Silva (1/5): Not recommended - The location. I made this reservation several months in advance to spend 2 nights here, but the two weeks before my stay were a total stress. The way the provider handles this property is a disaster. They asked us for several personal details, including my credit card photo with its security code and refused to give me access to the apartment if I did not do so, meaning I would lose the total amount of the reservation. I contacted booking.com support and it was a waste of time. I am still afraid that they will use that information improperly. Appart from that, of the two days, one of them I had to expect someone to come and fix the front door and the air conditioning, which did not happen. It is a shame that they make us go through this tedious process and completely external to the booking platform. I strongly recommend choosing another place.
