Gloria von Hessen (5/5): Schade... - - Lage - freundliches Personal am Telefon - undichte Duschwand überschwemmt Bad, Badtür aufgrund unebenen Boden schwer zu verschließen, nicht ausreichend Toilettenpapier vorhanden - Hinweis, dass Bettwäsche und Handtücher dazugebucht werden müssen ist nicht offensichtlich - Kopfkissen unbequem - linke Bettseite durchgelegen - tote Insekten im Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer - es wäre schön gewesen einen befüllten Pfeffer- und Salzstreuer sowie ein paar Teebeutel oder Kaffee für den ersten Morgen vorzufinden (Hospitalitätsgefühl vermisst)
