• Anderson (2/5): Never come back to this private stay - Only the location I would like to file a formal complaint regarding the conditions of the stay, which were far below expectations. Starting with the kitchen, it was extremely dirty. The stove, oven, and microwave were all in poor condition, and the top of the extractor hood was still very dirty and had not been properly cleaned. The glass surfaces and doors were covered in fingerprints, and the cutlery was also dirty. We had to clean and organize the entire kitchen before being able to use it. In addition, there was a very strong smell coming from the carpet, as if it had not been cleaned for a long time. Another serious issue was the lack of water. After one person took a shower, there was no water left, and we had to wait for the tank to refill. We also experienced a power outage and had to call someone to come and restore the electricity. The Wi-Fi did not work at all during our stay. We had no internet access the entire time. Regarding the swimming pool, we went there so the children could swim, but we were told there was an extra charge of £10 per adult and £6 per child. This is not acceptable, considering we paid over £350 for the stay. Such amenities should be included. We have stayed in other places before, including in the United States, where the experience was completely different. We had full access to the swimming pool, much better cleanliness standards, and none of these issues such as lack of internet, water, or electricity. Overall, the experience was very disappointing, especially due to the basic issues like lack of water and electricity. I look forward to your response.
• Mchale (10/5): - THE CARAVAN WAS VERY BIG. AMINETIES IN THE VAN WERE GREAT . EVERYTHING YOU NEED AWAY FROM HOME.. ENTERTAINMENT COMPLEX VERY CLOSE BY. COURTESY BUS ALSO VERY CLOSE. . IF AVAILABLE NEXT YEAR I WILL ENQUIRE TO HIRE AGAIN. . COMMUNICATION WITH THE HOST'S WAS SPOT ON. . THERE WAS NOTHING I COULD FAULT. EVERYTHING WAS GREAT.
