• Julia (8/5): Fantastic views. Close to O2. Check address! - We stayed in a different apartment to the photos. They said we were upgraded. Huge apartment with stunning views all around. Large bedroom with en-suite and separate bedroom with bathroom outside. Fantastic for going to The O2 just a few mins walking. Right by the Cable Car too. We only used for a stop over as tube strike so cant comment on kitchen equipment etc. Communication was good. However the address was no where to be found when we arrived! We were worried that we had been scammed! We had to phone and wait for someone to take us to the apartment that was in a completely different address to the one given! Shower could do with a good bleach clean.

• Lyndsey (10/5): An amazing stay at ShyRoyale and would highly recommend it! - The property was immaculate and everything and more. The hosts were great and very helpful. The location was great, so close to the O2 and the train/tube stations. I am already looking at dates for when I can come back. I will be staying here again.
• Björn Dario (10/5): Perfect apartment, perfect location, just a little more work needed for the perfect experience. - The apartment is gorgeous and the views from the apartment are stunning. Very comfortable and clean beds, 2 bathrooms for 2 bedrooms (one with a shower, one with a bathtub)- excellent! The location is perfect (next to the cable car, close to Uber boats pier and the Tube). Close proximity to Tesco, Sainsbury's, a pharmacy, etc., and dozens of shops and restaurants in the O2. Absolutely convenient location. Nice complimentary selection of teas. The contents of the kitchen need a drastic upgrade- way to little cutlery, plates, cups, etc, so it could be easier to use. Scarce utensils for basic kitchen maintenance- no cleaning tablets or salt for the dishwasher, no kitchen towels or sponges. Just a roll of paper towel. We weren't planning on extensive work in the kitchen, but just putting together a breakfast or heating up ready made food for supper were a task. No microwave. The cleanliness was ok, although not superb (kitchenware, once again, all stained from not being washed with detergent and water softeners). A pair of socks found hidden under the curtains in the living room (ok, it happens), another socks found on the balcony.
• alana (8/5): I would still stay here again when going to o2 it’s a lovely apartment with comfortable beds and amazing views, tiny imp - Perfect location for events at the o2 arena, fantastic views! Host was welcoming and helpful, the apartment smelt fresh and was equipped with with lots of amenity’s like iron, toaster, shower gel, very easy key fob access Just a fraction more attention in cleaning would make it perfect, a bathroom bin hadn’t been emptied, and floors could have been wiped cleaner, better quality pillows would be better and some small milks on arrival would be perfect

• John (8/5): With a bit more customer care could have got a 10 - Fantastic property in a great location with superb views. 5 minutes walk to the O2 arena Very confusing inaccurate communication regarding checking in and key collection had to wait at nearby coffee shop to meet staff and they were late. Booked for 3 people only 2 towels and it needs to have better cups and wine glasses etc

Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, hell, schön und modern eingerichtet, mit allem ausgestattet und sehr sauber. In der Umgebung ist alles Wichtige vorhanden und der Weg zur U-Bahn ist kurz. nichts

• Hayley (1/5): - N/A The fact that this property cancelled on the day we were meant to be staying was very stressful. Something needs to be put in place where owners are not allowed to do this. We were told this was due to the property being temporarily closed but unfortunately I find this hard to believe when they were still taking other bookings.
• Spamhead (9/5): Another great stay with even better views 💂🌆 - Amazingly fantastic location. Stayed in building 5 floor 16 with 180° views of both sides of the river, Canary wharf and the edge of the O2. Spacious for the 3 of us. Not our first stay with this host and always find them responsive when raising things to them before, during and after the stay. Check-in process was smooth. Really looking forward to staying in a 'Shy' accommodation again. Had a few issues and concerns but I raised these promptly with the host who responded and took action accordingly.

• Irma (6/5): Una llàstima que a un apartament bonic no s’hi pugui ni dormiru - La proximitat a l’o2 i el metro L’habitació principal feia una olor insuportable… semblava venir del matalàs i no s’hi podia dormir i la moqueta olorava a peus Hi havia uns mitjons bruts d’un inquilí anterior a l’armari. Una de les tovalloles semblava fetes servir. Molt disseny bonic pero poc pràctic (als banys no hi ha on penjar la tovallola de les mans, per exemple).

• Holly (10/5): Perfect for the o2 - Stunning property. Absolutely perfect for the o2 arena. Great that there was parking. Beds were super comfortable Cleaning could have been better in areas (glass was minging). Check in was also not ideal. Had to call to get the key. I phoned as per the instructions (45 minutes before) and then had to wait 45 minutes upon arrival with nowhere to park/stop for keys to be delivered. We arrived bang on the time specified in booking too.. surely there’s a better way? If was in a rush to get to the show I’d have been mad!

The carpets are full of small stains and the cutlery needs also to be in better shape. As a suggestion, I believe that having a coffee machine will be a plus appreciated by most of the guests.

• Pedro (1/5): Horrible - Location Sky Royale who manage the property have cancelled my booking on the same day when me and my family were ready to check in saying that booking.com has cancelled what was a big lie, they were the ones who booked to different costumers and who arrived first was the lucky to go in. Booking.com arranged an alternative property but unfortunately with sky Royale again what me and my family have waited to check in only at 19:00 hours after a several lies like they were on the way to hand over the keys and would arrive within an hour, then after that hour they would need another hour as they were stuck in the traffic etc… this went until approx 19:00 hours. I do not recommend at all bookings for properties under Sky Royale management, it was the worst experience that I have had until today and I have been dealt with booking for more than 10 years already.

• Colin (5/5): The reviews are inconsistent with my experience - the location was exactly as expected and fabulous. The Appartment has fabulous views of Canary Wharf and Greenwich. The Appartment is Spacious. The Cleanliness of the property was not great. The Dishwasher was full of dirty dishes from the previous visitors. The kitchen sink had some very worn and horrible dish cleaning sponges that should have been in the bin. The floor was sticky under foot. when the sun shone on the windows the internal windows were not clean.I took photos to show areas I had cleaned as a before and after which I have not shared which support my review. The walls had many hand and finger prints where no attempt to clean them had been made. Despite the generous sized bedrooms the beds were small (doubles) and the mattresses were incredibly poor quality. Communication from the host was not as consistent as I would like and despite me being very clear about my arrival time I was left waiting in the rain for 20 minutes. The appartment could be amazing but the attention to detail and care factor from the host is in my opinion missing and I would not recommend staying here. I have a number of reviews online which hopefully prove I have a balanced and honest approach in my reviews.

• Judith (1/5): Unfortunately would not stay here again. The whole apartment was very dirty and we were incredibly uncomfortable staying - Location and room sizes good. It was very dirty. Kitchen not clean, kettle broken and had a foul smell. Only used cups after thorough cleaning and boiling. (Using a pot to boil water). Marks on bed sheets, under beds not clean. Carpets filthy and feet stuck to wooden floors. Disgusting bath mats in bathrooms. Hand and foot prints on walls.

• Joseph (7/5): Great value, great location, one bed not the best though. - Location fantastic, 5 min walk from O2/ North Greenwich station. Views are breathtaking, especially at night! The apartment was always very warm, even turning the thermostat down didn’t cool it down. The bed in the master bedroom wasn’t very comfortable.
