• SAFA (4/5): Pas à la hauteur de nos attentes - Le personnel est sympathique et serviable. Dîner exceptionnel La masseuse de l’hôtel était très compétente et agréable. Deux grands inconvénients à cet hôtel: -bruits tout au long de la journée: scooters des 2 routes avoisinantes, gecko qui chante toute la nuit, bruits du personnel dès 7h du matin (puisque ma salle d’eau était juste à côté du restaurant et non couverte) -petit déjeuner très limité: choix que d’un seul plat par personne qui n’est pas suffisant mais le manager a pris en compte de ma remarque et m’a permis de prendre une assiette de plus pour une famille de 4 personnes.

Everything was perfect I felt like family.

• Darya (10/5): My favourite ever hotel! - Such a beautiful hotel! I stayed in the room that faces the jungle, the view is breathtaking. The rooms are very stylish, spacious and beautiful. The staff are super friendly, always went above and beyond to anticipate and accommodate my needs. Everything was superb!

• YI (2/5): 完全不推荐，不值得这个价格。 - 房间够大，客厅厨房都很大，还有前后院。欢迎饮料味道不错。 整体感觉很阴，点心罐里有蚂蚁在爬，设施有些成旧，卫生不算太好，马桶感觉很旧，淋浴看起来也并不舒服。泳池看起来也不是很干净，最诡异的是，除了进来的大门，服务员从另外一个楼梯走进别墅的院子送饮料，感觉很没有安全感。看到房子以后孩子们完全不愿意住在这里，哪怕凑合一晚，我只能损失两晚酒店费用，带着孩子们见到另一家酒店。

Холодильник с муравьями, работает только морозильник. Персонал приходил убираться, сидел над душой, я попросила 10 минут, а они заходят. У зоны бассейна нет лежаков, непонятно поплавал и где релаксировать. То есть какие-то небольшие минусы, некритично, но картинка складывается менее привлекательная)

Petits-déjeuners délicieux et variés à la carte. Massage balinais relaxant. Personnel charmant et disponible. 25min de marche pour arriver au centre d'Ubud, navette de l'hôtel possible pour l'aller, payante pour le retour (nous ne l'avons pas utilisée)
• Ingo (9/5): Sehr schöne Unterkunft, - Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Die Aufteilung und der Pool sind wunderschön. Man hat sein eigenes kleines Reich das komplett abgeschirmt ist von anderen Gästen. Das essen im Restaurant war gut die Preise waren ok. Service vor Ort war Super selbst ein Shuttle Service wird angeboten. Ubud ist eine sehr geschäftige Ortschaft auf Bali. Daher das einzige Punkt der leider negativ in dieser Unterkunft ist, ist die Lärmbelästigung Tagsüber durch den Verkehr - nach meiner Einschätzung ist das aber nicht von Gastgeber beeinflussbar noch lässt es sich in Ubud vermeiden. Wir hätten uns aber gefreut wenn mehr Geschirr und Besteck in Zimmer Verfügbar gewesen wäre. Gab kein Set für 4 Gäste.

The villa was beautiful and so spacious, perfect for a family with easy access to the restaurant. There were too many different keys to open front doors and gates. One master key would be great.

The food was nice, traditional Balinese food which we love. The Spa was also very nice, we loved the hot stone massage. Need maintenance, a bit run down, water came in from the roof with the heavy rain, aircon was not working in one of the rooms

Very slippery paths to the rooms. Do not replenish tea or coffee and wouldn’t give us anymore when we asked even though we had paid the same for 3 night so don’t see why we shouldn’t get team and coffee every night. No water in our room on the last day.

• Phanankosi (10/5): Amazing out of this world service and beautiful place to stay - What a great choice we made to book our anniversary stay in this villa where Luwak made sure our stay was very special and celebrated. They did an out of this world setup on the bed and also flower arrangement in the jacuzzi for our anniversary…we cried tears of joy ❤️‍🔥. Aryan and Manik were especially very welcoming and supportive and always answered all our questions with soo much grace and smiles. This is a 100/10 place, way above and beyond as the villa itself is generously sized and very comfortable and stylish giving a true feel of the Bali culture with Bamboo, wood and baru colors. . Everything g was amazing, just wish there was a door inside the living room for access to the second bedroom to make it easier to connect with our son.

