedere il check-in a distanza, dal sito indicatomi dall'host la porta non si apriva nonostante fossi davanti

• PABLO ANIBAL (10/5): - El apartamento es muy acogedor, la atención de Eloísa y su equipo es excepcional. Muy recomendable.
• Peter (8/5): A comfortable apartment - It’s a bed sit apartment so everything is in the one space. I believe it measures about 4 by 5 metres. It was quite adequate for a one person stay and suit 2 people if you were not in the room much, which I guess is what will be happening if you are a tourist. There is a double bed that pulls down from the wall, and a small bathroom with shower and toilet in one corner. There is a small cooktop, fridge, washing machine (which is great if you are travelling for more than a few days like me). I believe that its the old Jewish quarter so not in the main touristy part of Madrid but you can get to many of the key sites in 10 minutes, maybe 15 if you want to go right across to the other side of the old town. There is a great coffee shop about 10 metres from the front door and a few bars also further up the street. There is a food market and Metro stop top of the street which is about 100m away. There are also several mini supermarkets within about 5 minutes walk. I was able to walk to the train station in about 15-20 minutes with a backpack on my back but not everyone may want to do that. A l'arrivée la literie et serviettes étaient étendues dans l'appartement, créant humidité. Les avons étendus dehors par la suite, mais s'il avait plu???? Manque de propreté dans la cuisine: boutons de la plaque de cuisine, dosseret. Mauvaise odeur dans la salle de bain.
