Joanne (10/5): I will always rememebee the kindness of my hostess. - I loved the excellent service by the staff who met me. They were very very helpful, especially with an unforeseen circumstance. They were gracious and kind and went out of their way to help me. Well I was looking forward to the bath but the instructions were pretty complicated so ended up not using the spa tub/