• Angela (10/5): Can we stay here forever? - The three bedroom villa was huge! Plenty of room, clean, comfortable villas. The pool was lovely and got plenty of use by our three kids. The included breakfast was delicious and set us up for a good day exploring, adventuring or just enjoying the villa. We liked that the villa was away from the busy Ubud centre and that there was a convenience store opposite the villa for snacks and other necessities. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Arya who went out of his way to ensure we had the best stay, organising transfers, tours and anything we needed - thank you Arya! We did not want to return home - but hopefully we will be back to enjoy the villas again. A memorable holiday. Nothing - the stay was perfect

The restaurant served amazing food, and the cocktails were fantastic. The staff were always friendly and welcoming, with special thanks to Arya, Agung, and Dodi, who made our trip extra special with their advice, great conversations, and constant smiles. Their local knowledge helped us plan our days and make the most of our time. Having a personal driver when needed made everything so easy and seamless. The air-conditioning was also a lifesaver after long days in the sun. The location was perfect, close enough to the town but far enough that traffic wasn’t an issue when trying to sleep. The traffic going into town at peak did add extra time however with a scooter this can be beat. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we’ll definitely be back! Nothing

The servicestaff was very friendly and helpful. We didn't get our free 15 minute massage and every time we asked reception, they had some excuse (although the resort was empty). The view from the hotel pool (not the private one) was a road, kind of spoiling it. The resort breakfast was a bit limited but still delicious.

• YenTzu (5/5): - The staff's service attitude made us feel very warm and they often asked about our needs. The food in the restaurant was very delicious. Laundry service is available (charges apply) Although the pictures looked very clean and tidy, after actually staying there, I noticed the room's appliances showed signs of age, with a hint of dust in the corners, giving it a worn-out feel. The sofa in the living room also felt itchy, suggesting dust mites. I recommend using a vacuum cleaner to thoroughly clean it. The bamboo weaving on the poolside lounge chairs was a bit worn, so I'd recommend replacing it. The tiles had a lot of marks—I don't know what they looked like, but they looked very dirty. I recommend buying a high-pressure water gun to clean them.
• Orellana (10/5): - My wife and I went for our honeymoon, the property was beautiful, very spacious, the views were amazing. From the moment we stepped on the property, the staff was phenomenal, especially Aria. Aria was an amazing host, he was extremely friendly and never made our requests feel like they were too much, he was more then happy to great us every morning and make sure our stay in Bali was exquisite, he helped us schedule activities at very low rates, and put together an amazing barbecue night, introducing us to the food and culture of Indonesia. The food at the villa was delicious, and made with love. My wife and I felt very welcomed and Aria helped us feel right at home. The room we stayed in was beautiful with a private pool. The staff made sure our room was clean every morning upon leaving our villa. We booked a 2 hour couples massage, afterwards we felt very refreshed and the staff were very attentive. We will recommend this property to everyone traveling in the area. we loved everything.

The room was stunning, spacious and a cute little balcony - peaceful. The staff were so welcoming and friendly, they couldn’t have done enough to ensure our visit was special, providing helpful services and recommendations. Nothing, it was exceptional.
• Phoebe (7/5): Travelling alone it was probably too far out and isolating for me. Staff and rooms were lovey though. - Love that there was a restaurant that did breakfast, lunch and dinner. That was the main reason I booked as I had no idea what was in Ubud. First time in Ubud and Bali in general. Rooms and deco were fantastic. Staff were also fantastic and always happy to help. Ran out of water one night while washing my hair and wasn’t fixed until the morning. Linen was a little bit dirty. Was also a little worried about cliff. The walk to and from the room. Also if the foundations were stable as the staff building on the opposite side didn’t look stable. I’m not sure how it happened but I closed the outside balcony door so that the mosquitoes wouldn’t go inside while getting my washing and got locked out on the balcony for 1hr 30min at about 10:30pm at tonight. I had left my phone and everything inside. I was yelling for help until someone in the room below me heard. A little scary as I was travelling alone, and the hotel is a little far away from reception and all other buildings. It also seemed quiet like there weren’t many people staying at the time that I was there. It might be worth putting a duress alarm on the balconies or similar. I thought I was going to be sleeping out there and no one would find me until housekeeping came in the next morning. I was meant to check out the next day but needed to leave early to catch a ferry.

