• Luca (1/5): Horrible - Not much. We had to change plans to avoid a terrible vacation and lost our money to this horrible place. However, the keepers are nice and supportive. It is not their fault. The problem appears to be with the owner who does not remotely understand what it means to create a positive customer experienceprobably for lack of any culture of hospitality or for an overly narcissistic personality. You are not Gianni Versace, boy! The only really positive fact is the closeness to many shops and the relative closenss to city center and the station. This house is completely inadequate as a tourist location. The apartment is densely packed with unuseful stuff in an unsuccesful attempt to provide an image of "design". It is immensely baroque  and dusty. There is barely room to.move and spaces for your stuff is severely limited. Moreover the two rooms are characterized by dry flowers (an umbearable amount of them)  which retain all kind of dust and fall into.pieces giving the flavor of a long abandoned cript. The owner surreptitiously communicates the presence of air conditioning. The only room with a unit installed is the living room but when heat is high this is clearly insufficient and the bedroom becomes a living hell. I have travelled around the world and stayed at a number of locations. This is probably the worst experience ever. If it were mine I would be ashamed to be paid to host people in this condition. During August the street is heavily trafficked and dangerous. Trucks and even lorries and long car queues and even at the fifth floor instead of sea breeze you breath like at a Hudson tunnel in New York at peak hours
• Olumide (10/5): Beautiful and excellently decorated Apartment in Rapallo - Everything! The apartment is super beautiful ! Fully decorated and has all you need to be comfortable. The apartment is about 8 mins walk from Rapallo train station. It's has a classic iconic lift and It's on the top floor with great views. It has 2 lovely balconies filled with sunshine . 🌞 . You will be amazed at the level of decoration. It was so beautiful. The choice of decoration and the attention to details is excellent. The apartment has all you need to be very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bedroom is beautiful but need a fan or an Air conditioning installed. It has it own balcony and another balcony at the living room open to the front view of the apartment. Lovely place to sit and watch the world roll by. We shall definitely stay here again. Rapallo itself is so beautiful. Flat and not hilly like other towns. The waterfront or promenade is very beautiful. I will recommend staying in Rapallo as a base to explore the Cinque Terre. It's very convenient. There should be a fan or AC in the bedroom.
• Carleen (10/5): Exceptional - We had a wonderful stay at CaArtemia. The apartment is absolutely beautiful, exquisitely decorated, fully equipped with everything you could possibly need and has 2 bathrooms, large kitchen with spices and condiments stocked, a lovely balcony, a very comfortable bed with pressed linens and plenty of towels and even a toiletry gift bag. Several grocery stores, fruit and vegetable stands, and shopping were conveniently located within minutes to the apartment. The ferry was an easy 10-15 minute walk and provided easy access to the neighboring towns of Santa Margherita, Portofino, San Fruttuoso and Camogli - all must sees. The train station was further away. We took a cab on our arrival and departure as it was raining very hard. This apartment was by far the nicest place we stayed during our 2.5 week Italy trip. Thank you Elisabetta for the wonderful stay! Initially, we were instructed to obtain a key from a lockbox and to provide our passports online. Not feeling comfortable doing so, Elisabetta graciously met us at the apartment and was welcoming. A booklet with suggestions on restaurants, ferry schedules etc. would be a helpful addition.
• Daren (10/5): Great place to stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. - Beautifully decorated, very airy and spotlessly clean. Kitchen had everything you need plus more! The bed was super comfortable. Great location for the train station, beach and town. Nothing
• Jamie (9/5): Beautifully decorated and great value - The flat was beautifully decorated and well appointed, in a good location and was good value for money. It was also very clean and the host was very helpful. Having the balconies was lovely and the shutters and awnings were great for helping with the heat. Both the TV in the living room and the one in the bedroom were smart TVs and there was all types of home comforts and appliances to make the stay easy and comfortable. And the bed in the bedroom was actually the comfiest I've ever slept on holiday! The Aircon that's advertised on the listing is only in the living room and didn't seem very powerful which made sleeping in the bedroom difficult in the heat. And there was a bit of a funny smell coming from the drain in the secondary bathroom but it was only minor. Apart from that it was all amazing.
• Emmi (9/5): Superb - Beautiful and practical place, value for the money. Two bathrooms is very handy to have but the shower in the main bath was broken and showering in the other one in a tiny tub was pretty uncomfortable.
