• Milagros (1/5): Una de las peores experiencias alquilando algo que tuve en mi vida. NO vayan, las hago un favor - Nada. Un espanto. Lo unico la vista. Excesivamente sucia. Un horror. El servicio pesimo. Nos querian cobrar late checkout y nos escondieron la llave en la calle. El agua caliente no funcionaba, nos bañamos con agua fria! El lavarropas no funcionaba. Todo pesimo. No lo recomiendo para nada.

• Béatrice C (8/5): - Très beau logement et très bien situé! Oreillers ne sont pas très confortable, douche compliquée (l’eau chaude doit être partie plusieurs minutes avant l’eau sinon il n’y a pas d’eau chaude), cuisine n’est pas équipée d’ingrédient de base comme du sel et de l’huile.

• lorenzen (8/5): - Stedet ligger central perfekt afstand til det meste.. Kun en dag med varm vand.. hvilket gjorde det næsten umuligt at bade.. :/
• Matias (1/5): Pésima propiedad, sucia, y mal funcionamiento - La ubicación Muy sucio, en el baño las luces casi no funcionaban, el resto de la propiedad más de la mitad de las luces tampoco funcionaban, llegamos y a las dos horas no había agua caliente, pasamos toda la tarde y el día siguiente sin agua caliente, súper lentos para contestar, mandaron un técnico para ver si funcionaba, y no funcionó nunca, luego de reclamar desde las 8 de la mañana logramos que nos cambien de propiedad, y cobran el servicio de limpieza €80, siendo que lo entregan muy sucio

• Stephen (3/5): Great price for location good for a short visit ... few tweaks would go back - Very good for seeing the sites and local to a lot of things and was within walking distance Broken toilet seat.... bathroom light was very dim (didn't work) no bin within the property.... fridge was constantly warm and would never get cold.... bed was okay.... shower would not run hot enough for 2 people so had to plan showers
• Luke (5/5): Perfect for what we needed, but probably wouldn’t go back. - Location excellent, bed comfortable, good bathroom. Not a nice smell from the sink, clearly quite a lot of damp at some point and one of the drawers was broken. Air con was okay.

• Monika (2/5): Very poor - The only positive thing about this place is localisation - close to the Saint Peter's Basilic... and nothing else. We spent there only one night and our host helped us to change this place to other apartment which allowed us to spent our time in Rome in nice condition. Not working air conditioning, broken stove, no ventilation, very dirty place, and definitelly too small for 4 people - it should not been confirmed for 4. Size of place is good enough just for 2 people, not more.
• Clarke (8/5): great location but very small - We LOVED the location. Really easy to get to all the main spots. Bathroom is cool. We are a family of 4 and space was enough for us because our kids are 6 and 8. Wouldn’t work for 4 adults IMO. There is a shared sleeping space. No privacy. The description of the place is inaccurate IMO. It is a studio, not a one bedroom apartment. there is only small foldable table mounted to the wall and only 2 chairs so 4 people can not sit together for a meal/ drink or whatever. There are no 2 couches but a trundle bed. When trundle is out, table needs to be folded and you can not move around freely. Description says that the place offers toiletries, well only tiny bar soap and shampoo, no conditioner or lotion, again inaccurate description.
• Dr (8/5): needs a lot of maintenance work.. not quite as it appears in photos. however it was a great location and the owner broug - location smaller than in photos
• Jacob (9/5): Great Apartment in a Great Location that wont hurt your pocket - We arrived in the meddle of the nigh so no one could have meet us to give the keys - so the owner solved the problem upfront and we have find a solution that was excellent and comfort. They even turned on the AC before our arrival at 03:30AM so the apartment was chill. The location is superb . Emanuel was very helpful and we communicated on WhatsApp and by phone - he even helped us arrange a Taxi back to the airport !! Did not expected this kind of service ... - I salute you :) Highly recommend! I you look... you will find.... even in a 5 star Hotel. For the price the apartment cost - i dont want to be picky
