• Martina (6/5): - Μικρο κ ανετο. Θα μπορούσε να ειναι λιγο πιο καθαρο. Ο οικοδεσπότης πολυ εξυπηρετικος. Για την παλαιοτητα του δωματίου θα μπορούσε να ειναι κ λιγο πιο οικονομικό
• Κλέα (6/5): - Το διαμέρισμα ήταν αρκετά άνετο με όλες τις παροχές και σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, περίπου 12 λεπτά με τα πόδια απ το λιμάνι. Το διαμέρισμα χρειαζόταν περισσότερο καθάρισμα κυρίως το μπάνιο. Βρήκαμε χρησιμοποιημένα χαρτιά υγείας στον κάδο και περίεργη μυρωδιά. Επίσης οι πετσέτες είχαν πολλούς λεκέδες.
• Michael (1/5): - Les escaliers sont très dangereux, ma femme est tombé hier soir, sur le carrelage. La machine à laver, la salle de bain sont dans un état déplorable, il y a même du linge dans la machine à laver et pas de douche se matin car pas d'eau chaude c'est inadmissible.

• Simsekli (8/5): - Check-in and check-out process was super fast. Hosts are really helpful and kind. House is big enough and there is a nice balcony. I stayed only one night and place completely met my expectations. Location is like 10-15 mins walk from city center.
• Ασημένια (8/5): - Το κατάλυμα ήταν πολύ άνετο και καθαρό. Η σχέση τιμής με το κατάλυμα ήταν πολύ καλά. Θα το ξανά προτιμήσουμε. Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ ήσυχα, βέβαια είναι δίπλα ακριβώς στην εκκλησία..
• Alexander (8/5): - Die Ausstattung ist gut. Es ist alles einfach. Der Preis ist fair. Im Winter friert man leicht an die Beine, wie in fast allen griechischen Unterkünften. Es wird mit der Klimaanlage geheizt. Für ein paar Tage ist es gut. Einige Sachen müssen erneuert werde (Bettwäsche, Herd). Es fehlt eine Microwelle.

Квартира находится в пристройке при храме ,район старый и к центру идти вниз а возвращаться вверх на гору Фотографии и реальность отличаются!На фото в кухне стоит диван (а в реале там кровать старая )ванная комната это вообще что то ужасное !! Кухня ее в жизни не кто не мыл ,печка поломана ,розетки выломаны Полы были грязные ,я очень пожалел что арендовал на 2 суток и не знал как их пережить тут ! Абсолютно все не понравилось !!Я подал иск на компенсацию Потому что это обман

• ΜΙΝΑΡΕΤΖΗ (4/5): - Η κατηφόρα για το κέντρο ήταν εύκολη...η ανηφόρα πολύ δύσκολη Η τηλεόραση δεν δούλευε, ενώ ρώτησα αν δουλεύει ..το ίντερνετ κολλούσε... θα μου έφερναν σεσουάρ που δεν ήρθε...το τηλ.του ντους πολύ αργό η καθαριότητα υποτυπώδες.. το δωμάτιο πληκτικό....το πάρκινγκ δύσκολο

• Eleni (1/5): Katastrophale Unterkunft - Eine sehr provisorisch eingerichtete Unterkunft, mit sehr vielen Mängeln, vorallem dass Badezimmer war katastrophal. Die Stromleitungen waren teils lebensgefährlich verlegt. Die Lage war auch gewöhnungsbedürftig, im Hinterhof einer Kirche . Es roch sehr muffig. Es wurde versucht den Geruch mit Reinigungsmittel mit viel Chlor zu überdecken. Ganz zu schweigen von den Ameisen im Bad ... Nicht zu empfehlen, so eine Unterkunft durfte eigentlich nicht vermietet werden, das ist eher eine Notunterkunft für Krisenszeiten.
• Mariela (8/5): Приемливо. - Пиша коментара с противоречиви чувства. Спрямо цената не сме очаквали кой знае какво от апартамента. Основната цел на посещението ни беше плаж. И всеки ден пътувахме до плажа с колата. А паркирането беше на другата улица .Имайте предвид ,че намирането на място за паркиране си е на късмет . Иначе обстановката е задоволителна. Климатик във всяка стая, леглата са удобни, смарт телевизор, добър интернет, по моите разбирания беше чисто. Много ми хареса къта на открито ,с масичка и столчета и частична гледка към морето. В непосредствена близост има страхотна пекарна и гирос. Интересното е ,че апартамента се намира в двора на църква. Комуникацията с домакините е лесна ,отговарят бързо и са полезни. Нещата, които не ми харесаха са няколко. Първо банята. Много тясна ,няма къде да се закачи душа и самата слушалка е лепена с тиксо и тече. Печката в кухнята едно, че фурната е счупена и се отваря трудно, а самата печка е затисната с масата за хранене и се използва трудно. Просто масата е прекалено голяма за това помещение. Голяма част от чиниите са за изхвърляне ,защото имат наранявания. И хладилника е пълна пародия. Изключително малък и на всичкото отгоре отделенията вътре са изпочупени. Ако тези неща се коригират ,ще бъде супер.

