• Joanne (8/5): Toplocatie, mooie appartementen, alleen het slaapcomfort mag beter - De locatie is ideaal. Je checkt zelf gemakkelijk in middels een code. Ik ben er nu meerdere keren geweest en iedere keer is het een ander appartement in het gebouw, maar allemaal zijn ze ruim, mooi ingericht en met alle faciliteiten aanwezig. Het is helaas niet alle keren perfect schoon geweest, puntje van aandacht. En het matras van het bed moet vervangen worden, evenals de zeer platte kussens.

• Sasidhar (9/5): Comfortable stay - The apartment is very comfortable,neat and clean. I like the location Hilversum and the apartment is near the Hilversum station. The location is a bit far from Amsterdam central. But still it can be manageable with the transportation.

• Nathalie (3/5): Limpieza y servicio deficiente - La ubicación, cerca de la parada del tren y en una zona silenciosa. El alojamiento, con una mejor gestión de la limpieza tiene potencial. Semanas antes de nuestra estancia leí reseñas de otros huéspedes que se quejaban de la limpieza del sofá cama entre otras cosas, así que me contacté para asegurarme de que el día que lleguemos al apartamento tendríamos el sofá cama hecho y el colchón limpio. (y debo decir que me respondió, no solo el bot pero una persona del equipo y me dijo que tomarían en cuenta mi solicitud). Al llegar, no me importó tanto que no estuviera hecho el sofá cama, sino que al abrirlo, el forro del colchón estuviese asqueroso, con manchas y suciedad y que no hayan dejado sábanas ni mantas para poder hacer la cama. Escribí para quejarme y me dijeron que no había personal que nos ayudara ese día así que vayamos a buscar nosotros mismos las sábanas en el sótano en un cuarto donde guardan la ropa de cama y que de no haber, ya nos la darían al día siguiente... Obviamente me molesté mucho porque no tenían ni la seguridad de si habría o no sábanas y que esperaban, que durmamos en el suelo esa noche? O los tres en la misma cama? Menos mal fui precavida y pedí una según opción porque al revisar el cuarto del sótano este estaba con seguro y no pudimos abrir la puerta, así que como plan B me ofrecieron coger las sábanas de otra habitación que POR SUERTE esa noche estaba desocupada, sino olvídalo, tendrás que dormir sobre el forro de colchón o en el suelo. Además de este desagradable momento que tardó horas en llegar a un acuerdo (son muy lentos respondiendo) la habitación olía a que habían fumado y no sé molestaron en dejar las ventanas abiertas ventilando, además todos los días había un olor horrible que salía de las tuberías del baño. Además había mucho polvo en los muebles que se nota que tampoco se toman el tiempo ni de abrir y mirar y pasar un trapo... Cuidando ciertos detalles este lugar sería ideal, pero si vas necesitando el sofá cama prepárate a pasar horas de tus vacaciones intentando solucionar esta pesadilla...
• Jan (5/5): - De ruimte en de ligging Het was er niet schoon Toen we kwamen scheen de zon vol op de ramen en de vloer verwarming aan ,het was er dus smoor heet binnen (niet fijn) De TV was geen Hollandse zender op te vinden , erg vervelend De latten van het bed vielen er onderweg Afzuigen boven het kooktoestel deed het niet Jammer dat je er niet van een uitzicht kan genieten,je ziet alleen maar daken !

• Hamdi Firat (1/5): A complete disappointment and a waste of money. No customer-oriented policies and comms at all. - The facility is in a great location, and it seemed very promising when we booked, but everything changed after we stepped in. The management of the facility is a disaster. We had several issues, including defective doors, problems with door codes, and similar issues. At one point, other guests even entered our house unexpectedly because they had a key code to our apartment and had been given a reservation for the same unit. This was a serious breach of privacy. The management was not attentive and was often very slow to address problems. The cleaners do not speak English or Dutch, and there is no staff present at the facility. If you have a problem, you are on your own. They also never paid the promised refund despite the multiple issues we experienced and the many messages and emails we sent. In addition, they do not answer the phone.
• Dav (10/5): - Really enjoyed my stay here. The check-in and access process was very smooth, which made arriving and settling in super easy. The location is also great if you’re looking for somewhere peaceful, as it’s situated in a quiet area that makes it easy to relax after a long day. The apartment itself is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, which made it feel convenient and practical. Overall, a very pleasant place to stay and I would definitely come back again.

