- Aghekyan (8/5): The place is overall very great, luxury and professtional, just had some technical drawbacks. - Excellent service and staff! The food was delicious!!! They did not heat the room before checkin, so it was very cold, almost 3 hours, until it became normal temperature. They also had internet issues and overall electricity issues.

- Martin (10/5): Wirklich cool - Ein sehr ausgefallenes Hotel. Es ist alles sehr sauber und komfortabel. Das Personal ist durchgängig höflich und nett. Teilweise aber noch etwas unwissend. So gab es keine Weinkarte und ich habe die Weine am Kühlschrank ausgesucht. Oder als wir ein lokales Bier bestellt hatten kam ein Deutsches. Von daher kleine Abzüge 😀.

- vahe (2/5): Forget about relaxing and enjoying the weekend, it's gonna be very loud RABIZ music all night - Breakfast was ok, it feels very expensive when you enter the property, but don't let that fool you. It's not suitable for families with kids. Thing that frustrated us most was the party on the roof top till midnight, now imagine you are there with a kid, or just want to relax, you have to forget about that. Towels of the swimming pool are only changing once a day, and there are never enough towels. The AC was not working on the first day. Room service was bad too, they didn't add any toiletries that we used the day before. Restaurant menu is only digital, and it's not complete, and food was just average. Overall, it was a bad experience, won't recommend to anyone.

- Smbat (1/5): Horrible stay, I will advice you to avoid it. - Nothing Everything about our stay was disappointing. We arrived at 3:30, and even though the hotel advertising check-in at 2:30, we had to wait for 15 minutes at the front desk. And when we finally went up to our rooms only to find they were still being cleaned. There were no blankets provided—only bedsheets—and this was the case in all three rooms we had booked. None of the rooms had coffee machines, which should be standard in any five-star hotel. The shower cabin door did not even close properly. Whenever we asked reception for the smallest request, the answer was always no. We asked for a higher floor—no. We asked about an upgrade—no. We asked if our car could remain near the entrance for just five more minutes—again, no. On top of that, construction noise went on until midnight as the hotel prepared for a wedding. The final insult came at checkout, when we were told we could not leave until staff had inspected the rooms to ensure nothing had been stolen.

The flying insects at the bar patio during the night time .It's impossible to dine outside. Amboigious policy of certain foods that can only be served at the bar patio and not inside the bar. Policy of not smoking in the balcony.

It seems like the place wasn’t finished yet. The gym hall was empty, the spa not available and the pool coloured green. We booked it as a kind of spa experience, but that didn’t really work out. Also there are cameras everywhere (3 per elevator exit, 4 at the reception), which feels weird.

Second day there is noise from power generator, impossible to sleep because noise and very hot. And so on. No cold watermelon.

What I didn’t like was that many things felt unfinished — the beautiful design was there, but many elements were not well thought out to create real comfort. At breakfast, I really liked the syrniki. I’ve been to many places, but it’s rare to see syrniki served at breakfast. Aside from the swimming pool, there wasn’t much else to do. It wasn’t possible to place orders directly from the rooms.

- Evgenii (7/5): A fabulous hotel if you’re there for 1 night maximum - Fabulous hotel in picturesque mountains. It’s clear that a good chunk of thinking has been put into planning. Good indoor pool, comfortable rooms. Lavish breakfast, good choice of food and drinks in the restaurant. Very attentive personnel trying hard to please you. Absolutely nothing to do. No gym, no territory to have a walk, no sightseeing offerings. Sauna/steam is off by default. So when you come and realize that, you’ll have to wait for 1.5 hrs to get warm.. and that’s your only “entertainment” in the hotel. You’ll get tired of even the best restaurants. Need to have a choice!

- Vitalii (10/5): - This was the best place in Armenia, we were met by a hotel employee and opened the gate for us, we drove in and parked on the hotel grounds, we were met by another hotel employee with an umbrella, it was raining, when we went inside, they brought us champagne, it was nice)) the hotel grounds are very clean and cozy, there is an indoor pool, all the employees are very polite and helpful, the service is top notch, the room is comfortable, clean and with a beautiful view of the mountains, the food in the restaurant was excellent, we have never eaten so delicious in Armenia, the chef Karen is very cool), the restaurant staff are very attentive and nice guys) it was very cool, we will definitely come back to you again, thank you for the good mood)

- Maria (10/5): Cozy and beautiful - We had an amazing time in this beautiful hotel. The location was inside the mountains and the river. Our room had a breathtaking view and everything was so clean and beautiful organized. The restaurant had delicious dishes with a traditional taste of Armenia just like our breakfast. Nothing, everything was amazing.
- Vahagn (8/5): Had not it been for the halt during the check out this facility would have received a 9 or 10 score. - The reception was wonderful, staff very polite and friendly and supportive. The room was comfortable and had terrific views to the gorge and mountains, the bed mattress was a bit stiff (not medium firm but firm in my comparative experience). They provided an extra bed for the kid which is highly appreciated. Never in my life had I been kept waiting at check out, in no hotel in the world did reception keep me waiting "until" they check the room. This was a real disappointment. The building perimeter should be safeguarded properly so guests and their kids do not fall from high elevations (the building lacked proper railing to secure against falling). The bidet water was cold. The bedside table edges are rough and could cut, those need some smoothing.

- Natalie (10/5): Отель с прекрасными видами и обслуживанием - Отель совсем новый, можно было почувствовать классное ощущение, что ты один из первых посетителей. Очень чистые номера и разнообразный завтрак. Дружелюбные ребята на ресепшен были готовы решить любой вопрос. С нами еще поделились планами и рассказали, что будут строить канатную дорогу и будет лыжная трасса, а это означает, что мы обязательно вернемся.
- Armen (10/5): - Мне очень понравилось, как себя вёл персонал, очень общительный вежливый, понравилось как вообще всё устроено, сервис. Ресторан очень вкусные и эксклюзивные блюда, в которых есть местные ингредиенты. Очень воодушевляюет природа, которая там просто восхитительный, воздух чистый. Номера очень чистые классные, wi-fi отлично ловит всем своим друзьям порекомендовал этот отель.
