• Anita (9/5): - Wir hatten die Wohnung 2 und 3. die Wohnung 3 ist sehr lichtdurchflutet und hat einen Balkon zum Sonnenuntergang. Die Wohnung 2 ist etwas dunkler und hat den Balkon zur Ostseite, in Richtung Stadt. Die Wohnungen sind sehr groß und mit reichlich Platz in jedem Zimmer. Wir waren zu 4, hatten ein Schlafzimmer und ein Schlafsofa (wie ein Bett). Dieses steht im Wohnzimmer zusammen mit der Küche und dem essbereich, daher nicht allzuviel Privatsphäre, da der Weg zur Toilette immer am Schlafsofa entlang muss. Es sind du wundervolle Wohnungen super zentral gelegen, sodass man zu Fuß in 3 Minuten in der Altstadt ist. Evi und Thomas waren super zuvorkommend und haben im Voraus viele Insights geteilt.
• Ursula (9/5): Angenehme Wohnung mitten im Stadtbetrieb - Die Wohnung hat nach sehr geschmackvoller Renovierung den Charme des Altbaus erhalten. Die Größe ist sehr angenehm, alles für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt ist vorhanden und der Kontakt zum Vermieter war freundlich, schnell und unkompliziert. Die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut, Geschäfte, Gastronomie, Innenstadt - alles ist in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Perfekt ist außerdem die Parkmöglichkeit im Innenhof, dort hatten wir auch unsere Fahrräder. Allerdings darf man nicht empfindlich gegenüber Straßenlärm sein, das ist der Preis für die 1a-Lage. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit gerne wieder mieten. ---

• Gian (10/5): - Die Lage war herausragend und die Einrichtung modern. Der Balkon ist wunderschön.
• Rotraut (8/5): - Die tolle Lage und sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Es war sehr sauber und man hat mit 3 Personen genügend Platz. Es ist noch Luft nach oben was das Zubehör betrifft. Es gibt 1Besen für 3Wohnungen. Unsere Nachbarin hatte den Besen 4Tage in Beschlag so das ich nicht Mal kehren konnte. Die Badematte ist ein kleines Gästehandtuch und das Bad ist Tag und Nacht sehr hell beleuchtet,da es einen Bewegungsmelder gibt. Man fühlt sich beim Duschen etwas beobachtet da das obere Fenster keinen Sichtschutz hat. Das sind nur Kleinigkeiten die man vielleicht als Tipp für die Besitzer sehen kann um für zukünftige Gäste den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer zu machen.

La suite molto grande e confortevole, con tutti gli utensili necessari per cucinare. Se proprio devo trovare un difetto, presterei maggiore attenzione alla pulizia, noi per esempio abbiamo trovato un cuscino sporco. Qualche capello in giro per la stanza.. ma tutto risolvibile.

• Dirk (9/5): Zentral, großzügig, sauber, leise - sehr empfehlenswert !!! - Lage mega zentral. Zimmer waren sehr groß und sehr sauber. Es war trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhig. Einzig, dass im Bad ein Bewegungsmelder vorhanden ist, kann in der Nacht mal zu hell sein, wenn man auf das Klo möchte. Parkplatz war die ersten ca. 3 Stunden belegt, das war ein bisschen ärgerlich, aber Thomas hat sich darum gekümmert.

• Mario (5/5): - Die Lagr war großartig. Das Badezimmer neu und groß gestaltet. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Der Lärm der direkt vor dem Haus befindlichen Straße war grenzwertig. Man konnte die Fenster aufgrund des Lärms nicht öffnen, dadurch war es im Schlafzimmer viel zu warm. Klimaanlage gab es nur im Wohnzimmer und kühlt somit nicht die ganze Wohnung.

• Laetitia (9/5): Très Bel appartement mais prix un peu élevé compte tenu du bruit - L'espace du logement, la luminosité, le standing du logement. Nous avons apprécié le confort de la literie et les différentes fonctionnalités de la douche. Le manque d'obscurité la nuit due à l'absence de volets, le bruit très important :Logement donnant sur une rue très passante et absence de double vitrage. Problème concernant le ménage, présence de grosses toiles d'araignées dans la salle de bain, trou dans les draps, ne correspondant pas à ce qu'on peut attendre d'un appartement tel que celui-là dont le prix est tout de même conséquent.

A kinyitható ágy itt kényelmetlen. A padló mindenhol reng, recseg. A hálószobában minden egyes lépésnél zörög a szekrény. Halk, csendes, normális lépésnél. A terasz padlóján cigarettacsikkek egy kisebb kupacban.

Das Zentrum ist direkt um die Ecke und wirklich wunderschön. Die Lage könnte kaum besser sein. .

Excellent communication with the owner and accessing the property was so easy. Highly recommend! Perhaps the street is a bit busy but being in the middle of everything you come to expect that.

