• Thomas (8/5): - Die Wohnung ist architektonisch, beleuchtungstechnisch ein Traum, der Zugang zum Meer direkt 10 Punkte Die Wohnung liegt im Soutterain von der Strasse aus. Im direkten Umfeld aussen herum nur Schrottimmobilien, die verfallen,der Terrassenbereich ist für Jedermann zugänglich, auch von der Strasse her. Der Strand ist ungepflegt und dreckig. Die Gegend ist nicht schön. Max. 7 Punkte

• Reinhard (9/5): Moderne Apartment mit Garten direkt am Strand, zentrumsnahe - Modern, schlicht aber stilvoll eingerichtet, alles vorhanden was man braucht, kleiner Sandstrand direkt vor dem Apartment,schnell im Zentrum zu Fuß - ca. 5 Min, hatten immer Parklatz Umgebung mit 2 bis 3 leicht verfalllenen Häusern und Übergang von Wohnzimmer in Küche, Bad & Schlafzimmer durch wahrscheinlich eingezogenen Träger etwas nieder für größere Menschen.- hatten persönlich aber keine Probleme

Il giardino si affaccia su una spiaggetta tranquilla e pulita con un panorama meraviglioso. La piastra ad induzione del fornello litiga con gli altri elettrodomestici: non sempre si accende oppure disattiva la lavatrice ma con l'intervento dell'energica signora che gestisce l'appartamento e le opportune istruzionii il problema si risolve facilmente
