- Zizyte (10/5): Wonderful! - I love this place! Super comfy, clean, great bathrooms, good vibes, going to be hard to match it..
- Piotr (10/5): Wonderful!! - Quiet, chill. Amazing stuff. Great restaurant. Really highlight of my travel in Philippines.

- Celia (10/5): WONDERful - ART, people, stuff. Too good.
- Inger (8/5): Cool experience! - Very cool vibes, everything important we were provided. Huh if you cannot tolerate the noise of something or someone at night then this is NOT the place for you.

- Sydney (10/5): - VIBES
- Massimiliano (10/5): -
- Marte (10/5): - Just one golden tip: earplugs to sleep. <3 for the chickens, but they're loud.
- julian (5/5): Nice but not great confort - The place itself is undeniably beautiful and has a very strong nature-focused vibe. If you’re someone who enjoys being immersed in the outdoors, you’ll probably appreciate the setting. The staff were also friendly and welcoming, and everything felt clean and well-maintained. The food is fully vegan, and I have to say it was tasty great if you’re vegan or open to that kind of cuisine. That said, comfort was a big challenge for me. The cabins are very open and exposed to the environment, which means a lot of insects come in at night. Even with a mosquito net, I still had ants and other bugs around while sleeping. There’s also no air conditioning, and the heat can be intense, especially at night. Combined with bedding that isn’t the most comfortable or breathable, it made it hard to rest properly.

- Lydia (10/5): Amazing! Would recommend and return! - Amazing, creative retreat. The sleeping huts were so nice, perfect for my solo stay for a few days. Need to consider location if you don’t have a bike/ don’t want to spend money on tricycles. It is walking distance to the beach, but not walking distance from San Juan centre (where most restaurants and bars are)
- Annika-Marie (9/5): -
- Pierre-Paul (10/5): -
- Elizabeth (6/5): Nice place for couples but not solo traveller - Cool idea and nice setting Huts are overpriced for the space you get, they get too hot in the morning and you can hear the volunteers blasting music early morning
- Anna-Lena (9/5): -
- chloe (8/5): Lovely conscientious community with amazing food and staff. But quite niche. - Really beautifully maintained with lovely simple but cosy nips just (with an option for the bigger bungalows which looked awesome)
Lovely eco ethos and absolutely delicious clean healthy food that made me come back even after I’d checked out.
The staff were so kind and caring and remembered my name and when I was poorly they went out of this way to make me more comfortable. They seem to be happy too which is a-nice thing to acknowledge in hospitality.
The gardens are beautiful and the option of workshops is great to have in hand.
The beach near by is beautiful.
I want to positively encourage this resort and the projects it has and wish there were more like it. Especially for the young backpackers/volunteers who were clearly finding a safe space to be in the tropics but yet still make meaningful connections, learn skills in a safe inclusive place. I think an outdoor space with hammocks or loungers would be amazing. I eventually cut my stay short as it was so hot and I felt a bit claustrophobic and needed somewhere were I could lay and read my book in the sun or under the stars. It’s a short ride to the beach of course but all i really I needed was a hammock in the sun. The nipa huts are very cosy but very small and super hot and I needed somewhere to stretch out in the mornings.
This is not necessary a criticism just something for people who are not volunteers to observe…there is a bit of a disconnect between volunteers and guests, especially older travellers. Although everyone was polite, it was the first place I’ve stayed in where I felt a little bit out of place due to my age. It’s a very specific demographic. I’d encourage my teenage daughter to come but not necessarily my middle aged friends for example.
and although the communal area is free for all after midday it does feel a bit cliquey and awkward to walk into and use.
Also be aware the volunteer workshops start at 7am and can be very noisy.
- Vyacheslav (1/5): - We had a very disappointing and unpleasant experience at this hotel. It was uncomfortable and did not feel safe at all. Because of this, we stayed only one night out of the six nights we had originally booked.
The staff promised that we would receive a refund for the unused nights, but this has not happened. We are still waiting, and there has been no proper follow-up.
Overall, the experience was stressful and far below expectations. I strongly do not recommend this hotel.

- Will (6/5): I’m glad I went - Like the food When the shower broke, it was really a bummer. Other than that it was OK.
- Will (6/5): It was an interesting experience and I’m glad I went - I really like the food When the showers were working, it was a real inconvenience
Restaurant très bon (only végétarien)

