• Maria de la Paz (9/5): BUEN ALOJAMIENTO EN EL CENTRO DE COLONIA - Si se busca ubicación céntrica este alojamiento cumple muy bien con las expectativas. Se podía acceder caminando a las principales atracciones. De hecho viajamos con auto (hay que aclarar que no disponen de parking pero hay numerosos estacionamientos en un radio de 2 a 4 cuadras) y no tuvimos necesidad de usarlo. El depto estaba limpio y, si bien daba a la calle, era muy silencioso (con ventanas cerradas), con muy buena insonorización. El personal amable. Buena comunicación a través de la aplicación de Booking. Tener en cuenta que los fines de semana no hay presencia de personal en la recepción. Buena kitchenette y dos máquinas de café provistas con cápsulas. Infinidad de negocios en los alrededores. Buen Barrio. Baño correcto si bien la ducha presentó algunos inconvenientes que no impidieron su uso. Si bien solicitamos cambio de baterías en la caja de seguridad el día de nuestra llegada, eso nunca ocurrió por lo cual nos vimos imposibilitados de utilizarla (una lástima)

• ERTUGRUL (10/5): Excellent - Excellent location in the heart of Cologne. The cathedral, shopping streets, restaurants, and many attractions are all within walking distance.The hotel owner, Mazdaq, and the staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and felt very safe. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone, whether for a family holiday or a business trip.

Zu Fuß alles sehr gut zu erreichen. Super freundlicher Empfang und perfekte Erklärung aller Details im Zimmer. Es war alles super! Vielleicht hätte man aber noch etwas Milch für die Zubereitung des Kaffees mit der tollen Kaffeemaschine bereitstellen können.

• Katherine (10/5): Quiet peaceful spot in the midst of a busy city - The location was great -on a very quiet street yet close to both the Belgian Quarter and the Altstadt as well as abundant shopping. It was walkable from the Hauptbahnhof in about 15 minutes. The proprietor met us in person despite a late-ish hour (9 pm) and was very friendly and eager for us to have a good stay (e.g. offering us late checkout if needed at no cost, since no one was arriving right after us). The apartment felt brand new, was ample sized with abundant storage, and lots of natural light. The mattress was clearly higher quality than one often gets. The blackout shades were great. It was chilly out but the radiators kept it nice inside. Nothing significant at all, but the tv is in an awkward position to watch easily from either the table or the bed and the closeness of the side of the bed to the closet doors/drawers was also a little awkward. Neither interfered with enjoying the stay.

• Stefan (7/5): Easy und problemlos im Zentrum von Köln - Super nette und engagierte Dame am Empfang. Sie hat uns bei allem geholfen und wir konnten sie immer kontaktieren. Das ganze Personal war wirklich sehr freundlich. Bei der Abreise haben wir unsere Kopfhörer im Zimmer vergessen - die Dame hat uns sofort angerufen und wir konnten noch rechtzeitig umdrehen und sie noch schnell einsammeln. Vielen Dank nochmal für alles!! Für enge Freunde oder Familie ist die Privatsphäre im Zimmer ausreichend - wenn man allerdings nicht so eng ist, könnte die Situation ohne Türe zwischen den beiden Zimmern stören. Für uns war es aber in Ordnung.

The hotel is perfectly located in the city center, with many restaurants and shops nearby. The cathedral and other city attractions are close by. The staff were very friendly and helpful in every respect. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped. We would definitely choose it again and highly recommend it.

Everything was spotless, and the staff were not only super friendly but incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They even brought extra pillows tailored to our preferred firmness. Their local knowledge was spot-on. We received excellent recommendations for breakfast spots and personalized advice on which Christmas markets to visit based on what we enjoy. It made exploring the area feel effortless and curated. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and well-designed. The location was perfect: a quiet area, yet only a short walk to everything we needed, including the train station and several Christmas markets. Overall, a fantastic stay from start to finish. Highly recommended! This is a personal preference aspect - the shower fixture in our room could use an upgrade. The setup in that particular room only offers a handheld shower and an overhead rain shower, which isn’t very practical - especially when the handheld can’t be fixed at a comfortable height. I either have to use the handheld awkwardly or get my hair wet every day. A standard adjustable showerhead that works both as a handheld and can be set at body height would make a big difference. The current option may look fancier, but not ideal for longer stays.

