• Martin (8/5): Comfortable room for two nights - Tea and Coffee facilties in the hallway was handy. Room was very clean and a comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. Book a table at the 'Dimato' restaurant nearby to avoid disappointment. Very popular with the local Italians. Struggled initially with the passenger Lift. One area away from the Train Station had a very rough element hanging round on the Sunday, so steer clear of there. There was a considerable Police presence, but still felt uncomfortable.
• MAGDALENA (10/5): Confortevole e pulito - Un posto molto confortevole con una ottima location, è vicino alla stazione centrale e Vesuviana per spostarsi comodi a Sorrento e Pompei. Sig.ra Tina è adorabile e molto aiutante. Consiglio questa struttura e ritorno presto. Localizzazione e pulizia.

• Lori Ann (3/5): Nothing like their pictures - The room was clean. Ugh you had to go into a building then cross over into another building. Walls were chipping and it seemed sketchy. She said I’ll change towels in two days she never came back. Toilet paper was low had to buy our own.

• Marina (10/5): My stay was comfortable, enjoyable, and exceeded my expectations. - I really liked how clean and well-maintained the property was. The location was perfect, and the atmosphere felt very welcoming and comfortable. The host was very professional and extremely helpful.
• Tomas (1/5): Terrible 😢 - the apartment looked stylish and well-designed. We had a very disappointing and disturbing experience at this property. At first, the apartment looked stylish and well-designed. However, soon after arriving, we noticed multiple fresh insect bites on our legs, which were not there before entering the apartment. Later that evening, when we returned from the city and got ready to sleep, we found small insects in the bed, which appeared to be bed bugs. We also saw a large cockroach crawling on the wall. We felt extremely uncomfortable, unsafe, and disgusted. As a result, we decided to leave the apartment around 01:20 AM in the middle of the night. It was simply impossible to sleep or stay there any longer. This was our last day of holiday and instead of relaxing, it ended with stress and discomfort. We are extremely disappointed and have submitted a formal complaint to Booking.com, requesting a full refund. We strongly urge Booking.com to inspect this property and ensure hygiene standards are being met, so that no other guests have to go through the same experience.
• Christy (9/5): Superb - A lovely room with terrace, clean and had everything we needed. Very central location to the station and restaurants. Although near the train tracks we didnt find it too loud at all with the doors closed. The host met us on arrival and although we know very little italian they were very kind, had a translater and answered all of our questions. They were helpful with local recommendations too, thank you!

• Anonymous (6/5): It was ok. - Very close to the main train station in Naples. The air conditioning worked great. It was extremely confusing finding the door to get to the B&B. Very poor and non existent instructions and signs. We ended up getting help from a resident of the building. There was no mention of how to get breakfast if we had wanted it. The bathroom shower had mold where the floors and walls meet. We booked a room with a king sized bed but got a room with a queen sized bed.
• Charles (10/5): Exceptional - The walls/door is not sound proof so you can hear all the ins and outs of other guest very clearly. The fragrance smell was very overwhelming and we put the diffusers in a closet.

Good for a city break trip :) The apartments are located next to the railway so it was a bit loud. We mostly walked so getting to the old part of the city was not that fast but good enough :)

Shops and markets just around the corner, some excellent restaurants close at hand, The hotel was well appointed ,clean, and well maintained, not much to look at from the outside, (don't judge a hotel by its door,) I am going back The rooms are not what you would expect from a hotel,,it adds something to the room,, Some fun you are on holiday embrace it, it my be the one chance, we loved it

If you check the Booking.com listing it lists many amenities. But this is untrue: No breakfast on site No breakfast in room No coffee/team maker in room No English Spoken No mini-market on site No landmark view - only view of train tracks No WiFi provided No tile marble floor In addition, Hair on floor from previous guests Cheap plastic cups for coffee maker in communal area No one on site to offer assistance Bathroom door did not shut Cup of used cigarette butts in the stairwell leading to the property.