We were welcomed with nice cold drinks after a late arrival n car trip. The rooms were very clean and the staff made us feel welcomed. Each day our room was cleaned beautifully. • Melissa (10/5): Perfect Balinese hospitality away from the hustle and bustle of the centre of Ubud - Small but boutique resort, fantastic in-house restaurant, delicious breakfasts overlooking the beautiful communal pool. Our villa was spacious, with a super comfy bed and gorgeous private pool to cool off after sightseeing and shopping. The most incredible bathroom, and fab outdoor lounge area. Arya the manager was so full of personality and the epitome of professional hospitality, whilst making us feel part of the family. Nothing was too much trouble for Arya and his team. We even had a Balinese dancers one night with a seafood BBQ dinner. Shuttle into centre quick and easy or just $5 to get dropped off any other time. nothing

First time we visited Bali and were welcomed with the hospitality you can only dream of. The Villa was out of this world. Each family member had their own room and everything was so open and refreshing. The staff (Especially Arya) went out of his way to accommodate us. He booked tours for us and was always available to arrange transport or whatever we needed. When we visit Bali again, this place will definitely be on our list of stays! Thank you for a wonderful experience! Literally nothing!
• Sarah (10/5): A short drive from the hustle and bustle of central Ubud is this gorgeous oasis. Surrounded by nature and treated like r - The villa itself was much bigger than expected. It was absolutely gorgeous.
• Yenny (6/5): - The three bedroom villa is located on street level, backing to a busy road. Even late at night you can still hear motorcycles passing. There is a rattling sound from the window in the 3rd bedroom as well from the vibration of the air conditioning. Just make sure to bring ear plug if you are staying in the 3 bedroom villa. The villa is clean, but bedding, linen, especially pillows definitely need updating. There is a persistent musky smell on the bedding, and unpleasant smell coming from the pillows. I have informed the front desk, and resorted to use extra towels to cover the pillows. There is no water dispenser in the villa, and no cutlery provided in the kitchen too. We did request to the restaurant which were provided promptly, but it’ll be good to provide some basic cutlery in the kitchen. Staffs, food (restaurant), and massage were excellent.
• Kylie (9/5): Great villa’s, amazing staff, delicious food, beautiful private pool - what more can you want ! - The villa’s are close to Ubud Centre ( Ubud palace / Art Market ) and they offer transport to the city centre. The three bedroom villa was very spacious, easily accommodating six people - great for a family ! The kitchen facilities are all there, great for in room dining - you can cook yourself, order room service or even order take out via Grab / Gojek ). The beds are comfortable, the pillows are devine ( I wish I could have kept one ! ) and omg the towels are so soft - even the pool towels. The private pool is beautiful and relaxing - my favourite place in the villa, pool chair and a book, there was nothing better ! And, the food at the restaurant was plentiful and very delicious - the beef burger was next level and our son ( 14 years old ) loved the pizza’s and pasta. The breakfast included was delicious, and the eggs cooked to order were perfect every time, try the vegetable omelet - it’s so good ! And, then there’s the staff - what can we say, they are more than friendly, they treat you like family. From the welcoming reception staff, to the restaurant staff, to the room attendants and maintenance staff, Ari and his team are there to make sure your stay is as relaxing … or as adventurous as you want. We wanted a relaxing stay at the villa’s and it was exactly what we had - a great villa, amazing staff who genuinely want to make your stay enjoyable, delicious food and a great pool - we can’t wait to be back ! Thank you Ari and your wonderful team, it was because of you our stay was more than we hoped for ! The showers were outside, which we loved with fish in the pond around the bath ( so peaceful and enjoyable to watch ) but the water pressure was a bit hit and miss and we had to call reception a couple of times to get it fixed … but when it was fixed, omg - it was absolutely devine ! Exactly what you hope for with an outside shower - so peaceful and relaxing !

