• Silvia_bí (10/5): Ottima soluzione! - Ottima soluzione: spazi giusti, attrezzata, pulita, proprietaria sempre gentile e disponibile... Posizione ottima! A pochi minuti a piedi dal centro ma fuori dal caos. Abbastanza facile anche trovare parcheggio. Super consigliata! Unico difetto, a volerne trovare uno, è che è poco luminosa

• Giuseppe (10/5): Relax nel centro di Zakintos ma in silenzio e senza il caos - Posizione centralissima in una stradina in centro, ma lontana dal caos. Spiaggia di principale a 3 minuti a piedi, supermarket a 5 min a piedi. Pulizia, e fornitura dell'appartamento ottima ma soprattutto la gentilezza e disponibilità della proprietaria sempre pronta ad aiutarci o a darci consigli.

L'appartamento è vicinissimo al centro, pur essendo molto silenzioso, ed è dotato di tutti i comfort. Nei pressi si parcheggia facilmente l'auto. Niente
• Diana (3/5): This place felt unsafe, unhygienic, and untrustworthy. Avoid it at all costs. - When we arrived, we found a cake, some water, and a Coca-Cola waiting for us. We appreciated the gesture — it was a nice welcome. However, nothing about what happened afterward can be excused by this. This was one of the worst stays we’ve ever had, and we absolutely do not recommend this property. • The host initially tried to charge us an additional “government fee.” Only after we contacted Booking was this unjustified fee removed. • There is a door without a handle in the hallway that leads into the adjacent garage. We were assured it was locked and inaccessible. • However, the day before our departure, someone opened that door from the garage side, which terrified us. And no — it was not the cleaning lady, as the host later claimed. We specifically checked, and no one came out of the garage. Also, we had laundry drying in front of the main door — why would a cleaner sneak in through the garage, silently, without knocking? It was clearly the owners, who likely intended to snoop through our belongings. • Because of this incident (and our complaint to Booking the day before), we lost an entire day of our vacation staying inside the apartment out of fear that someone might come in or steal from us. The so-called cleaning lady never once came during our entire 7-night stay • We were given only one roll of toilet paper and one set of towels for the entire stay. • The apartment was far from clean. • The tap water was salty and undrinkable. • There was a very strong, unpleasant smell throughout the apartment. We are deeply disappointed and honestly disturbed by what happened. This place felt unsafe, unhygienic, and untrustworthy. Avoid it at all costs.
• Fabio (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was really perfect, the bed was really comfortable and the position was great, everything worked perfectly and Mina was also very cordial and nice. If i would come back to Zante i would choose this place again😁
• Diana (10/5): Ve - I ask early check in and I received all explication, ecen our host visit for vring sure that everything is ok fir us. 🌺🤗 Perfect location fir our holiday, quiet nearby, close to lical transport littke train or buses, and iur gost was certainly the best of all times.
