• Jana (10/5): Absolutely stunning - The house is just stunning. The interior feels traditional yet modernised enough so that it is fully usable in today’s age. The location is calm while the buses (free with complimentary tourist cards!) stop right next to the house. Also the views from the porch are spectacular. The host was also very friendly and welcoming. It was exceptionally hard to find any drawbacks but the absence of a microwave is something that could be improved upon. Apart from that, the accommodation was flawless.

The host Gertrude is super, always available for help and to answer our questions (about activities nearby, etc). With my family, we had a great time at Walserhaus. The house is well equipped, you can find all what you need. When we arrived the beds were prepared, and towels are foreseen. The kitchen is well-equipped. The location in Brand is perfect with many hiking tours and activities available close by. Maybe the one thing missing in the kitchen is a microwave, this could be a plus. Also for tall people, note that the height of the kitchen is quite low.
