Linen It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 09:00:00. Xavier (10/5): Had a really fun stay. Would definitely recommend to other people. - I loved the view from the location absolutely amazing. Nice facilities. I loved having the ping pong table, that was lots of fun and a nice collection of board games for the house. The hosts were also very nice and helpful over the phone whenever we had a question. For the cost, yes it was a beautiful house and definitely worth every cent, however it would have been nice if you could've included towels and bed linen as part of the deal. Also the bins were not emptied for our whole stay.
Nish (10/5): A wonderful property in a great location - A wonderful property in a great location. Only a few minutes walk to the beach, surf shop or general store. Having 2 outdoor seating decks to choose from was a highlight, an outdoor table tennis table was a bonus for the kids. It’s setup with an area for the kids to hangout downstairs, so adults can have some time away upstairs. Bathrooms are separate from the bedrooms, which is great when sharing with other families. Only a couple of little negative points, there was a large bottle for body wash in the shower to be refilled but it was empty, we couldn’t find any tea towels, no grater for making a coleslaw salad that we planned (Woolies also didn’t sell one), the bbq gas bottle ran out and the replacement was empty so we had finish cooking bacon and eggs on the stove top (which we were mid way cooking) and it would be good if they had a larger fry pan. These are small things though, overall we had a lovely stay at the property which was otherwise very well set up. Smiths beach was fantastic for the kids to boogie board or beginner surf in the white wash (swell was quite big during our stay) and we would happily stay here again.

Tennille (10/5): Perfect house, perfect location! We will be back!! - We had the best time ever! As soon as we drove into the driveway we were gob smacked! What a beautiful home, we knew we were going to have a wonderful three days there. We loved the house so much we decided to get take away instead of eating out, because we wanted to enjoy the two beautiful outside areas. It was a little chilly one night, but that was ok, because one of the area has overhead, outdoor heating. Deckchairs is the perfect house and perfect location (we love Smith’s Beach). We will definitely we back! 10/10!