• Yağmur (7/5): Güzeldi kalınır. - Ev gayet güzeldi ve genişti sahibi çok ilgiliydi. Rahat bir şekilde uyuduk bir önce ki günkü otelde asla uyuyamamıştık. Balkon tarzı bir yer var önünde gayet tatlı ve güzeldi. Banyo biraz değişikti duş yeri yenilenmeli. Kattle kahve makinesi gibi şeyler vardı ancak eski ve kireçli paslı olduğu için kullanmadık.
• DIMITRIOS (3/5): Απαράδεκτο. - Πολύ βρώμικο, απεριποιητο.επιπλα πολύ παλιά και φθαρμενα. Μπάνιο βρώμικο γεμάτο άλατα, ακαταστασία,σκουριές. Κουζίνα σχεδόν διαλυμένη .πρίζες διαλυμένες και κρεμοντουσαν έξω από τον τοίχο. Οι φωτογραφίες δεν αντικατοπριζουν την πραγματικότητα.δεν θα ξαναέμενα ούτε σαν πρόσφυγας. Κρίμα!!!

Some people write that apartment is hard to find, but I got detailed instructions how to find it, so I had no troubles at all.

• Laszlo (10/5): Exceptional - I really liked the apartment, it was a delightful experience. the people where very kind.The rooms where bright and airy, thanks to the large Windows that let in plenty of natural light. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, making It easy to prepare meals. It was very clean and very beautiful. The room was spacious and clean. The window had a stunning view looking to the city. The bed was very comfortable. The apartments location was another highlight, it was situated beside a beautiful church and there where many shops and restaurants near the apartment. I was able to Explore the city easily and Enjoy the lovely places. Overall, I highly recommend the Marinos apartments for anyone looking for a comfortable and cozy stay in Kavala. It offers a perfect balance of comfort and accessibility! Thank You so much Marinos apartments, we had a lovely experience staying there. Everything was perfect!!!
• Andrzej (7/5): Generally 9/10 but the bathroom could be nicer and renewed so 7/10 - Everything was fine, we stayed in March so there was heating system active, very efficient. There is air conditioner, apartment is well equipped. You can connect your laptop to a TV. Generally apartment is clean but I remove 3 stars for the bathroom, it could be better, there is mold, the water drains very slow, the whole floor was wet. One evening there was no warm water. The owner is very nice and cares for you nicely.
• Joseph (2/5): Owner's communication is brilliant but the place is totally disgusting especially the bathroom - Location was fine and communication was brilliant - parking was relatively easy closeby The place is not welcoming ..its actually spooky and terrible.. air condition hardly works...it was cold and the bathroom is terrible we opted not to use it....totally shameful...broken sink broken mixer. and disgusting shower .. i cannot understand how booking allows such accomodations to be listed...to get to the place u have to climb a lot of stairs

• Todorovski (4/5): Disappointing - I liked the separate bedroom and free parking on the streets nearby and of course the price. Didn't like the smell of mould. And it wasn't clean enough. The place is in process of renovation but far from finished. I hope the owner will attend to this couple of minor adjustments to make the place better. Like remove shower courtain or change it. Also clean everywhere not only the flor . Remove covers from furniture and remove the old ones. Windows and top of the lockers must be clean. All towels must be washed eaven the new ones.