Parcheggio privato, che ha permesso di non utilizzare l’auto per tutta la permanenza, appartamento n.3 molto silenzioso affacciandosi su un interno. Stanze molto ampie e pulite, al punto tale che siamo stati scalzi in casa tutto il tempo. Aspetto molto apprezzato anche dai bimbi di 8 e 1 anno. Letto e divano letto entrambi confortevoli. Cucina con tutto quanto necessario per preparare cibi, anche se abbiamo preferito non utilizzarla per scelta di relax. Indicazioni dei proprietari per accedere all’appartamento molto chiare e consigli sui luoghi in cui mangiare davvero azzeccati. Da porre maggiore attenzione solo sugli infissi esterni di bagno e camera in quanto non sigillano completamente e pertanto infondono meno sicurezza degli altri nuovi al confronto. Grazie mille

Perfetta anche la posizione vicinissimo a supermercati, bar e ristoranti. Pavimento galleggiante in camera. Luce del bagno collegata alla fotocellula e di notte risulta un pò fastidiosa visto che non si spegnere subito
• Daniele (10/5): Un soggiorno perfetto in una casa accogliente e panoramica. - L’appartamento è semplicemente splendido: luminosissimo e con un panorama mozzafiato. La vista dall’ampia sala da pranzo e dalla camera da letto è indimenticabile, soprattutto all’alba, quando il sole colora di rosso le cime innevate delle montagne. Tutto era estremamente pulito ed essenziale, ideale per il nostro bambino che ha appena iniziato a gattonare, grazie agli spazi ampi e ben organizzati. I letti sono molto comodi, incluso il divano letto, spazioso e confortevole. La cucina è ben attrezzata e piena di comfort: macchina per il caffè americano, macchina a cialde, moka, bollitore, tostapane e persino una lavastoviglie. Dettagli utili come sapone per i piatti, sale e caffè (sia in polvere che in cialde) sono stati un plus. Un regalo di benvenuto graditissimo è stato trovare a disposizione acqua e prosecco, un tocco di attenzione che abbiamo davvero apprezzato. All’esterno delle suites è possibile acquistare prodotti di ottima qualità, perfetti sia per preparare qualcosa sul momento che da portare a casa. Inoltre, l’appartamento si trova vicinissimo a un supermercato, il che rende il soggiorno ancora più pratico e comodo. Come piccolo suggerimento per migliorare ulteriormente l’esperienza, sarebbe comodo trovare qualche bustina di zucchero in più (ce n’erano solo due), un paio di capsule per la lavastoviglie, una spugnetta per i piatti e magari un po’ di olio d’oliva per cucinare. Nel complesso, però, è stato un soggiorno perfetto e consiglio assolutamente questa struttura.

• Stefan (8/5): Ein schöner Aufenthalt - Zentale Lage Wegen Kebap Geruch von 11 Uhr bis in der Nacht, man kann die Fenster nicht öffnen. in Badezimmer die Badetuch Halter ist falsch Montiert. In die Küche fehlt Zucker, Küchenpapier, Pfeffer, Caffè. Touristen Karte (für Bus und Bahn) ist nicht angeboten, obwohl in andre Privat Unterkünfte ist in Preis Inbegriffe.

• Scott (8/5): Ideally situated apartment in beautiful Merano - The apartment (apartment 3) is ideally located adjacent to the Altstadt. The bedroom is large with a very comfortable bed. It also has excellent curtains that keep the room dark for sleeping. The bedroom is where the air conditioner is located, wich also helps for sleeping. The bathroom is very large with excellent fixtures. The kitchen has everything you need to do basic cooking. The views to the mountains are beautiful. The owners are very kind and offered suggestions for restaurants and activities. The free reserved parking space is great if you have a car. The west facing windows (apartment 3) allow a lot of sun which warms the apartment considerably and the air conditioning is inadequate to cool the entire apartment on warm days. There are no curtains to block these windows. The balconies are quite small and are very close to the neighbors. The living room is sparsely furnished with only a sofa against one wall and tv on the opposite wall. An arm chair, end tables, and lamps would make the room much more comfortable.
• Vincenza (9/5): Merano è un mix magico di gentilezza, disciplina nordica e solarità latina. - Avevamo un appartamento suite molto luminoso, grande e in una posizione molto centrale, adiacente alla via dei portici e percorribile a piedi. I gestori Evi e Thomas sono stati molto disponibili alle nostre richieste. Thomas ci ha omaggiati con una ottima bottiglia di Prosecco per il compleanno di uno di noi. Forse il traffico del centro, ma questa era una nostra scelta, ed è comune a ogni città.
• Christiane (9/5): - Die Unterkunft befindet sich in zentraler Lage in einem schönen Altbau. Die Räume sind modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr hell und groß. Es war alles sehr sauber und auch die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, um auch Mal selber zu kochen. Wir hatten 2 schöne Balkone mit tollem Bergblick. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!
• MASSIMILIANO (7/5): - Il condizionamento è insufficiente per giornate dove ci sono più di 32°. Condizionatore piccolo e rumoroso.
• Bernd (10/5): Tolle Wohnung im 3. Stock mit schönem Blick mitten in Meran - DIe Lage ist im Zentrum von Meran, die Fußgängerzone ist ca 80 mtr entfernt - top. Sehr schöner Blick aus einem der Balkone auf die Berge. Das Bad ist sehr groß und alles ist quasi im Neuzustand. Der Aufzug funktioniert gut und schnell. Der nette Gastgeber hat uns besucht und uns sehr leckere Speisen geschenkt. Er war jederzeit um uns besorgt und ansprechbar. Wir kommen wieder ! An den Verkehrslärm muss man sich etwas gewöhnen, aber nachts ist es sehr ruhig, dafür ist die Lage sehr praktisch mitten in der Stadt.
