- Sophie (6/5): Caravan A27 - The campsite was filled with a good community of people who were respectful about noise and times. The campsite was also a short distanced walk away from cafes, shops, and entertainment. There was no hot water and no water pressure with our stay. However, we were informed this has now been fixed. There was also a frying pan that we had found in the cupboard that was covered in mould. This meant we could not cook our dinner.
- Heather (7/5): Brilliant located. Value for money. Good surrounding entertainment. Great host - Clean and tidy when we arrived. Decently comfortable bed. Good amenities otherwise. Close to the beach so brilliant for the kids and dogs. The home made doors made keeping the caravan warm at night a bit difficult due to through drafts however nothing extra blankets and cranking the heaters up would fix.
- anna-marie (9/5): Great location, comfortable stay - Had everything you needed. Location was great It could do with an airing as there was a lingering smell but otherwise was perfect for what we needed
- Heather (10/5): We had a lovely experience staying here :) -

- Davy (10/5): - Everything was very local staff very kind and the host was very responsive Nothing a short break for low price but a decent place and atmosphere
- Lisa (10/5): -
- Kerry (8/5): - Clean and tidy.
- Michele (3/5): - The site was very nice and quiet The caravan smelt badly of dogs the improvements they had tried to make were impractical added extras not mentioned on original booking form.

- Hayley (1/5): Absolute disgrace, avoid. - The bed was comfy, smart tv was great. The toilet door doesn't stay shut, it's 2 peices of wood put together with a big gap in the middle of the door and doesn't have a lock, none of the doors stay shut, the gate on the balcony needs much TLC, i nearly died when one of the outside chairs collapsed as i didn't notice one of the legs were broke. Host didn't tell us until a few minutes before checking in that we needed to pay a deposit. After we had checked out the host tried to blame us for soiling one of the single beds that we didn't even use during our stay and when i tried to talk to the host he basically called me a liar so we didn't receive our deposit back. Honestly the worst stay we've ever had from booking.com i would avoid at all costs.

- Laura (10/5): Exceptional - It was like having your own holiday apartment. Lovely and peaceful. Perfect for my little one to run around Wasn't anything not to like
- Caleb (8/5): Very comfortable the owner was always willing to message back great getaway - Really clean and a cute little caravan
- Nicholas (3/5): Adequate - How close to seafront it was. The caravan wasn't the cleanest and beds were covered in dog hair, the doors all didn't shut properly and handles were loose to hold doors shut.
- Dave (1/5): Bad -
- Mount (1/5): Bad -
- Alex (10/5): Exceptional -
- Claire (5/5): Passable - All the doors didn't fit or close in the caravan and the toilet didnt flush also frozen milk left in fridge and deposit had to be paid 2 minutes before i got the key a pre warning would of been nice
- Curtis (7/5): Good -
- Kirsty (10/5): Amazing stay - Caravan was really nice, good location for a family! Would definitely be coming back