- Stephanie (10/5): - Wonderland is the most magical place I’ve visited! We stayed in one of the two person huts with our own bathroom/shower. We loved our room and found it very comfortable and clean, the outdoor showers have hot water as well. The main area is a great place to hangout and the food is excellent! Some of our favorites on the menu were the smoothie bowls, tacos, and chia pudding. Everyone was friendly and welcoming and there is a great sense of community. They have morning and evening activities each day that are free to join. Paliton Beach is just a 5-10 minute walk and there are a lot of great restaurants also in walking distance.
- KatieS23 (7/5): - The vibe and community in the hotel itself. They have a great schedule to do workshops and get togethers! Great place to catch up with backpackers and solo travellers
Close by to little boracay! Loved the beach stretch.Nice healthy meals and drinks.Staff member try to keep this place cleam Its secluded from downtown, so without bike you are far away to get to restaurant's etc. Little boracay is close by. Rooms have only Fan. So it can get warm inside of the hut. I had some bed bugs unfortunately but we changed hut and I was then okay. .
I had one night a twin room which is more spacious and that's very beneficial if you have a lot luggage. However its dear in proce for what you get. The twin room had only fairy lights!!Absolutely crazy to pack your backoack or to read with just one light for a bigger room! Shower heads have little pressure just you know to be mentally prepared once u shower.
There is a lot potential to upgrade for that pricing Community and ppl are very good. Also no grab available on that island
- fabio9300 (1/5): not worth - great idea for the houses and activities the toilet door damaged the fingers of 2 of us.
3 days over 3 the water was missing for 30m / 1h.
roosters going close to the people sleeping in the morning (keep them away at least!),
install a sound barrier,
shower outlet to be changed.
location is not central with other restaurants/pubs nor very close to the beach
- Beatriz (10/5): -
- Karolina (10/5): Fabulous, unique and tasty! - I had a fabulous stay at Wonderland in Siquijor. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting with motorbike rentals and transfers, which made everything easy. The food was especially amazing and the fresh juices too!
Sleeping in a hut was such a unique and enjoyable experience, and everything was very well run. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Siquijor. Nothing. Everything was great.
- ZNN productions (10/5): - We had an amazing stay at Wonderland. This hostel is a good balance between being social and relaxed. The staff were all very welcoming
and Rev in particular stood out being kind and helpful in the restaurant.
- Barbara (9/5): - Great location close to Paliton Beach (10min walking).
Nice & green environment. Restaurant is also really good with a lot of tasty vegan options.
Common area is large and very cozy to spend time there. Restaurant might be a bit too expensive.
- Danielle (10/5): -
- Carmen (6/5): Too expensive for what is offered - The location was really good! It’s impossible to sleep at night. Wonderland is located in nature but they don’t do anything with the dogs or chickens that get into the property so it’s impossible to sleep.
- Lucas (9/5): -

- jdeperry (7/5): - Very close from this wonderful beach called Paliton Beach ! One of the best I ve been in the Philippines I guess the vibe is not my vibe :) haha very hippie and strangely hard to make connections there.
- Jennifer (10/5): - The vibe of the hostel is great, kind of hippie. They offer a lot of workshops and some activities (only weekdays). The Restaurant is really good and all vegetarian. The huts are very cute and the common area is big, many chill people hang out there. You have a fan in your hut, which is totally fine and the mattres is comfy. Only downside was that there was loud music sometimes early in the morning (6/7 am). Water dispenser was a bit far away from the huts.
- limor (10/5): Real wonderland. I do not want to get out of the gate… mayby only for a sunset swim iin the perfect beach 8 minutes walk - The most amazing place i have ever stayed in. Ever!!!!!! Nothing!

- Kurtis (10/5): Reminds me of why I travel. - Amazing vibe, incredible food, very chilled out and relaxing, amazing staff and very close to the beach. I would absolutely come back here . Can't think of anything I didn't like. It's everything you're looking for in a travelers vacation. Great way to meet new people or just chill out and relax on your own

- Taylah-jayne (10/5): -

Itse en majoittuivat uudelleen, koska en saanut mökissä juurikaan nukuttua.
- Louisa (7/5): - Nice vibe Very pricy and very simple for the price. It’s a wooden hut, you will find insects everywhere in there.
- Martijn (9/5): -
- Ludmila (8/5): - Beautiful garden, chill area There were hardly any toilet seats

- TeresaG21 (8/5): Cool place to stay - O ambiente é muito bom, a localização é óptima.
- Ievgen (8/5): Great place with great vibes - Nice bar at the reception tonight where you can get together or meet new people, many activities that hotel offers (yoga, movie nights, even speed dating). The bungalows themselves are very minimalistic, but caution - there are no space for your stuff. Noisy neighbours, who are singing the whole day and night songs. And in the early morning you can enjoy the cock-a doodle-doo roosters and the barking of dogs right next to your bungalow.
- XIAOYAN (10/5): -
- Marie (2/5): Waste of money! - No water May mosquitoes
- mila (7/5): -
- Peggy (8/5): Lovely experience - Quite a big eco hostel, nicely build, lovely huts set up in nature with a massive resting/restaurant area with pool table, nice feel about the place. Walking distance to the beautiful Paliton beach. Cold shower to cool you down. restaurant might be a bit more expensive than the competition around!
- Mihan (9/5): - Fantastic! The rooms are a bit small but if you’re ok for a Glamping-sort-of-experience then it’s amazing :)
- Mihan (9/5): -
- Jean-Francois (6/5): -
- Babcock (10/5): - Very comfortable laid back environment. Friendly people and staff, good food and next to the beach Nothing
- Dave (5/5): Not a bad time, it’s an amazing business really for the owners but I feel it’s not great value for the accommodation you - Good WiFi and excellent for backpackers Very overpriced for what for most is a very small bamboo shack, so quite damp on clothes hung up in there etc nothing dries fully but it has got a jungle feel to it so comes with the territory but overpriced was the main factor here across the board. If it was a lot cheaper there would be no reason for negative from me
- Reece (5/5): - Private hut, comfortable bed, power generator No toilet seats, cold showers/showering with bucket. Clueless staff, non helpful.
