• Matteo (8/5): - La stanza era molto pulita e il bagno molto grande, c'era la macchina x il caffè Check in alle 15 e check out alle 10 secondo me sarebbero un pochino da rivedere, noi abbiamo pernottato due notti quindi no problem.. Ma se fossimo rimasti una sola notte praticamente sarebbero state meno di 24 ore

• Lily (6/5): Great communication, lovely location and super clean apartment but room is not soundproof and you can hear everything pe - I loved the location, the room was spotless and the communication was great. I definitely think the room advertisement is misleading. You are sharing a small apartment with other people, it’s not very private you can hear everything your housemates are doing. We were woken up at around 8 in the morning with people vacuuming two days in a row and you hear people cooking, using the kitchen…. Everything. The room is also advertised as being sound proof but it’s just not and I think it’s important people know this.

• Wiktoria (10/5): Polecam zarówno obiekt, jak i samo Alghero. - Wszystko super, pokój spełnia wszystkie wymagania. Jest również część wspólna z kuchnią (wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy do gotowania też są). Każdy pokój ma lodówkę, a oprócz tego duża jest w kuchni. Do dyspozycji jest czajnik i mały ekspres. Kontakt z właścicielem na bieżąco, właściciel jest bardzo pomocny w kwestiach nawet niezwiązanych z apartamentem. Nie ma takiej rzeczy.

• Łukasz (7/5): Dobrze zlokalizowany obiekt na krótki pobyt. - Lokalizacja, bliskość morza i plaży, dobre restauracje w pobliżu. Widok z tarasu na morze i zachodzące słońce. Rezerwując obiekt byłem przekonany, że jest to oddzielne mieszkanie (kawalerka z kuchnią i łazienką) tymczasem okazało się, że jest to jeden z 3 pokoi w mieszkaniu (posiadający własną łazienkę). Kuchnia była wspólna, jednak nie można było z niej korzystać (zabronione) za wyjątkiem ekspresu do kawy i czajnika. Braki talerzy, szklanek, sztućców, więc dłuższy pobyt był utrudniony ze względu na brak możliwości przygotowywania posiłków. Być może nie doczytałem i nie zauważyłem takiej informacji lub było to niewystarczająco opisane. Właściciel stwierdził, że jest to obiekt hotelowy/gościnny więc kuchnia nie jest dostępna, jednak w obiekcie nie było też miejsca, w którym można było zamówić śniadanie. Weekend tak, dłuższy urlop nie.

• Rodrigo (8/5): Agradable y cómodo - La ubicación inmejorable, al lado de la playa y con unas vistas bonitas. La terraza es amplia y cómoda y en general la estancia es agradable y confortable. La ducha tenía fugas pequeñas de agua y había algún detalle más que podría estar un poco más atendido. Quitando esas dos cosas todo bien.

• János (6/5): Tanulòpénz volt a szàllàs, ami apartmankènt van hirdetve, de csak 1 szoba!! - Kiváló elhelyezkedéssel rendelkezik, 100 méterre a tengerparttól. Tiszta az apartman, 2 nap után törölközőket cseréltek, takaritottak. Kàvèzàsi lehetősèg a közös konyhàban. A leírásban NEM szerepel, hogy az apartman egy lakàs egyik szobàja sajàt fürdőszobàval!!! Közös konyha, nagyon minimàlisan felszerelt, közös hűtő!! A szobàban volt egy pici hűtő, de nem működött. A tulajdonos kommunikàciòja nehêzkes, sokszor több nap utàn vàlaszolt, de volt amikor vàlaszra sem méltatott. Kipakolni a ruhàinkat nem lehetett, mert majdnem leesett a szekrény ajtaja, lògott. A szomszéd szobàból minden àthallatszik, nagyon zavarò.

• Giorgia (10/5): - Molto pulita, con tutti i comfort e soprattutto posizione top! Se proprio devo trovare un difetto, non ci sono le persiane, quindi la mattina entra subito la luce e soprattutto se vuoi tenere aperta la finestra tutta notte non puoi perché dando sul giardino non hai privacy.

• Joanna (8/5): Great location and stay - Perfect location beside the beach, clean and plenty of space. Umbrella and beach mat provided too. Owner communicated really well with me. Great stay. Bed wasn’t very comfortable as it was a metal frame and very noisy when turning in the bed.

