• Matt (10/5): Séjour 10/10 - L’endroit est magnifique, spacieux et propre. L’appartement est très bien situé, à 2 pas de la gare Osseghem et des commerces de la chaussée de Gand.
• Francesca (6/5): Molto piacevole il giardino e ottima la posizione, tutto il resto è da rivedere. - I lati positivi dell'appartamento sono la posizione - due fermate di metro vicine collegano rapidamente al resto della città - e il giardino, ombreggiato e tranquillo, dove si può mangiare, leggere in tutta comodità. In generale l'appartamento era sporco e mal tenuto. In particolare segnalo il bagno - un piccolo bagnetto non areato in cantina - e la porta d'ingresso dell'appartamento con serratura rotta e dunque senza chiave.

• Angelique (8/5): - Le logement était magnifique. Cependant, un bruit incessant était présent dans le mur de ce logement près du lit. Le reste était parfait. La ville de Mollenbeck est à 30 minutes à pied de la grand place de Bruxelles. Difficile de s'y garer, La ville est quant à elle, très très sale.

• Naomi (6/5): No grazie! - L’alloggio era grande in una posizione abbastanza comoda al centro. Ad un primo impatto l’appartamento sembrava super lussuoso e pulito, poi abbiamo aperto il frigo e guardato la macchinetta del caffè e abbiamo cambiato totalmente idea!! Nel frigo c’erano animaletti morti e nella macchina del caffè c’erano le cialde del vecchio cliente!! Dalle foto non si capisce che bisogna dormire tutti in una grande stanza, essendo letto e divano lette insieme. E la chicca è il bagno!!! Nello scantinato!!! Per andare bisogna uscire dall’appartamento, scendere una scala ripida e si arriva in questa cantina maleodorante e a dir poco accogliente!!! E questo non era per niente specificato nella descrizione!

Toiles d'araignées, poussieres !! Équipements défectueux. On n'a pas oser toucher à cause manque de propreté et matériel défectueux sauf la cafetière (sale elle aussi et non vidée de ses capsules) Tâches sur un oreiller Bouton lumière defectueux Pas de chaînes TV juste netflix Lit dans espace de vie sans séparation N'avons pas apprécier le quartier

• Max (9/5): - The apartment is beautiful and has an amazing garden space. The toilet and shower are only accessible via the shared entrance hall, but this wasn't too much of a problem.
• Margot (10/5): parfait! - super spacieux et bien décoré! la propriétaire est adorable et aux petits soins, en plus de ça le logement est juste à côté de deux arrêts de métro! un peu de bruit dehors la nuit mais rien de grave!!

• Elena (5/5): Wenn die Wohnung mal gründlich geputzt wird, wird schöne Aufenthalt. Allerdingst die Toilette in der Wohnung fehlt trot - Wahrscheinlich war es mal eine Designer-Wohnung mit viel Details und viel Liebe eingerichtet. War bestimmt mal sehr schön. Gute Kaffeemaschine mit paar Kapseln für die Gäste, ist super. Auch kleinen Garten bietet sehr gute Möglichkeit draußen zu sitzen. Die Wohnung wurde seit Ewigkeit nicht geputzt, ist sehr dreckig. Versiffte Schränke in der Küche, Spülmaschine, die nicht funktioniert, Kühlschrank, Bachofen… alles. Wie müssten erst ein bisschen putzen, Geschirr und Küchenutensilien abspülen, bevor wir uns das Abendessen machen konnten. Toilette ist nicht in der Wohnung, sondern im riechenden Keller, für die Nacht völlig ungeeignet. Wenn wir das gewusst hätten, hätten wir natürlich nicht gebucht. Für die dritte Person war ein Couch vorgesehen, aber keine Bettwäsche vorbeireitet. Ich musste selber das passende Bettwäsche in der Kommode raussuchen, wo ich feststellen durfte, dass ich nicht alles gewaschen war. Sehr ekelhaft.

• Moja (5/5): Passable - near from the train station its about the toilet . it's untidy and you have to go down stares to use it
• Alena (4/5): Not recommended - This place have a lot potential. I loved that we had so much space and a little garden It was really dirty, like no one cleaned before us. For third person the bed linen was dirty and they gave us only the bed sheet and had food stains. The toilet wasn’t in the apartment, but it wasn’t a big deal. The neighbourhood is not really good too
