Guest Reviews
- Claudia (9/5): Appartamento molto spazioso e colorato in zona limitrofa a Cremona, Host prontissimo e serio. - Spazi molto ampi, tutto dipinto a nuovo, pulizia perfetta, riscaldamento acceso ancor prima dell'arrivo quindi l'ambiente aveva una confortevole temperatura, Il proprietario è sempre stato velocissimo a rispondere a tutti i miei dubbi e quesiti.
- Luca (5/5): -
- TEATE (8/5): - Accesso semplice in self check in, appartamento accogliente e pulito
Host Gentile è disponibile, consigliato a tutti.

- Vpj (8/5): We enjoyed both the riverside park and old center walking. - Location excellent for us. Breakfast was simple. Plastic packed pastry and ground coffee
- Vadim (8/5): Good apartment with free parking - The apartment was clean, everything well prepared for our arrival. Very detailed instructions from Stefano about how to get into the apartment, he was also very helpful assisting with other requests. Thank you Stefano
- Ermanno (4/5): Clean, but massively overpriced and overall very unpleasant. - Clean and well-enough equipped. The check-in process was complicated and unpleasant. The apartment is old fashioned and at the ground level of an old and sad high rise building. The access is through a dark and sketchy corridor. Breakfast was a joke: ugly looking squished packaged low-quality supermarket food left on the table for guests to "enjoy". We had breakfast elsewhere as even the tea and the coffee were not approachable. Some of the wardrobes locked with chains and padlocks giving the whole atmosphere a prison type of feeling. The "garden" is a small ugly overgrown grass patch between the building and the parking lot. Overpriced and taking advantage of being in Cremona so people have no choice when the other places are full. Not recommended.
- Kenneth (1/5): Bad - I had a very terrible experience with this accommodation I would like to share.
On July 9, for the night of July 11 ( 1 night) we reserved this apartment. Because it was an “emergency basis” we made a non- reimbursable reservation there pre-paid with my credit card.
When we got to the apartment there was no one there to let us in, and we were told to open a small box containing a key to the front door using a code on the front of the box. We used the key to open the door, and then went inside the building to where the unit was.
The door to the unit itself had another security system with a key pad. We were instructed to dial a number in, and when the system indicated the door was “unlocked” , move the door lever to the left “without pushing”,
I put in the code, the small LED screen said “door unlocked”, so I gently turned the door handle to the left WITHOUT PUSHING THE DOOR.
The door did not open.
I did this several times, again, several times, each time moving the lever to the left WITHOUT PUSHING THE DOOR when the screen said “Door unlocked”.
WE reported this by phone to the owner (who only spoke Italian, we had to use google translate, which made things worse) who was out of the city. He said “Sorry, I am not in the city, I can´t do anything”.
He said we had tried to operate the system too many times and it was “blocked” . He suggested we go to the train station , 2 kms away (with all our bags, in a city where taxis are very hard to come by) where “a friend” would meet us, for what reason and how he could “help” us, I do not know.
And then he had the audacity to say that he had to pay a lock smith to come in and fix the security system because we tried to many times to open it. Sorry, this sounds like an out-and-out lie to me. What type of security system requires a lock smith to repair it , after being blocked by too many attempts?? Usually, they reset after 30 minutes or an hour. The whole story sounds fishy to me.
Anyway , at this point, I have to admit I had a very terrible experience with this accommodation I would like to share.

- Shane (2/5): Moan about Cremona - Cannot comment because I did not manage to gain access to the interior and confirm other generally positive comments on the flat The owner operates remotely, so when I arrived at this large block of flats (which seems mainly used for the immigrant and refugee community), he had a small number coded box set to 0000 for one to obtain access to the main building. This to me showed a shocking lack of respect for the security of other dwellers in the building. Then at the end of a dark corridor was the door of the flat for rent. Here I found a digital lock system which was obviously broken because it was loose and wobbling from side to side, hanging just below the door handle. The owner had sent code instructions which I followed carefully. After each attempt, nothing happened, probably because it wasn't properly connected to the door. I contacted the owner, but again unfortunately he was very unhelpful and too far away to come and fix the problem.
I explained that with such a loose and wobbling door lock, even if it had opened for me, I would not feel secure staying in such an apartment and that I (at significant expense) felt I would have to book another accommodation in Cremona
I suggested that in these circumstances, he should refund my payment. Well his response was to immediately contact booking.com and accuse "me" of breaking his lock and demand 25 euro from me in compensation. Amazingly, booking.com immediately accepted his version of events and suggested I should compensate the owner. I guess for booking.com an owner is more important than a one night renter.
