• Colleen (10/5): Awesome! - It was intimate and cozy! Not a lot of people around and the view was spectular! Love all the clear windows!!! And breakfast with a view was over the top! Love talking to owners! That’s why we stay in BnBs! Could add a towel rack in our room and a squeegee for the floor after the shower. Otherwise it was amazing and clean and nice bed!

• Christine (10/5): Wonderful views and hosts go the extra mile - literally. - Breakfast was great. Our stay was as lovely as our hosts! We forgot our passports and they drove them halfway to where we were staying in Limerick!! We offered to buy them a pint or dinner and they wouldn’t hear of it!! Wonderful people!! Nothing.

• Eva (10/5): A luxurious stay with a heart of gold - I arrived very late, but staff were very accomodating. I slept very well and had a lovely breakfast. Staff were very helpful arranging transportation on to Dingle at the end of my stay.
• Claudia (10/5): - Direkt am 5km langen Inch Beach mit Meerblick vom Zimmer. Unser Zimmer war groß, modern eingerichtet mit begehbarem Kleiderschrank. Sehr netter und zuvorkommender Service. Super leckeres Frühstück, vor allem die in der Küche frisch zubereiteten Speisen. Es sind leider keine Hunde erlaubt.

• sandra (9/5): One night stay with dinner and breakfast - The location is amazing, overlooking Inch Beach. Accommodation was very spacious. The hosts are very kind, pleasant and professional. The food selection for dinner is small but absolutely delicious great quality, we can only recommend. Breakfast is delicious with lots of options and the view is absolutely stunning. We will definitely come back.

• Jonathan (10/5): Outstanding stay by the Ocean - We have now stayed three times at Seascapes in just over two years. Spectacular location and the room was both large and of a high standard. George is a very friendly and welcoming host. There is a comfortable shared area / living room on the ground floor also with great views and self-service breakfast. Ample parking and the room was made up every day. For walkers Seascapes is close to the route of the Kerry Camino / Dingle Way. There was nothing not to like.

The continental breakfast was by far one of the best we have ever had and the level of service was magnificent. The room we stayed in was absolutely stunning and the views were to die for!!! The shower was great and honestly, I could go on and on for hours about how special this place was and how it was the best way to start our honeymoon!!! Absolutely nothing! Everything was superb!!

• Ian (10/5): Amazing property with stunning views. - Wow where do I start, probably one of the best accommodations we have stayed at. The location was amazing, we arrived after dark so it wasn’t evident until daylight exactly how wonderful the view was. It is situated right on the ocean front so views are breathtaking. We were very lucky to have the property to ourselves which was extra special. Property is spotless and all fittings/furnishings are top notch, bed was comfortable and pillows great ( most places we found had very flat pillows). Breakfast was wonderful, freshly cooked to order (numerous choices available). We would loved to have stayed longer. Hosts very friendly and helpful. Sorry nothing to be mentioned as everything was perfect.

• Lynn (10/5): Simply the Best! - It was fabulous! Probably the best place I stayed during my week in Ireland. The hosts were like family, and the location is gorgeous. Breakfast was unbelievable. I can't say enough great things about this stay. I will definitely return!

E' una casa nuova, collegata alla guest house dall'altro lato della strada a gestione familiare, a cui ci si rivolge per checkin e colazione. La posizione è a dir poco incredibile, affacciata sul mare sopra Inch Beach. Siamo stati in una camera matrimoniale con vista sul mare, spaziosa, pulitissima, comoda e ben arredata. Posto tranquillissimo, il sonno è assicurato. La colazione è di alto livello, molto curata e completa, con ampio buffet e piatti dal menu. Il posto è isolato, serve una macchina per la cena. Inch Beach invece è a due passi, per passeggiate meravigliose e altre attività. assolutamente nulla
• Diane (10/5): - This is one of the best and most memorable locations we stayed in. Being directly at the sea, we could go to sleep listening to the waves. The room was well-equipped and modern, with a very comfortable bed. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was particularly enjoyable. It's a great location for the Ring of Kerry and the Dingle Peninsula. I certainly hope to return. PS The nearby Foleys bar is worth visiting. It's impossible to find anything.

Breakfast was lovely and the stay was all round one of the best experiences ever! Close enough to all central spots without being exposed to all the busyness and noise of the central spots. Cannot wait to return next time I'm down in the area!

• Ken (9/5): Most enjoyable! - The accommodation was very clean and a good, breakfast was also of a high standard with caring attentive staff. The location has a superb view across the local beach, which is clearly widely used by visitors. Although we would have liked two chairs in our room, as only one of us could use the single chair available, the accommodation was very good. The bathroom really needs somewhere for bath towels to be hung after use and probably some storage facility for wash bags, etc.

• lorraine (10/5): Perfectly fabulous - This place is pure luxury! The room was gorgeous - huge bed, seperate dressing room and walk in shower. There is a little fridge, as well as kettle etc, and downstairs a seperate sitting room to chill out in. The views from the windows were second to none. Beach towels provided and the breakfast was great. The owners are so lovely too. Really could not find fault with it if I had wanted to!

• Michael (4/5): Disappointing as regards breakfast & the towels - Modern, clean, comfortable bed, great shower, fantastic location We were told that breakfast wasn’t included only to be told at the end of our stay that it was. Also towels weren’t replaced for our second night.
• John (8/5): Almost perfect, fix the shower, and I’m sure it will be perfect! - Clean and modern. Shower water pressure was very weak, shower controls and rain head not well maintained, poor flow, and temperature control is all guesswork after the hot water eventually finds its way to your en-suite, temp control knob just comes off in your hand. Don’t let that put you off staying here it really is lovely, but this little detail just stands out as a bothersome inconvenience in an otherwise perfect guesthouse. It takes away from the true “escape” experience when you encounter problems that you might have yourself in your own house.