- Tomkin (1/5): Terrible experience - Nothing as I had to get out of the caravan as it nearly caught fire overloaded extension plugs no battery in fire detectors have taken pictures we were luck to still be alive my husband is disabled and my dog were with me still awaiting answer and refund as I had to go to another caravan Saturday early, we were not to far from were a poor father and daughter had died in a caravan last month may they rest in peace, The caravan i will not share photos as i may need them for evidence i have been and did report it to the main office at the caravan site which was on to it straight away it's book.com I am awaiting to get back to me as the owner of the van had it on booking.com
- Reynolds (1/5): Bad -
- Angela (10/5): Caravan - Hygiene was good, all you need to enjoy your break
- Debra (10/5): Exceptional -
- Clare (10/5): Exceptional - The gentleman that owns the caravan was very considerate, very helpful, and couldn't do enough to help
There was an issue with hot water he dellt with this issue to the best of his ability, which was a very welcoming. He was very apologetic and also offered a discount for the inconvenience. Nothing, it was a clean, beautiful placement .club house on the grounds a 2 min walk from caravan
- Bainbridge (1/5): Bad - Not very clean how he talk to me it was not right I asked foe my money bk i went i didn't even sleep init Not very clean
- Cara (3/5): Disappointing and dirty - Great location, short drive into skeggy. Not too much of a walk to local amusements and pubs/places to eat. Caravan park decent enough, pub on site was dog friendly but unfortunately was cash only. Upon arrival after a 3hr drive, we were desperate to use the toilet and found an empty toilet roll with no others anywhere which was both very disappointing and frustrating. On the whole, the place needed a good clean and update, it genuinely looked like the hosts hadn't been back from the previous guests. The table was dirty with crumbs on, there was dirty and used lumps of toilet roll under the bathroom sink, hair in the shower and someone's dirty leggings on the shelf in the bedroom. It also didnt look hoovered as there were smarties on the floor and a ring pull from a can in the bedroom. The facilities were poor. Coffee and tea cannisters were empty and the sugar was old and soiled. No oil to cook with, just empty bottles. Very little washing up liquid left, no bin or bin liners for general waste. It could do with some TLC as the plastic doors between rooms were broken so didn't shut properly, the lamp in the main room was broken and wouldn't stay on, when boiling the kettle, the electrics kept tripping. Genuinely would not recommend staying nor would I stay again, regardless of how cheap the stay was. If I had not of reached out to the host for arrival instructions, we would not have known to take our own towels and bed linen.
- Maninder (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nayeesha (7/5): Friendly host and able to contact when needed. Good stay - Clean, tidy space with everything you need to prepare food and meals. Warm and cosy when heating on.
Recommend bringing warm clothes and blankets if you are staying out of season.
- Danielle (9/5): Superb -
- Stephen (3/5): not very clean at all - nothing
- Saunders (10/5): A beautiful piece of home whilst away - Originally we needed a place to spend the night before going to a Butlins weekender, came from the South. We loved the caravan so much we didn't want to leave! Great facilities, unfortunately we only stayed for the one night but all cooking utensils were provided along with local taxi services' numbers which we found very sweet and useful. It was very easy to make ourselves at home and we could tell that the caravan was well looked after. Beds were comfy and shower was marvellous. It made us want a caravan of our own. Through no fault of the owners, it was a little hard to find the location (we arrived in the evening in the dark) but that could have easily been avoided had we arrived earlier in the day. Despite arriving at night we found the beautiful caravan and made ourselves at home right away. You should absolutely stay here if looking for a quiet time away.
- Ashley (8/5): Brilliant break and friendly owners. Overall great stay great location - Great little break away friendly owners within walking distance of golden palms. We went out of season but still loads to do around the area Few things need updating doors are plastic and the plastics broke in places Still able to use but could do with replacing.
- Josh (1/5): Crap - . It wasn’t clean. Filthy actually Mess everywhere and women’s underwear found by my child behind the sofa Mess on the floor and in the beds and a lot of hair in the shower. Had to clean the place ourselves. Really not a place 2 young children should have to stay in.
- Emma (3/5): Poor - On arriving the smell that came out the caravan wasn't pleasant. Dirty amd greasy kitchen, plates with food on that hadn't been washed properly, then I found someone's dirty knickers on the bathroom floor along with a nice green flem at the bottom of the shower. Also found someone's dirty bra in the livingroom.
Bedroom someone had left there used bedding on one of the kids beds along with a use wet the bed sheet.
Over all not happy at all this was a birthday treat and I had to spend the first hour there having to clean the caravan
- Sammy (1/5): Unhygienic and unsafe accomodation - Location was good We arrived at the caravan park and asked staff on the site how we checked in and they was very rude saying "we don't deal with booking.com". Rang owner of caravan who sent the details to get into the caravan.
Caravan was absolutely filthy. Smelt of wet dog. Unable to use shower as so unclean.
Plastic chunks hanging off door frames and with children very unsafe.
Duvets and pillows covered in stains and smelt of dog.
Mattress had stains on.
Tea towel provided smelt of mould.
Old food in fridge (out of date milk and half eaten jar of pesto).
Contacted owner to say we would not be staying and left two hours after checking in and had to spend £120 on a hotel for a night.
Owner stated was due to cleaning team not being in, however has refused to refund when contacted by Booking.com.
