• Maffezzoni (6/5): - Posizione ottimale Acqua della doccia fredda purtroppo mi avevano detto che sarebbe durata poco l'acqua calda però dopo Neanche 5 Min era già diventata fredda non penso sia concepibile in una struttura
• Marco (8/5): Normale - Colazione normale, poteva esserci qualcosa in più da mangiare. Posizione ottima. Purtroppo la mattina facendomi la doccia ad un certo punto arrivava solo acqua fredda quindi solo una persona ha fatto 1/2 doccia. Il bidè era intasato e l’acqua non scorreva. Cercate di rimandiate per i prossimi clienti.

• Sabine (6/5): - Schönes Zimmer mit schicker Einrichtung (leider wenig zweckmäßig), praktisch ist der kleine Kühlschrank, Strand nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, etliche Restaurants und Lokale in nächster Nähe, Cafè-Bar vor der Haustür für Frühstück wie Aperitivi Das Zimmer ist sehr klein und hat so gut wie keine Ablagemöglichkeiten und auch so gut wie nichts zum Aufhängen, daher für Strandurlaub mit nassen Badesachen ungeeignet. Warmwasser zum Duschen nur begrenzt, da Mini-Boiler. Wirklich mühsam war das Auf-Zusperren von vier Türen mit vier verschiedenen Schlüsseln, bis man endlich das Zimmer erreicht. Kein Zimmer-Service, Handtücher wurden nur auf Nachfrage getauscht, Duschgel wurde nicht mehr nachgereicht. Leider auch sehr dünne Wände, da hört man alles.

• Isabel (7/5): - Fijne plek, prima communicatie met de host, netjes, ruim en schoon appartement, goede badkamer en bedden, ideale uitvalsbasis als je zelf beetje wil kunnen rommelen en niet in een hotel wil. We werden gevraagd of we een babybedje erbij wilden hebben, op zich erg aardig. Alleen het bedje in kwestie stonk zo erg (sigaretten? muf?) dat we het uiteindelijk niet hebben gebruikt.

• J (9/5): Great host, lovely stay. - modern, spacious, beautifully decorated, clean well located apartment. Noise from neighbours children upstairs - not apartment owners fault. Dripping boiler above sink - minor leak. Nowhere to hang clean washing but apart from that, great place to stay.

• Brendan (7/5): Nice place but didn’t get to enjoy after the fall. Would like to ensure people are aware of the slippery hazard. Better - Clean and big Slippery floor in bathroom. My wife ended up in hospital after slipping on the tiled floor.
• Phillip (9/5): Nice room for a short stay in Viareggio - Nice and tidy room, near a pedestrian only street in Viareggio. Room included a refrigerator, microwave, and espresso machine. Host included a snack, espresso pods, cold water and bathroom amenities. The room even has a small safe. It only took a few minutes to walk to the beach, and a market occurs a block away from the building. There's a nice cafe next door. The host let us leave our bags in a locked room next door until noon on the day of our departure. The check in time is a little late and check out is a little early for a relaxed trip. The host is not located in the same building as the rooms and had to come to deliver the keys to us, taking about 15 minutes after we arrived.

• Alexandra (3/5): We do not recommend - - confortable bed - not enough water for even 1 person to shower - no breakfast included, even if reservation said it would be - not enough storage space - a lot of plates and utensils, but no kitchen area. What was the point of having them? They just occupy space - overall experience at the Viareggio beach was not great. It was pretty empty. We won’t return
