• Elena (4/5): overrated property - The view from the room window in the morning is stunning. The apartment is very close to the sea. The place is clearly overrated (and overpriced). It is not a separate apartment but rather a room in the apartment where the owners live. The apartment building has an entrance/ exit right from/ into the road with a lot of traffic, so one needs to be super careful at all times. The room has only basic facilities: no a simple coffee machine, no aircon, no TV, with a very poor internet (most of the time, it was not working). The room is right above an eatery. The smell of fried food and burnt oil is sensed in the room. The very same eatery is a source of noise because people sit down there chatting, shouting, laughing and playing music. The first night we could not sleep till 5 am. The following nights, it was slightly better - 3-4 am. Yet, keeping the windows shut was hard as we did not have an aircon and a small ventilator was not of help. We might have needed to ask for it, but the owner has not offered any cleaning throughout our 5 nights stay. So, the room and the bed linen were a bit untidy towards the end of our stay.

• severine (8/5): - Es war nahe am Meer . Der Ausblick war direkt zum Meer. War vieles in der Nähe ..Carfour zb. war in der Nähe .Das Zimmer war herzig eingerichtet . Es war nicht angeschrieben .wir hatten Mühe es zu finden .
• Robby (9/5): - Ottima posizione, camera accogliente, bagno ampio e ben fornito, ottima posizione vista mare! Sara una persona molto accogliente e pronta alle esigenze. Lavorerei di più sulla climatizzazione, quest' estate molto calda.
• Mauricio Israel (8/5): - La posizione Che nella descrizione non è chiara , la descrizione parla di spazi nella casa ma non c’è nessuno nota che specifica (comune ) quindi molto vaga , ci aspettavamo un appartamento con una camera , non una affitta stanze . Delusione totale . però c’è da dire che lo staff stato cordiale e gentile .
• mario (9/5): Fine settimana a Varazze - La vicinanza al mare , e al centro storico Avendo le finestre vista mare e sulla passeggiata , un po' rumoroso fino a tarda serata , ma chiudendo si risolve ...non avendo aria condizionata pero' gli ambienti risultano un po' caldi...

• Renate (9/5): Next to the beach - beautiful - thanks :) - Very nice accommodation. + Location (just right in the middle of Varazze and next to the beach) + Bedroom/Bathroom (beautiful, bright, spacious) + Hosts (very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay. Please note a few details which I was not aware of (because I did not properly read the description). This is not a hotel, it's your own bedroom and bathroom in a spacious flat where the hosts live. I have a very positive experience. One little downside of the accommodation is the noise. There is a bar in the same building and the main street is also next to the building.

• Audrey (8/5): Very good - Nice & clean room, with direct view of the seafront (can be loud at night) and a private bathroom. The owners were very nice & helpful (for example they showed us where to park, which is key given how busy it is in the city).
