- Hannah (5/5): Clean but bad service and breakfast - The Room was clean, there is a water dispenser and kettle in the lobby wich was nice. The staff could not really communicate with us and they were not really interested in trying. When checking in we were not told breakfast time or any helpful information. The breakfast buffet is mostly empty and in the first morning we got no breakfast at all even though we came before 10. The WiFi was not working for most of our stay. On request we were told it would work again 1 am the next morning it had still no connection. And the sheets were too short for the mattress. We think service could be improved, the staff was very young and they just did not know how to help, we think they should be trained better to know everything and how to help guest properly.

- Sumeyye (2/5): Not What I Expected - The girl's attitude was nice. Location, the room was downstairs with 6 beds with no lock from outside, and the reception was too slow I waited for this room about and hour and then I cancelled it and went to another hotel.

- Marta Marta Marta (7/5): Básico - La habitación es grande, tiene nevera y ventana. El desayuno es tipo buffet y las chicas que lo sirven son muy amables. Tienen café y leche, cosa que no siempre te ofrecen en Uzbekistan. Está relativamente cerca del centro. El trato es tosco, quizá por el idioma, pero creo que cuando estás cobrando por un servicio deberías esforzarte en ser más amable. El baño es minúsculo y con una puerta de chapa, algo que parece que en Uzbekistan han entendido que es aceptable. A penas sale agua de la ducha así que es imposible lavarse el pelo, y el último día nos tuvimos que cambiar porque se cortó.

- François (4/5): Déconseillé pour se reposer après la visite de la vieille ville - Chambre bien équipée, à 15 minutes à pieds de la vieille ville Bruits jours et nuits, des cris, des personnes à toutes heures devant la porte qui parlent fort. Très maivaises nuits. Nous avons retrouvé des pates dans la chambre, la douche était pleine de cheveux à notre arrivée.

Единственное на потолках паутинки нужно убрать, из-за того что потолок глянцевый, их видно когда лежишь на кровати, как они весят повсюду. Так же нужно хорошо помыть душевую, очень грязная кафель, но цена за ночь плюс завтрак хорошая.

- Anna (3/5): - Сам отель (здание) выглядит интересно, есть где посидеть на улице, до крепости чуть больше км, пройти через дворы и будет супермаркет. Сам хозяин мужчина приветливый, пытался помочь с чистотой, но девушкам всё равно, очень жаль. Во всех номерах очень грязно, на просьбу прибраться девушки фыркнули и не пошевелились, полотенца грязные, постельное тоже, чистота это ужас, надо с этим что-то делать. В одном из номеров вода еле текла, спасибо, что была горячая. Девушка администратор, ей на все по барабану, с утра в 8 врубила музыку, хотя люди отдыхают, особенно дети. При бронировании указывала не первый этаж, по итогу номера все на первом этаже, было очень слышно приходящих/ уходящих людей. Завтрак скромный, не разнообразный. Но женщина нам погрела нашу еду, за это спасибо.

- Anastasiya (3/5): - Удобное расположение Номера на фото лучше чем в действительности, завтрак так себе, мало выбора и не вкусно. Заселили в номер без окон! В номерах запах затхлости и канализации. Больше сюда не поехали бы, даже за небольшую плату
- DİLEK (8/5): - Odanın temiz ferah olması ve manzarasının olmasını beğendim. Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve yardımseverlerdi. Çatı katı teras kapatılarak yapılmış o nedenle direkt çatı altındasınız bu da sabahın erken saatlerinde çatıdan kuşların ayak sesleriyle uyanmanıza neden oluyor. Kahvaltı saatleri içinde gitmemize rağmen kahvaltı kalmamıştı. Kalanlardan patlıcan kızartmasını yemek zorunda kaldık ve beğenmedik. Genel olarak temiz ama oda içinde sabit saksı bitki olduğundan böcekler vardı, bazı yerlerde örümcekler vardı.

- Alison (8/5): - The hotel was spotlessly clean. Room was large, airy and bright, great ensuite shower and bathroom facilities, toiletries provided. Water always hot and powerful.It was next to the reception but we weren't disturbed in any way. Nice seating area outside. Location excellent, a 5 minute walk from the railway station (take the short cut along the drainage canals, shown on maps) and a 10-15 min amble to all the sights.Registration forms were ready when asked for on check out. Would definitely recommend. The overall rating is brought down by the breakfast. It was a buffet style breakfast available 7-10am. There were many things available...eggs, French toast, aubergine, cheese, sausage, fruit, jam, cream, bread, fruit juice, tea and coffee. Sounds great, however, all the hot elements were all cooked well before the start of service (we went at 7am on the 2nd day) and consequently were lukewarm at best and sadly the bread was almost stale, there is no excuse for this as a fabulous bakery 50m away. That said, it was still a hearty breakfast that set you up for the day. Power points in the outdoor seating area did not work and WiFi did not extend to there. Not big issues but would have been nice.