• Augusto Hackbarth (9/5): Excelente localização - A localização é certamente o ponto forte, menos de 10 ou 15min de caminhada até a catedral de Colônia. Vizinhança silenciosa, apesar da situação central e com grandes comércios nas imediações. O host foi atencioso e respondeu prontamente às perguntas enviadas por whatsapp. A cozinha é completa e conta com todo o necessário para seu uso. O "sistema" de iluminação é pouquíssimo prático - ainda mais para quem não está propriamente interessado em cromoterapia. O chuveiro necessita de algum reparo, porque a água está vazando por cima da ducha. A porta de correr do banheiro não é uma boa ideia; deixa uma grande fresta para o quarto mesmo quando fechada. Não houve limpeza ou troca de toalhas, mesmo considerando o tempo da estadia.

• Sufinator (9/5): Great apartment close to everything. - Very comfortable 1 bedroom apartment. Kitchen was enough for 2 people, we cooked breakfast and dinner most days. Shower was amazing. No noise from neighbours. The owner gave us a code to a lock box where we got the keys to the apartment even though we arrived late. The owner also let us check out late as we had an evening flight. Location was perfect, very close to train station and close to most attractions. A very small thing but would have liked to have some trays for the oven

Öncelikle konumu harika: Köln Old Town’a yürüyüş mesafesinde ve şehrin her noktasına ulaşım son derece kolay. Hem turistik geziler hem de şehir içi ulaşım açısından mükemmel bir lokasyonda yer alıyor. Tesisin temizliği ve düzeni kusursuzdu. Daire son derece temiz, sıcak ve konforluydu; konaklama boyunca kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. En ince ayrıntıya kadar her şey düşünülmüş, ihtiyaç duyulabilecek her detay eksiksiz şekilde hazırlanmıştı. Çalışanlar son derece güler yüzlü, anlayışlı ve çözüm odaklıydı. Sorduğumuz her soruya anında dönüş yapıldı ve karşılaştığımız her küçük konuda bile yardımcı olmak için gerçekten çaba gösterdiler. Ayrıca tesisin sahibi ve sorumlu yöneticisi Sayın H. Demircioğlu’na özellikle teşekkür etmek isterim. Konaklamamız boyunca bizimle yakından ilgilendi, her konuda destek oldu ve tüm taleplerimize hızlıca çözüm üretti. Bu ilgi ve samimiyet konaklama deneyimimizi çok daha özel hale getirdi. Özetle; konumu, temizliği, konforu ve misafirperverliğiyle Das Köln Apart Daire kesinlikle gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye edebileceğim bir yer. • Bernd (10/5): - Sehr nette Empfang. Hat uns noch geholfen ein Parkplatz zu finden und uns kurz in daa Zimmer eingewiesen. Das Zimmer war mit Liebe ausgerüstet und sehr gemütlich. Die Lage ist perfekt es ist sehr ruhig obwohl es mitten in der Stadt ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Le personnel est d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle, toujours souriant, disponible et très attentionné. On se sent accueilli comme des invités de marque dès l’arrivée. Le service est irréprochable, fluide et professionnel du début à la fin. Tout est fait pour que le séjour soit agréable et sans le moindre stress. • Craig (10/5): We were very happy we chose DAS Köln. Its location is fantastic. - The location is excellent. The room was well-appointed and quiet. Bed was awesome. Bathroom was big (though I do wish companies would stop using frosted glass doors and go back to real doors instead). This is minor, but: It would be nice to have real coat hangers rather than the ones hotels give you to keep you from stealing them. This is meant to be a nice place for business travelers and higher-end tourists. Why would we steal coat hangers?

Первый раз побывали в Кельн это была любовь 🥰 🥰 🥰. Если выпадет такая возможность прилететь ещё раз, обязательно выберем ваш готель ❤️ Ничего плохого не могу написать , всё отлично