• Denise (10/5): Fantastisch verblijf - Het was super mooi. Tafel was gedekt met borden en glazen en eigenlijk overal een goeie uitleg met instructies hoe iets werkt. Ook het in en uitchecken ging gemakkelijk, helemaal top!

• Bruno (8/5): Hilversum, buona base per visitare Amsterdam e dintorni - Appartamento in ottime condizioni. Fornito di ottimi confort e attrezzature. Posizione centrale in una location comoda per raggiungere Amsterdam in circa 40 min. meno ancora per Utrecht e poco più per Rotterdam. Stazione ferroviaria a meno di 10 min. a piedi. Un paio di volte si è disattivato il codice di accesso all'appartamento. Per fortuna è stato riattivato dopo pochi minuti dopo averlo segnalato via whatsapp all'assistenza. Non so però se sarebbe stato così facile in fasce orarie notturne o fuori dagli orari del servizio... Incomprensibile lo stoccaggio dei rifiuti anche umidi nel seminterrato praticamente in una cantina. Dopo alcuni giorni dall'arrivo non essendo stati smaltiti hanno generato odori sgradevoli. Quando sono stati rimossi abbiamo convissuto per un paio di giorni con una moltitudine di fastidiosi insetti presenti nell'ascensore che evidentemente viene utilizzato per spostare i contenitori dell'immondizia.

• memo (7/5): - Room clean service was amazing. They are professional. And the balcony is good too. Nice view and so cozy. I like it. There is only a window I could open. I used this room summer season and it was hot weather. Then I tried to make out warm air but I couldn't do well because there is only one window. It was so hard to take a fresh air and out old air. And there is no body soap. It would be considerate if they prepared it.

• Dewi (5/5): Inconvenience Experience - Location, the facility inside apartment and the lay out of the apartment was great. The things that dissapoint us 1. There were no triple bed set upon arrival, while we're paying for triple arrangement since the beginning. We even contact the host in advance but the sofa bed, linen, towel were not available. Due to none available, we had to prepare the bed by ourself and took the linen to basement by our self 2. The air con was not available, while this was one of the main reason of why we booked the apartment for our summer holiday 3. Security Safety experience, as we noticed that our apartment door was side opened on the morning at 08.00 am when we woke up. So somehow while we were sleeping, the door was opened, our room was exposed from the corridor and we have no idea why. We reported this to the host immediately and the host unable to give valid reason of why, the door with password can be opened. Imagine you woke up in the morning and noticed your apartment door wide opened snd can be accessed by anyone...I believe this very inconvenience experience made you questioning the safety and security of your stay in the apartment and your valuable items. This was happening two days prior of our check out. 4. No efforts made by Alpabeth Management to compensate the above situation. In fact, we felt that we've been ignored. So dissapointing... I dont take any photos during our stay in this place as I never plan to make a bad review but a gesture of apology from Management what we were expecting. Again, none happening. Very dissapointing as I am also working in Hospitality industry in Bali. I shared my experience to my team as lesson to learn "what we expect to NOT Happening for our in house guests".
• Pasi (9/5): Superb - The apartment was clean and it was well equipped. Thanks to Miguel who was amazing and helped us in many ways. Check in was really difficult. Nothing worked and there was staff only by phone. But fortunately the staff was knowledgeable and got the doors open for us.
• Michael (9/5): Fantastic Stay, amazing central location. - Great location, good size. Our only complaint was the heat. We stayed when it was 32 degrees outside and with no aircon and only a small fan made it very hot in the apartment. We tried keeping the curtains closed but this made little difference. Thermal curtains or air conditioning would be amazing here.

• Eveline (8/5): Fresh and convenient centre apartment - Locatie can't be better! Bang in the centre! The beds were very good and the bathroom was convenient ! I had some problems with the door code, but I got a very quick reply to help me out! Good service! I was unlucky to end up in an apartment with no view. See pictures. They rent them out in what's available. So, no choice! The outside of the windows needed cleaning. There are no Dutch channels on the TV.

