• David (9/5): Würden wiederkommen :) - Modern, ordentlich, stilvoll, gemütlich, sehr gut ausgestattet (Bad, Küche), Gastgeber freundlich. Holzmöbel naturbelassen - sehr krümelig und Kinder haben sich Splitter eingefangen. Kinderzimmer sehr klein und eher funktional. Nachtlicht hat gefehlt.

• Stephen (10/5): Peaceful boutique luxury retreat near Salzburg. - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful boutique luxury property just outside Salzburg. Tucked down a quiet country road amid dairy farms and stunning natural surroundings, it felt wonderfully private and far removed from the crowds—yet still conveniently close to the city. The craftsmanship and attention to detail throughout the property are exceptional, and amenities like the sauna and washing facilities in the basement made the stay especially comfortable. Our hosts were attentive and highly responsive, ensuring everything was seamless from start to finish. A truly peaceful retreat in a bucolic countryside setting—we would happily stay here again.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt auch Dank der netten Familie Waldherr :) Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

• Najla (9/5): رائع ومرضي جدا احببه ولست نادمة مع ان السعر مرتفع بعض الشيء 💜 - الشقة الفندقية كانت جميلة جدًا، كل شيء فيها جديد ونظيف، وتوفّر كل ما يلزم من تجهيزات للطبخ والحمام. المنطقة هادئة جدًا ومثالية لمن يبحث عن الاسترخاء والتأمل وسط مناظر خلابة. أصحاب الشقق كانوا رائعين جدًا، عائلة ودودة ومتفهّمة، لديهم كلب وقطة وارنب رائعين ولطيفين. بشكل عام المكان آمن ويستحق التجربة، خاصة لمن يريد الهدوء والراحة.. حتما سأعود. المكان بعيد عن الدكاكين والمطاعم، فهو داخل حيّ سكني لا يحتوي على خدمات قريبة. عدم وجود سيارة جعل الوصول مرهقًا، إذ تبعد محطة الباص حوالي 10–15 دقيقة مشيًا، وهو أمر متعب مع الحقائب أو في الأجواء الحارة والشتوية، كما أن تكلفة التاكسي عالية (حوالي 100-90€). بالإضافة إلى ذلك، توقعت أن تكون الغسالة داخل الشقة، لكنها موجودة في قبو العمارة، ويجب النزول حوالي 30 درجة او اكثر وصعودها مجددًا مع حمل الملابس، مما كان غير مريح. أقترح أن يوفّر أصحاب الشقق خدمة نقل من محطة الباص إلى الشقة لتسهيل الوصول.

• Nang S H (10/5): The vacation we had wished for! - Marion poured her heart into building this house and it's obvious from the moment we walked in. It's very clean, very tastefully done and had everything we could hope to have in a home away from home. Everything. The location is perfect too-only minutes away from the lakes and from the center of town. This house is beautiful and we are already looking forward to coming back. The apartment is impeccable… beautifully decorated, spotless, and finished with great quality. We spent our first Christmas away from home here and Marion’s little details (lovely Christmas decorations and a beautiful little tree, and even a little Tim of Christmas cookies!) made us feel like we were home. • Kara (10/5): A great home base to travel to Salzburg, Innsbruck, Hallstatt and Liechtenstein. We even got snow so we decided to not g - The property was clean, cozy and up high enough to have great views from every window. Location was great only approximately 30 minutes from Salzburg so it’s far enough to enjoy the peaceful environment of the mountains and rolling green pastures. When we waned go to Salzburg we walked 5 minutes down to the bus stop and caught the 150 or 155 bus out and got off at the Mirabelle Palace stop. The bus drivers all spoke English so that was easy enough.

The Waldherr family deserves every bit of praise. Highlights: Excellent Location: Nestled in a peaceful area, yet conveniently close to essential infrastructure. Accessibility: Salzburg city center is easily accessible in just 20 minutes via a public bus. Additionally, you can visit up to five beautiful Austrian lakes by bike from this location. Beautiful Seating Area: The spacious balcony offers a wonderful place to sit both at sunrise and sunset, where you can enjoy a glass of wine and admire the surrounding hills. Furnishings: The property boasts brand-new, stylish wooden furniture. Amenities: The in-house laundry facility is a great convenience. Unique Experience: We enjoyed the presence of their friendly grandma, dog, cows, and even regulary spotted deer nearby. Hospitality: The lovely owners went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, including a guided tour through the garage that will delight every man's heart. Authenticity: The photos on the website and Booking.com are 100% true and authentic. Our stay was exceptional, and we wholeheartedly recommend this place. A perfect 10 out of 10! nothing to complain about

Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Marion is a great host and incredibly welcoming, providing everything we needed for a perfect stay. We even tried the farm's meat and eggs, and she arranged for fresh milk from a neighboring farm upon our request. The house surroundings offered a peaceful escape from the city, and we were thrilled to spot some deer during our stay. On our last day, Marion's husband kindly helped us by dropping us off at the railway station.
