• Marie-Louise (10/5): perfect! - We enjoyed our stay at Baleni very much! Anna and Vardan a wonderful hosts: very kind and warm hearted people! The room and bathroom were perfectly clean, the bed very comfortable, the breakfast fantastic and Anna prepared a delicious dinner for us, which was especially tasty!! Thank you so much!! Last but not least: the communication was always easy: Anna speaks very well english and Vardan too.

• Marek (10/5): - Beautiful place. It's a room in the house of the host, a very nice family. Everything is clean, specious and comfortable. I got amazing ideas for nearby sites to visit. Delicious and rich breakfast, full of products from their garden.

• Bernd (10/5): - Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und strahlt eine wunderbare Ruhe aus. Die sehr nette Gastgeberin bereitet nicht nur ein tolles Frühstück sie spricht auch sehr gut Englisch und kann viele hilfreiche Tipps für das erkunden der zahlreichen Sehenswürdigkeiten geben.

• Aliaksei (10/5): - Очень гостепреимные хозяева. Были проблемы с машиной - помогли найти автомастерскую. К сожалению, попали в аварию, но Вартан помог нам с полицией и страховой. Постоянно был рядом и поддерживал. И несмотря на очень поздний выезд, нас покормили завтраком и уверили, что это не проблема. Однозначно остановимся здесь ещё раз если будем в этих краях.
• Sofie (10/5): - Vriendelijke ontvangst, de gastvrouw en -heer praten beiden Engels. Ze geven je een warme welkom en proberen je te helpen met al je wensen ivm uitstappen. Je hebt alles wat je nodig hebt voor een comfortabel en familiaal verblijf. Ik zou het zeker aanraden en terugkomen als ik nog eens in Sisian ben. Al is het maar voor hun heerlijk, uitgebreid ontbijt. Het beste dat ik had in Armenië! Niets

• Maja (10/5): They treat you like royalty - It is said that not too many travelers stay overnight in Sisian. If they experienced the quiet, inobtrusive hospitality and kindness of the family running Baleni we are certain many more would decide to stay in this town. The room we stayed in was remarkably large as if we were staying in aristocratic salon. Of course it was impeccably clean and well furbished. And the traditional Armenian gata freshly out of the oven and delivered to our door upon our arrival in the evening simply melt our hearts away.

• Malcolm (10/5): Very comfortable guest house with genuine Armenian hospitality and lovely breakfast - Great place in all respects. Very large comfortable room with balcony, good (shared) bathroom, welcoming hosts who are happy to chat but not intrusive and they serve a fantastic breakfast. Nothing really, but note that without a car it is 15 minutes to walk to the centre of the town.
• Nvard (10/5): Exceptional - The hosts above all else, they were welcoming, kind and generous, taking the needs of the guest to their heart. The house had a nice patio with a calming view of the mountains and the garden. It was clean and the bedsheets were snow-white.

• Dr. (10/5): Exceptional - This is a truly amazing lodge. Itself is a wonderful experience of my tour in Armenia. The host is super nice. His breakfast is abundant and tasty. He helped me with changes too. I highly recommend Baleni without any question! Oh... .what's more. he also prepared bowls of berries as reception. NONE at all.

There is a terrace where you can enjoy and admire the garden, everything was perfect. And the breakfast was so good and fulfilling! 💖

New furniture, carpets and all what you could find in a high priced Hotel.. His Owner VARDAN together with his wife are extremely nice, high cultivated and have a great knolledge about history, culure ,and can give you precious Help for a perfekt Tour. Breakfast was fabulous and you feel so wEllcomed as Tourist.Hard to leave this place. Nothing to find .very good price Level. I should have stayed longer, becouse Sisian area is very very interesting to explore.

• Anton (7/5): Good - Great breakfast, very friendly and helpful hosts No signs outside the building so it took about 45 minutes to find. Curtains in the room weren't effective for undressing at night with the light on, or for keeping out the light early in the morning.