I expected something modest and decent but it was beyond my expectations, very clean and smelled very good, the AC unit took a little to cool down the room and then it was freezing. I did not know about the upstairs “lounge” which was very cozy at night, it was a pleasent surprise. I recomand this place with all my heart and deserves every cent. The bathroom is also updated and looks better -

• Francescocisternino (9/5): Fantastic stay - As a budget option, one can't really ask for more. Everything is available, including the iron, and the house was really clean. Nearby there's a great fast food which makes delicious souflaki, and nearby there are two pastry shops that you must absolutely visit. Nothing. Consider that we've been there in late October, therefore our experience is surely not that of the typical summer tourist. Also, for us walking up and down is quite normal - if you're not into hilly neighbourhoods, change area.
• Iliyan (10/5): Lovely stay for a few days in a gorgeous quiet flat - It ticked all of my boxes! It is cozy, yet spacious. It has a nice view but not too opened. It is right next to the church so it is lovely and quiet. It is straight up from the aquaduct so it's in a lovely central location. Beautiful. Looking forward to visiting again soon Nothing to say here, really, even the price is amazing...

• Linda (9/5): Nice apartment with character - An apartment with a lot of character. A sheltered veranda outside the front door, lots of hot water, and a well-equipped kitchen. Good value for money. The shower is over the toilet, so you have to be careful not to soak the toilet roll! But not a major issue at all.

It is difficult to find the apartment. we had to ask locals and they had also problem to find it. they had to call Landlord to ask for direction. Landlord shoul draw the map with position because position taken from Booking.com is not right.

• Robert (7/5): It's like staying at my imaginary Greek grandmothers place. - Very cozy location in waking distance to the aqueduct and castle. There is excellent gyros place on the right and an amazing breakfast pastry place to the left of the entrance. Overall just great if you like it simple. I don't know how to play it, but, there is a guitar! The place could hugely benefit from a renovation/remodeling. Electric installation is very sketchy. After taking a shower you will need shoes to use the toilet.

• Chris (9/5): Excellent place !! Highly recommend - Truly excellent place !! The balcony / terrace is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and the facilities are complete. Feels like a home the second to you walk in and stays that way. I got in trouble when I arrived - the place wasn’t where I’d pinned on the map, think it was incorrect on the Booking site but I never checked back - so I had to phone the owners and they really looked after me. I contacted them again later and they were brilliant; couldn’t have been more helpful. Seemed to really want me to have a great experience. I was afraid to mention not finding a toaster for fear that they would give me theirs. As soon as you step out of the place there’s a pastry shop, next to that a convenience store, past that is a grocery shop. Across the road a cake & ice-cream parlour, followed by a “street food” take away (burgers & kebab - though no falafel) only then do you get to the bakery. It’s pretty much all here. The bakery is maybe a 90 seconds walk from the front entrance so loosen your belt and expect to live well. And that I’ve-cream across the road is done if the best I’ve ever eaten Apart from the apartment itself and the road it’s on is the fact it’s actually on the grounds of an active Orthodox church, which makes it pretty cool. Unless you’re a diabolist, in which case definitely one to avoid. (And no, they don’t ring the bells at all hours of the morning.) On location it is about a ten minute walk to the sea down quite a gradient. No challenge for the able bodied but not one for the elderly & infirm. The beach at the apex of the port’s peninsula is stone not sand - though big flat stones, not shingle so fine for lounging I’m sure I’ve much more to say but I’m becoming boring so I’ll close by saying I’d strongly, strongly recommend this flat Enjoy !! The somber looking bear mat in the bathroom might give you nightmares

• Mgol1302 (9/5): Two rooms, kitchenette and nice terrace for the price of a modest single room - Two rooms, kitchenette and a nice terrace for the price of a single hotel room. The host is extremely nice and friendly, speaks very good English. You must have the Internet or GSM access for a flawless check in. The parking there is somewhat tricky, but not that difficult to find a place at some reasonable distance from the property. The rooms, the kitchenette and the bathroom are not perfect. but are well equipped and are more than good for the given price range. The only problem, which really disturbed us was the broken AC. Although the host provided us with rather efficient cooler, the latter was so noisy that we have to periodically turn it off during the night. If the AC will be settled, the property definitely becomes one of the best bin Kavala in that price range.
• Cristiana (10/5): Exceptional - Very good value for the price, we got a whole apartment with bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. Up on the roof there was a lovely sofa where we could sit and relax, enjoying the view of old charming Kavala town. The host was very nice and helpful.