• Accola (6/5): Pleasant - The staff was easy reachable via whatsapp (most responses within 30 min) and the location was really good :). on arrival the apartment hasn’t been cleaned from previous visitors. We informed staff and after going out for dinner the apartment was ready. There has been an error in an application they use with their cleaning staff. There was only one fork in the apartment and after telling the staff multiple times (first time on arrival) even after our 9 day stay we still only had one fork…

• Jovan (5/5): Passable - The property charges a deposit, stated as 300 euros through a dedicated portal. However, in practice, they deducted more than 320 euros without notifying us, which was unexpected. The return of the deposit took significantly longer than the announced 7 to 14 days, requiring multiple attempts to communicate before it was processed. The hosts were unresponsive—I had to leave several messages through both their portal and Booking.com to get a reply. Additionally, the room was missing towels and bed sheets for three people, even though our reservation was clearly for three. We requested these items but never received a response. Overall, it was a disappointing stay.

• Jungah (9/5): Superb - It was really clean and nice, spacious, good location near to city center for restaurant and shopping, love to have a kitchen, washing machine (wirlpool washing machine), little balcony was nice as well! First of all, they charged double - booking.com & property itself, of course they fixed it after I addressed the issue but feel not professional. Another thing is that would be nice to get the information of accessible point by taxi! Property is not accessible directly by taxi and in fact it’s very close if we put the address as Noordse Bosje 2D, short walk cross the flower shop. But I didn’t know at the beginning that need to walk long time with big luggage. Pls kindly address the nearest drop off point by taxi.

• Wisarin (7/5): Not good management, good location - Good location- Surrounded by shopping streets and not too far from the train station. New modern building. - So hard to contact the staff. First, I would like to know the check in details. I sent the message to the property but they never replied even I contacted the booking.com customer service to followed. Moreover, I try to call them directly but the staff is not good much in English so it doesn’t work. - Then, I got the message from them that I need to pay more extra deposit by clicking the link but I don’t trust it. I’m afraid that it’s scam so I reply to them I will pay only at the property or they have to prove they are not scammer but they didn’t answer anything. At that time I didn’t get any code to get in the property yet. I think maybe I have to lose money. But one day before the check in day finally I got the code to check in. - When we check in, it turns out…The property looks like it not ready to stay… 1. It’s not the type of room we choose 2. Stuffs messy around 3. Not much clean 4. No bed sheets, pillow sheet, blanket sheet for sofa bed 5. Only 2 towels but we have 4 people 6. No carpet for the bathroom so it’s wet all the time
• Louisa (8/5): Overall, super nice place, great location, would definitely stay again, especially if they added in some windows that op - Location was great: 10 minute walk from the main Hilversum station and from there only 20 minutes to Amsterdam Centraal. 5 minutes from local grocery store (Dirk) and restaurants with a cafe just downstairs. Room was cozy: included a washing machine, dishwasher, smart tv, a spacious balcony, comfy bed, and enough utensils to cook and eat with. There’s an automatic smart lock on all the doors so you only need to remember a code rather than remember to take the keys with you -Only fresh air is from the balcony door, none of the windows open or tilt so we left the balcony door open and unlocked at night. Thankfully it’s a super quiet neighborhood with the apartment on the 3rd floor so we didn’t worry too much. -No space to dry dishes, if you only have a few glasses then it’s ok but if you were to cook a whole meal you’d have to turn on the dishwasher every night because there’s just no extra room on the counters. -Never saw any staff aside from cleaning crew. We never needed staff, however it feels safer to me and sometimes it’s good to have someone around in case any issues ever arise.
• Bezuglyi (9/5): Superb - Clean, brand new apartment in a very city center. Easy and secure keyless entrance system is a benefit, so you don't have to worry about your keys every time you go out. The apartment is well equipped with pretty much everything you need. Nice balcony with the view is a great option for a morning coffee (if Dutch weather allows). The space is small and cozy, more then enough for 2 person short stay. Hosts do provide all the information needed on a timely matter. Worth to mention value for money: this place was more affordable than 2 other hotels we used to stay before and it was way more modern and fresh. User manuals for the equipment was missing (owen, washing machine, heating system etc.). Took some time to learn but you can figure it out via internet or reaching out to the hosts.
