- Nathalie (2/5): À fuir - Malgré notre réservation, l’établissement l’avait oublié. Arrivée à 20h16, contact avec une personne du staff à 20h40. Nous avons dû attendre que la personne fasse le ménage jusqu’à 21h30 (soirée gâchée). En entrant dans l’appartement les draps étaient tachés, tout froissés, bref non changés. Le reste était identique et je ne parle même pas de la douche. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas et affichait 16 degrés. Inacceptable, d’autant que nous étions 2 adultes et 3 enfants. Cet emplacement est noté 8,4, il y a donc un très gros problème à moins qu’il y ait une location sur une autre partie. L’état était tellement horrible que nous sommes ressortis et nous avons trouvé un autre lieu pour dormir dans un hôtel digne de ce nom où nous avons pris 2 chambres. Résultat, prendre un hôtel en catastrophe vous coûte plus cher mais au moins nous étions au propre et au chaud. J’espère que Hotel.com fera le nécessaire afin que nous soyons remboursés en totalité.
