• Sichen (5/5): A Disappointing Stay - We booked a twin room with a terrace, but when we checked in, the hotel gave us a single room closest to the front desk. As you can imagine, it was very noisy. The room also had a persistent bad smell and couldn't even fit two suitcases. So after visiting Pamukkale, we didn't return to the hotel at all — we stayed out until after ten at night before coming back to sleep. We didn't even have breakfast the next morning and just checked out straight away. All I can say is, apart from the cheap price, there's nothing good about it.

• Laetitia (10/5): Hôtel charmant très bien situé - Nous avons séjourné dans ce petit hôtel charmant et nous en gardons un excellent souvenir ✨ Le personnel était vraiment très gentil, souriant et disponible, ce qui a rendu l’expérience particulièrement agréable dès notre arrivée. La nuitée était très confortable et nous avons passé un séjour reposant dans une chambre agréable et bien tenue. Le petit déjeuner traditionnel a été un véritable coup de cœur : un magnifique plateau dégustation, varié et généreux, qui permet de découvrir de nombreuses saveurs locales dans une ambiance chaleureuse. L’emplacement est idéal, juste à côté des célèbres travertins de Pamukkale, ce qui permet de s’y rendre très facilement. Un parking est disponible sur place, ce qui est très pratique. L’hôtel est également parfaitement adapté pour les familles : tout était prévu pour notre bébé (chaise haute, accueil adapté, etc.). Une très belle expérience, authentique et confortable. Nous recommandons sans hésiter ✨

Rester qu'une nuit avec un départ très très tôt, mon hôte a eu la gentillesse de me préparer un panier pour le petit dej. Ils ont eu réponse à toutes les questions et ont pu organiser mon transfert aéroport.Rapport qualité prix imbattable. Un hôtel qui ne se prend pas pour ce qu'il n'est pas et c'est fort appréciable.

Breakfast was amazing and keeps you going a long time especially when you go to Travertines and Heripolis which are easy to get to from Akapella. Tea and coffee always available which is a real plus. This is a family run business and all the staff are great. Would highly recommend if you are staying in Pamukkale. Nothing to dislike or complain about. Not related to property but coming back from our visit to Heripolis, we had a 35 min walk back to the hotel exiting from the southgate. Wish we knew that.

Posibil sa fi închiriat direct camera și a căutat diferite tertipuri să anulez eu rezervarea. Booking mi-a găsit cazare la fel Paradise House unde personalul este foarte amabil, am găsit și zbor cu balonul la ei la preț super ok. Din rău am ajuns la mult mai bine.

Im Zimmer gab es genügend Platz, aber weder Tisch noch Stühle, wir haben die Balkonstühle reingeholt.ist im Sommer wahrscheinlich egal.

The staff is super friendly. It was very close to the thermal pools of Pamukkale, we walked there and had a pleasant stay in this little and beautiful town. There are lots of restaurants close to the hotel, so, you can really relax and enjoy. Room was a bit small, but that was not an issue for us.

Kaffee und Tee standen jederzeit kostenlos zur Verfügung. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Ich kann die Unterkunft unbedingt empfehlen auch durch die perfekte Lage - kurzer Fußweg zum Eingang der Thermalquellen / Hierapolis. Nichts.