• Gareth (9/5): Loved it. - Everything was exactly as described. Communication was excellent. Had a lovely stay. Only downside, if you set the A/C below 22 degrees, it stops working and won’t work for the rest of the night.

• Thodel (8/5): Very good - The location was good. 20/25 minutes enjoyable walk to the city center. 30 minutes enjoyable walk to Maria Pia beach and just 3 minutes walk to San Giovanni beach. You can see a part of the sea from the bed, and you can enjoy the view of the sunset from the balcony. Very silent area. Check in was very easy also was the checkout. There were moments in which we could smell a bad odour in the room. We couldn't find the cause, the bathroom didn't have the smell and it was not from outside. We had to help another occupant of the house with the instructions of check in and check out because it seemed he couldn't get hold of the owner. We gave him the number we were contacted with and he was able to talk to the owner and help himself in.

I think it would be fair to communicate that is is basically a 3 room flat and the kitchen is shared. We only earnt in the reviews, if people dont read those, they might be surprised. More hooks for hangibg stuff would be great.

Beach ..restaurants bars and local stores all within couple minutes walk. Alessia (property manager) was incredibly prompt and kind in any responses to questions . could not have asked for better service !!

• Andrei (10/5): Exceptional - The property is perfectly located! Very close to good restaurants, about 2 minutes on foot. As well as the beaches, the closest one is a 3-minute walk away. The owner was very helpful, prompt answers to questions, do not hesitate to contact him when necessary. Everything was fine, we recommend this property.
• Martin (7/5): I have mentioned more cons than pros, but I like the stay and wouldn’t mind booking again. - The location is great when you want to spend time on the beach mostly. The room was clean, terrace was nice. It’s more an Airbnb than a hotel. Third floor without a lift, a shared kitchen and three rooms, so don’t expect any hotel services either. You can’t adjust a temperature in the room, but i found it just fine. Also my bed was squeaking a little. Expect a 30 min walk to the historical centre.

• Zuzana (9/5): Very nice and comfortable place in a good location. Super clean and newly decorated. The landlord was very pleasant all - The room and bathroom were newly decorated and clean. The landlord kept the whole place nice and clean all the time. We had quite a big terrace with a sea view which was amazing. The bed was comfortable, wifi working perfectly, AC running. There was always coffee and croissants in the common kitchen. The place is super close to the town beach, however, we were visiting another beaches more far away. The neighborhood was quite, you can park in front of the building. Very nice place. It was all good, no issues. We realized after arrival that there’s a shared kitchen but it was empty most of the time anyway. We also missed an info that you cannot cook in the kitchen because the stove is turned off completely but we used microwave once or twice instead. For somebody who wants to cook the meals it may be a problem thouhg. There might be some more knives and glasses in the kitchen but everything else is there. The kitchen was always kept very clean by a cleaning lady.

• Michele (10/5): Alghero City Center - Very nice and modern room with sea view. Tv, WiFi perfectly working, AC. Short distance from the old town (around 15 min walk) and in front of the beach, you just need to cross the street. There is double layer window so very quite and relaxing. Shared kitchen with fridge, coffee and anything you need. We spent really a nice time over there and I would recommend it for anyone travelling to Alghero! Nothing we did not like, AC is centralised so you could like it or not (you dont have control over it, so not possible to turn it off). Someone might not like it, but I would not turn it off anyway due to the hot weather outside!

• Hannah (8/5): Overall, a lovely stay in a sea view property. - The host was very friendly and said we could get tea, coffee or croissants in the shared kitchen space whenever we wanted. The room was simple but nice (including a smart TV) and has a wonderful view of the sunset every night above the water from the terrace. The shower always had hot water & the bathroom was overall very nice (and came with toiletries). It was only a few steps away from the beach!! While this is a great location for the beach, it is about a 25 minute walk to the old part of town/city center. There are a couple of very close bus stops, but the busses run about every 40 minutes or so (at least off-season!). Also, while this is not necessarily negative, the room/experience definitely resembled more of an Airbnb rather than a hotel.

• Konstantina (10/5): Great place to stay! - Everything was absolutely great! The host and the people working there were the most helpful. The room had a very good size, big bathroom and a beautiful big balcony with sea view. The location was very good, very close to the city beach but also it was easy to get to other more popular and beautiful beaches either by foot (25 mins) or by bus. The bus stop was 5 mins away (at most). The apartment was also very close to the old city, 20-25 mins walking and the way there is very nice, with many beach bars and restaurants. Overall we highly recommend this place!
