• James (9/5): A must-stay for a few nights in a beautiful spot. - Dolphin View is great - a must stay if you're in the area! The property isn't modern, but it has everything you'll need and is full of character. Really homely feel that we relaxed into straight away. The location is amazing, only 3 mins walk to the beach, which is also dog friendly! Plenty to see in the surrounding towns, some of which you can walk to from Denham beach. Brad's suggestions for attractions, restaurants, cafes and walks were brilliant too. The decking needs some TLC, but that really is the only negative.

• Kathleen (9/5): It was like going to stay at a friends house. - Wonderfully equipped kitchen including pantry staples. Downstairs bed was extremely hard. Looked as though the mattress was upside down with the padded side underneath.

• Patricia (8/5): Very good - Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and plenty of room to move around. Lounge was very comfortable, and good back yard for the dog. Bed on ground floor.was quite hard. Microwave oven located too high when taking out hot food. No cover over BBQ area when raining.

• Aeg3012 (7/5): A comfortable place in a good location - It was roomy and the location was great. It had everything we needed for a short stay. The house was a bit dated and a little like a rabbit warren but it was comfortable enough for what we needed.

Fabulous communication with owner Lovely older beach style home - gives a true beach holiday feel. & owner has added some modern touches too. Great extras added in the kitchen , and fun touches of colour with artwork & furnishings too. Excellent fans throughout the house for cooling. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & will stay again.