• Jardine (1/5): Just avoid completely... still waiting for my refund for three nights. - Absolutely nothing. Not what I expected, we had booked for three nights and we left one hour after check-in, which is how long it took me to find alternative accomodation. The villa was disgusting. There was plasterboard falling from the ceiling, mould growing around the pavers and the pool. The shower was full of mould, with dirt smears all over the mirrors and the light switches. The floor boards in the bedrooms and main living area were spongy and unstable. The entrance had rubble that we had to step over upon arrival and the courtyard ponds were full of mosquitoes and the smell was dreadful. There were very old and brown dishcloths and sponges left at the kitchen sink which were left for us to use. Staff made absolutely no effort to resolve the issue, they had no other rooms available and did not agree to a refund as the manager was not onsite. I wish booking.com would let me share more photos and videos. 6 weeks and still no refund. Manager has ignored all correspondence from myself and from Booking.com

Highly recommend her service. Ari and Agun were amazing in organising the site vist tour for us. Agun took care of us very well during the tour. Honestly can't fault a single thing with this resort. We had a lovely time.

• Ariffian (8/5): Great but not the greatest...yet. - Well, how do i start, on arrival at night, we were blown away by the beauty of the 2 bedroom villa we rented, the high ceiling, the imposing sculpture, the separate bedroom that meant privacy from my live in nanny. The villa itself is right next to the road which meant a very convenient 30 second walk to the mini mart. Staff were friendly and always asking for feedback on the breakfast and always trying to engage us. Breakfast was good, well presented and delicious. The fact breakfast and a complimentary 30 min massage was included meant it was great value for money. I accidentally kicked a frog into the pool. The private pool was quite underwhelming, and not very well maintained. Yes, the water was clear and its ok for swimming. There's some weird suspended material in the water which i expect happens when the pool is not cleaned as regularly as its supposed to. And the broken underwater light, fix it please. It looks like an electrocution risk. Parts of the villa, when viewed in the day, also looked a little bit shoddy and could probably use a clean up and a new coat of paint (the ceiling in the toilet, paint it!) Insects are a problem, there are loads of ants on the table in the living room, which by the way hosts a couple of resident geckos that my toddler set her eyes on catching. But hey, its an open air villa in the middle of Ubud so we're gonna let that pass even though my little rascal got bitten by some insect five times in the face alone. The bedrooms were ok though, relatively insect free. Now for the kicker.... we spent the last day in agony after a 2.5hr spa session. Jamu+chilled sliced fruits = Bali Belly. I'm sure the nice masseuse ladies were not out there to poison us, and its entirely our fault for consuming those fruits which we were fully aware may host bacteria when sliced and chilled. And whats the deal with construction works right outside the spa? The hammering and grinding works outside is not symphony to a relaxing day at the spa. A better option during this period would be to offer the spa packages in room for the time being. All things said however, the villa generally is excellent value for money but could really shine if more effort is given to upkeep it to the highest standard.

• Lisa (10/5): Fabulous stay ay Luwak, perfect villa, perfect customer service - The three bedroomed villa was everything we hoped it would be and more. The photos just don't do it justice, we were completely blown away when we arrived and this continued for the rest of the stay. Close enough to Ubud, but far enough away to avoid the traffic mayhem there. Customer Service was second to none. Everyone that we came across was helpful and friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast which was included was fabulous - ordered the evening before and delivered on time to the villa with a smile, and then cleared away for us. We also ate at the restaurant on the first night - lovely food, great value and a dance show, which required audience participation at the end, which was a nice touch. Any issues were dealt with immediately and we felt completely looked after. We took advantage of the massages that were included with our booking - again a nice addition to the booking. The staff also looked after me when I was unwell whilst out in Ubud, came to collect me and were concerned so took me to the local clinic for a check up and waited for me to be discharged. This was above and beyond and very much appreciated. Minor points : Water pressure and temperature was an issue (we found this everywhere we stayed in Bali), it seemed intermittent, but a call to reception and this was quickly resolved for us. More loungers at the pool would be helpful - there were 5 of us and 2 loungers - again a minor point.
• Jeroenbevernage (10/5): Exceptional - Close to Ubud and restaurants. Also quite quiet location, you can walk to Ubud trough the ricefields which is very nice. The personal is also very friendly and helpfull! The accommodation feld like a paradise. Breakfast was served in the villa which was very nice! There where some works going on to the roof that made some noise, but we werent troubled about it.
