• Annika (8/5): Very comfortable and well-situated apartment with a great garage and pool area. - The apartment was very comfortable, and very tastefully decorated. Access to a garage was very useful. We had everything we needed. We had a technical issue with the refridgerator, but our host was able to identify the problem and solve it. He handled it very well.
• Patrycjusz (8/5): A well-equipped apartment in a pleasant hillside neighborhood. - The apartment is located in a pleasant hillside neighborhood, about a 20-30 minute walk from the city center. It is well equipped, though best suited for up to four people, photos accurately reflect its character. The pool is nice, and the gym has only basic free weights, with cardio machines that were out of order during our stay. The service was excellent, and everything from check-in to using the facilities went smoothly.
• Philip (6/5): Would have been nice to visit in 2 months time when building works would have been finished!! - Swimming Pool and Poolside lounging washer and dryer showers and bathroom areas Walk into town centre underground car parking General overall security The hosts sympathy with our complaints which in the main were addressed and resolved, providing acceptable compensation. Gym out of action. No toaster or microwave. Ants in kitchen upon arrival. Large balcony area which only had sun on it for 1 hour a day (10am to 11am) . uncomfortable seats and chairs on balcony, Only one sun lounger on balcony. Comfort of bed (only a mattress topper). The main issue was the fact that there was a building site 50 metres away from us with very noisy building ongoing 7am to 7pm which had we know of prior to stay we wouldn't have booked.
• Jackie (7/5): Nice apartment. Shame about the hosts - The apartment was tastefully furnished and had a lovely swimming pool. It was also good to be able to use Netflix on the tv. Was shocked when asked if we could check in at 730pm as the cleaner couldn’t start until 5pm. It clearly states you can check in from 3pm and check out at 11am. So I fail to see how our requested time of 530pm could not initially be met. I pushed back and was told they would be there with the keys at 530pm. I messaged to say we were on our way and was told at 601pm the host was one minute away. However she arrived 20 minutes later and told us she had had to drive from Gibraltar, like we were inconveniencing her!! We had flown into Gib and did the same journey. There were ants everywhere in the kitchen and I was told not to focus on the negative. I have owned property in Spain and never had ants. There was also a ceiling tile hanging down in the second bathroom which was not fixed while we were there. The hosts did not check in at all with us to see if everything was ok. Would not return. Shame as nice apartment but the hosts let down the whole experience. Also constant building works surrounded apartment. No mention of market on Wednesday and road closed. Also there were 3 of us as per the booking and the host asked if we had children with us. No attention to detail. Couldn’t even look at the booking!!!
• Loredana (9/5): Superb - Excellent location of the apartment in a very well-maintained neighborhood. We regularly encountered people taking care of the cleanliness of the shared outdoor areas. The pool was cleaned every day. The apartment itself is truly spacious and modern, equipped with all the appliances to make you feel at home. Two bathrooms are a fantastic bonus if you're traveling with friends or as a family. The huge terrace with a dining area and lounge was the cherry on top! ... if only there wasn't an active construction site directly in front of it. However, the evenings on the terrace were more than excellent. If you have a rental car, there is a designated parking space in the garage, which we were also thrilled about! Many positive points that would make us return again. :) Unfortunately, we were not informed at the time of reservation/arrival that there was an active construction site directly in front of the outdoor terrace. It was noisy throughout our vacation from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, except during the weekend. Not exactly the most pleasant situation, considering that you go on vacation to rest and not to wake up early to the sounds of a construction site. Additionally, the cleanliness inside was average, and the terrace was quite neglected upon our arrival. Perhaps we expected too much given all the photos, the price, and the location? Or maybe the condition was a reflection of the active construction site? We informed our hosts about everything, and they promptly responded to our complaints. We would definitely return, as the apartment is generally wonderful, with many positives. I believe the hosts will be more attentive in the future based on the feedback we provided.

• Sven (10/5): Really nice apartment and facilities, very service-minded host. - Very service-minded host, gave us a great walk-through upon arrival, the apartment was very clean and in great shape, the location was a bit far from the center of town and the beach, but still within walking distance. We had everything we needed. And the gym was a real plus! The only thing that we felt could have been better would have been getting an extra set of keys, since the family sometimes wanted to split up and do different things, and come back to the apartment at different times.

• Pablo (10/5): Exceptional - The appartment is very neat, modern looking. Very good location, within walking distance from old-town and the beach. The pool was great as well, not busy and good for playing or doing laps. Communication with the host was excellent. Overall it felt like a luxury vacation at a reasonable cost.
• Christoffer (9/5): Quality living in Estepona - Brand new apartment in newly built neighbourhood. Well equipped kitchen with weber grill on the terrace. Parking space close to the appartment included. Check-in and out was smooth. Nothing we didn’t like, but one should be aware that the appartment is situated upon a quite steep hill. That said, we always walked back & forth to the restaurants in old town
