• Nathan (2/5): Would never suggest to anyone wanting to sty for the football. Pay the extra for a better place this was a joke - Close to Liverpool stadium. Could not gain early access to drop bags off. Main door key code wouldn’t work, so had to use another customers code. Curtain in room was broken and missing, so had to hang towel to block outside street lamp. Bed was just foam mattress. Resident Lady next door had young child which both stayed up till 4:30am talking and crying as other people visited. Bathrooms having been renovated but on the cheap with false floors and poor lighting, not worth showering in. Wasn’t expecting much but was well below expectations
• Tammy Lee (6/5): Very nice price but few issues. Would stay again though if needed - Nice and cheap, easy to find Room was very small, couldn’t find tv remote, drawers were filthy, had mug with hot drinks but no kettle. Bathrooms were clean but toilets very low down

• Jackson (5/5): Overall, for what we paid and considering it was a match day, we can’t really complain too much. However, the entire pro - My partner and I loved that it was literally walking distance from Anfield, so convenient for a late kick off game. The bed was also quite comfortable The entire property was not very clean, there was a bleach cap on the floor, clearly had not been hoovered or swept properly throughout. The glasses that were supplied in our room were dirty and clearly old glasses. The toilet facilities were quite dirty.

• Conor (1/5): Disaster - avoid at all costs - Nothing. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. I have never given anywhere a bad review in my life, however I felt the need to warn others of what they can expect. Check in was meant to be at 5 o’clock. We had no confirmation email or message about how to access the building or our room. Two phone numbers provided and no answer from either despite several calls - straight to voicemail. We were left stranded until almost 8 o’clock, at which point they finally answered and we got in. Accommodation was nothing special. It’s bad when the only good feature about the accommodation is the location. Customer service was the worst I have ever experienced, we were just short of cutting our losses and booking into a hotel - it seemed we had no other choice. DO NOT BOOK, unless you want to be disappointed.

• Povey (1/5): A disappointing property. - Nothing The property was not fit for purpose. The table was broken and dirty. The cups had been used. No remote for the t.v. the floor dirty, no curtains up. The blinds were broken. The lock on the door moved. The toilet did'nt have toilet roll. The upstairs bathroom toilet was being renovated. The downstairs one not very clean.

• andrade (1/5): Lamentable, sin dudas no volvería, muy caro para lo que ofrece. - Lo único bueno fue la ubicación Es una lista larga de cosas negativas - El propietario nunca se puso en contacto conmigo, tuve que llamar A booking para que él me enviara las instrucciones, llegué a la puerta de la casa un rato antes del check in toqué timbre y no había nadie, le escribí vía WhatsApp, este hombre vió el mensaje y no tuvo la delicadeza de contestar, me contesta luego que lo hice llamar a través de booking. - La habitación estaba sucia , tenía una taza y buen vaso utilizados y claramente sin lavar, tenía una botella por la mitad que se ve que habían utilizado y dejado ahí, tenía un cartón que se ve que correspondía a un six pack de cervezas. - Me fui a cocinar, ollas, platos y cubiertos todos sucios, no fueron capaces de al menos lavar, la olla toda pegoteada como si tuviera huevo frito. - En el baño recién al segundo día hubo papel higiénico. - No tiene aislamiento del sonido, vive allí un matrimonio con un nene o nena y se escuchaba todo el tiempo lo que hablaban. En resumen les recomiendo a las personas que no se hospeden aquí.
• Rugare (5/5): Not worth it - Duvet waa stained with what appeared to be blood. The sight of the stain was awful. The light was flickering. I would have thought they would put a proper working bulb not one that appears to be like in a disco. The cloth onnTv tv cabinet was stained, please pictures attached. Daruni does not answer calls, he asks you to text. I don't know whether he is a real person or AI. The next thing, a lady turns up saying she had been sent by Daruni to change duvet, was unprofessionally dressed, struggled to speak in English.

• Ciaran (1/5): Basically everything written about this property is false! It is by far the worst accommodation I have ever stayed in. - Is was very close to Anfield but that’s it! It was dirty in both our room and bathroom and toilet, no staff onsite, no toiletries, no kettle, no refrigerator

• June (8/5): We'd have liked longer to enjoy facilities. Short walk back after gig at Anfield was so welcome :-) - It was extremely handy for Anfield stadium and the staff were lovely and the facilities were very good. Free Wifi was very helpful. The bed was very comfortable. Late check in time and anyway the room wasn't even ready at the time stated. However the staff were lovely and very apologetic so was worth the wait in the end. We had plenty of time to get to our concert and we had access to the kitchen, bathroom etc and Wifi. We would have liked a bit more time to enjoy the room.

• Carole (1/5): Unsafe room - Nothing The place is shabby, hard to see the door lock i had to use my torch on my phone so I could see the digital keyboard. The door key on the door into our room was hanging off, not very safe. No curtains on the window just a broken blind in the middle of the bay window. No privacy. Very noisy as it was right on the main road and the window was shut properly. The bathroom was filthy. We didn't stay as we didn't feel very safe.

• Dan (1/5): Did not even stay, looked around then left and booked another hotel. I would not stay here ever - The room was tiny and smelled. The blinds were shut and when opened there was an old bed and mattress dumped in the yard along with other rubbish. The bathroom was dirty. To top it all off the bedroom door had toilet paper stuffed into the keyhole so people can't see in.

The lock on the door broke, left us locked outside at 10:30pm for around 30 minutes, owners didn’t answer their phone, led to my boyfriend having to climb over the back fence and ruin his jeans. Cleaner was way too loud. No cutlery.

• Ajayi (1/5): Bad - The location is good. There is no free parking. I couldn't find my complete property that my partner and l entered the property with. Because l went out 26th morning and couldn't finish my purpose in town as plan and l was prepared to pay for the night as l have always known in standard Lodge, if you do not check out the manager contacts you to rebook that night or check out. But in this case l was only called that the room has been booked for another guest and that my property has been moved downstairs to the main entrance door. I got there to see that was it and my partner cried for this! I lost some belongings due to incivility of the management team of ArklesFC!!!

• Bruno (9/5): One night stay. - The welcome of the staff, I encountered some difficulties to find the place and the person who get in touch with me was very helpful, thank you. Nice place, not busy and I sleep well. Thank you. I had some difficulty taking a shower. The door of the cabin was broken.

• Simon (1/5): Awful. Don’t book here. - Nothing Disgraceful. No staff is one thing but there was no kettle in room (there was meant to be one). Radiator didn’t work. Wasn’t clean. Toilet may as well have been in the next street. We had to leave after one night to find another hotel.

Toilets were spotless , hairs in bed, no cleaner so old towels, duvet bed not made, etc..Shelves hanging off, Pillow as flat as pancake. Family's living in house so noise levels were shocking, ... Travelling 40 years to the Pool and we ran our me and my poor son of 11 years old

Was told our room would be cleaned as a priority was not totally would not go there again.