On a dû demander un drap supplementaire celui qui etait sur le lit etait trop petit. Bruillant, on a entendu les voisins rire a minuit passé.

Ci hanno fornito un kit per lavarci (asciugamani, bagnoschiuma, shampoo, spazzolino) Comunicare con il personale era difficile, non parlavano mezza parola di inglese. La stanza non era molto curata e colazione non era buona. La struttura era sporca: c’era polvere ovunque e l’atrio dell’ultimo piano era pieno di cacca di uccelli. Il personale dello staff non ci ha fatto la registrazione per la notte trascorsa lì. La registrazione degli ospiti è obbligatoria nel paese.

Pas d'électricité ni d'eau de 17h30 à 23h Nous avons soulevé le problème , demandé de changer de chambre , on nous a répondu qu'il n'y en avait pas de libre dans l'hôtel et d'aller chercher un hôtel ailleurs (à 22h) . Nous avons demandé un remboursement de la nuit qui nous a été refusé. Pas de couverture , un drap trop petit pas adapté aux dimensions du lit les rideaux etaient cassés Chambre au rez de chaussée près de l'accueil et bruit constant Pas de wifi qui fonctionne Petit déjeuner déplorable, pas de réapprovisionnement du buffet dès 8h30 du matin .

Отель с виду хороший, поселили в номер, в котором нет окон на улицу, только в коридор, через который ходят проживающие, вытяжки в ванной тоже нет, маленькое окошко в коридор, через который все ходят. Ночью дышать было невозможно, воняло канализацией. Номер очень неудачный для проживания. Заселились на одни сутки и уехали.завтраки не плохие, ресторан уютный, разнообразие блюд небольшое.

We asked for another room after one night. -Laundry only possible payed by piece - full machine would be about 20$, inappropriate for Uzbekistan, no compromised price possible, even when offered to dry it by ourselves -Location far away from city center (25min walk), not doable in night-time, difficult to get a Yandex due to offset location -Not really motivated staff -DON'T OPEN THE FRIDGE (Very bad smell, not usable in both rooms) -First room was not well prepared when given, beds had to be rearranged (double bed booked), had to ask for amenities

- Adrian (3/5): - Our second room when I requested to change our room in the third morning ( from 4 days in the hotel), the reality changed 100% after this change. 1. Our room with number 205 was not in conditions to rent for customers, bedsheets and pillows were used with personnal hairs when we arrived, we told for the staff and they changed at the moment. Even booking offered me to upgrade the room por 12 dollars....I was requested if was possible to change the room and pay more if it was necessary. 2. Bathroom had plumbing smell and was without ventilation on it....we hada to kept closed the door because if not the stinky smell was in the full room. 3. Room had just a window that if you opened everybody that was walking in the corridor could see you in bed.....the room was an inside room with the only way of ventilation. 4. The room s window was completely in front of a second window where the sunrise was knocking your eyes....because was not curtains or something similar in both windows. 5.After de second day I was requesting If was possible to change the room because we didnt enjoy our stay in the room and the receptionist in 5 minutes offered us another room.....since this moment we started to enjoy much more our stay in the hotel. What is very SAD and DISAPPOINTING is that if I dont request to change the room nobody from the hotel/staff was thinking about how solve our disaster plumbing room. ***My advice for the Hotel is to closed the room number 205 to be available for book and fix the issues about Plumbing smell in the bathroom and put some curtain or blind in the window as well.

- JACQUES Edouard Henri (6/5): Bof - Le mot hôtel est un peu usurpé. J'ai dû réclamer une serviette de toilette, les petits déjeuners sont servis de 9h à 10h, j'ai demandé 7h30, la personne a accepté. Le matin à 7h30, lorsque je me suis présenté, on ne m'attendait pas du tout. Un couple de personnes m'a préparé un petit déjeuner, improvisé, heureusement qu'ils étaient compétents. Donc ,je ne peux pas parler de ce buffet de breakfast vu sur la photo Le lit est de très bonne qualité. La fenêtre donne sur un couloir Lire ci-dessous

- Jonathan (8/5): - Friendly staff who try hard. Breakfast terrace by the Canal is lovely. Maybe some lights there too so travellers can socialise in the evening if they want? Quiet and peaceful location. Good value for money really. Just avoid the interior room with no curtains to corridor and smelly plumbing in the bathroom and non working fridge and it will be really fine. About 20 mins walk to Ichon kala, but nearer the train station.
- Sarah (9/5): Bon rapport qualité prix - Chambre propre et confortable à l'extérieur de la vieille ville pour plus de calme. Personnel très agréable, merci ! Petit déjeuner bon et copieux.
