Ample room for the 2 of us, very comfortable. Great having wifi A few cobwebs, dirty/stained toilet seat. Strong smell of tobacco smoke in the shared hallway/stairwell. You have to lock the flat door from the inside with a key These minor things would not put us off staying in the future.

Amy (10/5): Exceptional - Very comfortable, spacious flat in an ideal location. The flat has no parking and we couldn't find free parking close by. However, there are some car parks run by North Norfolk Council where you can get a week ticket and it is valid in most of the other North Norfolk coastal towns too. We purchased one of those.

Dean (8/5): A very enjoyable holiday! - The location, the quality of fittings, the space. A couple of items i.e a smaller sharp knife and a hairdryer that had easier buttons to manipulate so nothing really to dislike! There wasn't a view other than of rooves but the hosts can't do anything about that!!!
