A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
A surcharge of EUR 25 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00. A surcharge of EUR 50 applies for arrivals after 00:00. Please note that check-in on Sundays comes at an extra cost of EUR 25. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

- Amy (2/5): Relies on good location & skimps on amenities. Not worth the $ - Good location and nice views from the roof top deck. Good AC. View of coliseum from kitchen window. Mold in shower & no waste bin liners. Shower door does not close so leaks lots of water onto the floor. No washing machine as listed. 5 steep floors of stairs and no elevator. Seems like they rely on good location and skimp on amenities (1.5 roll of toilet paper). Only sleeps 1-2 unless you use the couch. Coffee maker is tiny (not for 4 people). Bedding is old, (sheets ripped) and duvet blanket covers did not seem clean. Broken glass shards in kitchen did not give me confidence that the place is cleaned in between guests. Kitchen was not very clean.
- Gareth (3/5): Location x3 but poor execution. - The location was very useful to access the Colosseum, the tube line and ready access to the main Rome rail station. Dated, the most uncomfortable sofa bed with some of the wooden slats either replaced by gaffer tape of will simply pop out when getting into bed! Slept all around the world in some weird and wonderful places- this bed was simply on the weird side! horrendous 5 flights of steep stairs to get into the property, electricity that blows if you have more than one plug charging. Decking area has great views but has seen better days. Got told to avoid certain areas of the decking, very reassuring. Internal stair case is a H&S nightmare, steep with no handrail, to be navigated with care.
- Adriana (1/5): We did not stay any nights if our scheduled reservation ( June 26-29) ! We will be contacting the property via email an - It was in a great location We purposefully booked here bc it said it had an elevator so that was accessible for my mother that has limited mobility and uses a cane and can’t do stairs ! We were given a room on the last /top floor and she was expected to walk up 6 flights of step stairs to get in and out of the room and still enjoy Rome ! First of all a serious safety concern ! We also were not told an ant communication that we had to contact someone so they could come let us in the building . We were told by the assistant that there was no phone contact number to speak to someone about all issues and were not given a chance to even discuss option / expectation of being refunded due to not even being able to stay at all due to safety concerns and additional discussed issues !
- Connor (3/5): Poor - location was good. Room needs a lot of work, balcony door doesn't close and has to be banged hard to shut, live electrical cables hanging out the walls, no tv, and the shower floods the bathroom and not clean.
- Lucy (8/5): this is an apartment with an amazing roof terrace and I would stay there again. very very steep stairs both inside and o - amazing roof terrace and wonderful apartment in perfect location with fabulous views for ancient history buffs. very quiet too ! would stay again ! needs a little bit of TLC . 3 broken chairs on terrace , dirty cups in cupboard.
- Ds (9/5): Looking forward to the next staying there - Excellent location, terrific terrace with fantastic panoramic views narrow and steep stairs upto the top floor; while it is totally worth the effort to get the terrific terrace.
- Daina (9/5): Great place to immerse in fabulous views of old town and - Fabulous views from rooftop terrace. Nice atmosphere of interiors reminding old Venetian merchant house. Comfortable beds. Plenty of utensil, cutlery, tableware to prepare and serve the meals at home. Good restaurants around the corner of house. Steep steps in the house and apartment (but you get accustomed if living for several days). Outdoor furniture (chairs) needs an upgrade. Shower doors to be fixed. Wooden ceilings beam in living room probably requires attention.
- Talya (6/5): Pleasant - The main bedroom bed is very comfortable and the view from the balcony is fantastic. The host was very pleasant and provided alot of useful information on what to do and see. When the internet went down he showed up immediately to fix it and we had no further issues with it The chairs on the balcony need replacing completely not safe for use the door out to the pateo doesn't close properly and you need to slam it very hard to ensure it is shut. The shower door does not close properly either so lots of water gets out. The sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable so if your the unlucky third person and have to sleep there make sure your back is ready. Also be aware that this is a rooftop property so you have a lot of stairs to climb to reach the flat.
- Amanda (9/5): amazing stay in excellent location! - comfy bed, kitchen with basics, great location and amazing rooftop view! not much just 5 flights up of steep stairs (but totally worth it for the view)
