• Anika (10/5): - Die Wohnung war sehr groß und geräumig. Sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Besonders fanden wir den Flair und das geschnitzte Bild im Essbereich. Die Küche lud zum Kochen ein, wir haben nichts vermisst. Erwähnenswert ist der unglaubliche Panoramaausblick auf die Berge. Diesen haben wir beim Frühstück auf der schönen Terrasse genießen können. Nur eine kleine Anregung: Es wäre für uns praktisch gewesen, zwei Hausschlüssel zu besitzen. Da sich die Gruppe oft getrennt hat, waren wir zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten an der Unterkunft und man ist etwas abhängig von den anderen.
• Ingrid (9/5): - Sehr geräumige, helle Wohnung. Sehr gemütlich! Alles da was man braucht. Wir waren als Familie da, und unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Der Vermieter antwortet rasch auf Fragen und kümmert sich um etwaige Anliegen sofort. Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei große Balkone mit Sitzgelegenheiten und Blick auf die Alpen. Gleich um die Ecke gibt's eine Norma.

• Eva (6/5): Ansonsten passt es. - Gross, sauber, gut ausgestattete Küche, es fehlen nur Teetassen. Kein Wlan und dadurch auch gar kein Fernsehempfang, obwohl ein riesiger Fernseher im Wohnzimmer steht. Es wurde uns gesagt, dass es am Anbieter liegt. Keinerlei Entgegenkommen vom Vermieter. Ich finde, das muss man vorher kommunizieren. Ist lt anderer Bewertungen ( die ich leider vorher nicht ausführlich gelesen habe) wohl häufig der Fall. Außerdem funktionieren nicht alle Heizkörper.

• maria del pilar (7/5): - El apartamento es hermoso y tiene todo lo que necesitas para pasar unas hermosas vacaciones Limpio Cocina súper completa si te gusta cocinar y comer en casa El vecino que vive abajo del apartamento nos ha gritado, solo habla alemán, no entendíamos que pasaba. El wifi no funciona y no lo repararon en las 6 noches que estuvimos allí. Detallé que no fue menor ya que nosotros trabajamos desde casa y hemos tenido que contratar aparte nosotros.
• Susanne (9/5): - Sehr geräumige, schöne Wohnung. Bequeme Sofas und gute Betten. Das Wlan geht mal und dann wieder nicht. Weil der Fernseher auch nur über Wlan angeschlossen ist, kann er daher eigentlich nicht für's direkte Fernsehen benutzt werden. Schade für den tollen riesigen Fernseher.
• Karolee (10/5): Amazing and unique property in the Alps - This is truly a unique and spectacular property. The sheer living space size and unique woodwork and features are over the top. It is about 1.5 KM from town center, we had a car so no issue. Parking included. It was nice and quiet but in a zone with residential / industrial/commercial mixed in. We could hear the river from the balcony but could not see it for the trees. A great curved screen TV. Full kitchen and dining area. We had to drive to Garmish - Partenkirchen to get the keys for the place in Mittenwald. We came from Salzburg that day so it added on an extra 40+ minutes to drive past Mittenwald to Garmish and then drive back to Mittenwald. Also the property management place was closing by 6PM and we had challenges getting through busy highway traffic on time. We required additional communications to arrange for our possible late arrival to pick up keys. However, they were quite responsive and accommodating about it. We were allowed to leave the keys in the unit rather that drive them back to Garmish upon check out. A lock box installed with keys or a door code to enter the unit would greatly enhance the experience. WIFI was a bit weak at times but usually came back in a few minutes.
• Ulrich (6/5): - Großzügige Wohnung, die gemütlich eingerichtet ist. Das von der Verwaltung übermittelte WLAN-Passwort war falsch. Auf Nachfrage am ersten Tag wurde Abhilfe versprochen. Am zweiten Tag ebenfalls und am dritten Tag ging keiner mehr ans Telefon. Das WLAN-Passwort habe ich nicht erhalten, sodass die Kinder es nicht nutzen konnten und entsprechend erfreut waren. Service sieht anders aus. Es kann immer mal sein, dass etwas nicht funktioniert, aber dann muss sich die Verwaltung kümmern, insbesondere wenn man einen exklusiven Preis für die Wohnung verlangt.
• Daniel (8/5): - Tolle Lage und die Aussicht ist fantastisch. Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Bildern und wirkte sehr einladend und geräumig . Viel Platz für eine Familie. Betten und Bettzeug waren toll und die Ausstattung in der Wohnung war ausreichend. Wir würden trotz der Kritiken (die ja lösbar sind) noch mal da übernachten. Das Badezimmer und die Gästetoilette hatten kein Vorhang oder/und Plissees. Die Dusche lief nicht ab, das Sieb wurde seit längerem nicht gereinigt. Das WLAN war eine Katastrophe. Couch und Sessel in der Wohnstube waren sehr fleckig, da haben wir uns nur mit Unterlagen drauf gesessen
• Jaroslav (9/5): - Byt je neuvěřitelně velký a skvěle uklizený. Pro čtyři osoby velmi pohodlný. Ocenili jsme, že v ceně ubytování byla Alpenwelt Card. Nabídku z karty jsme využili. Umístění apartmánu je dobré, obchod Norma velmi blízko přišel vhod. Celkově jsme byli hodně spokojení. Naše doporučení hostiteli: ocenili bychom velké hrnky na čaj, větší polštáře a zatemnění v obou koupelnách.

It contains (almost) all that you need. 1/ Heating near dining table does not work, fortunately this was the only "cool area" in the apartment. 2/ There is no washing machine (not a big issue in our case thanks to relatively short stay), this mentioned in the description.
