Guest Reviews
- Donnalynne (10/5): Perfect relaxing stay - Beautiful location, the views and the peaceful surroundings Nothing
- Ry88 (10/5): Cozy little wagon/caravan in an picturesque location. - The wagon/caravan is in the perfect location. Warms up very quickly even in freezing temperatures and is extremely cosy! You'll fall asleep to the sound of the nearby river and wake up to a chorus or birdsong. Annabel was great host providing all the information and help needed for a lovely trip away.

- Charlotte (10/5): Lovely time away. - Annabel is a fantastic host. She came to check we were ok and helped out with the hot tub, really fantastic little night away. We felt able to relax 100% which is rare. There wasnt anything we didnt like.
- Christine (10/5): Amazing will be booking again ❤️ - Annabell was so lovely and helpful and welcoming. Everything you need was there for the perfect peaceful date night. The whole place is so different and amazing comfortable bed in the lovely caravan and hot tub then a fire right next to the stream it was amazing
- Susannah (10/5): Perfect! - The location was perfect! Will return. Couldn’t fault anything, the guest was amazing and the gypsy cart was better than expected.
- Poppy (10/5): -
- Katie (7/5): Lovely experience loved bbq by the river - The location was fantastic The pillows were big and lumpy a choice for different types of sleepers would be good
- Chris (9/5): Fabulous little get away. - Amazing little gem of a place.
Such a fab experience.
Your own lovely private riverside setting and wood fired hot tub.
Comfy bed and lots of nature around plus two geese full of character.
The owner couldn't have been more helpful. If I was picky I'd say having parking just abit nearer the caravan would be a bonus.
It certainly isn't far away but if you've got bags or shopping etc it'd just easier.
- Mr (10/5): Absolutely Perfect 💜 - There was literally nothing to not like, the location, the host, the surroundings, the wildlife, exceeded every expectation. The only downside was only booking one night.

- Lorraine (9/5): Very relaxing stay in idyllic surroundings - Absolutely loved the caravan, cosy and comfortable inside … a different but very charming place to spend a night, bed was just divine, so very comfy. Really lovely hot tub in such peaceful surroundings. So nice and very relaxing by the river with horses, sheep and geese for added company! Annabel was just really lovely and so very welcoming. Although the composting “bathroom facilities” were pretty basic and may not be for everyone …the unique overall experience of this beautiful place certainly outweighed any negatives surrounding this and definitely wouldn’t stop me from staying again - all part of the whole outdoor experience!
- Andrew (8/5): An idyllic spot - A beautiful, romantic spot by the river. Charm all the way. It feels like you have your own private riverside garden. Loved being all around the animals, one of the horses spent most of the second day with me. Very quiet and peaceful. A good place to recharge. Make sure to take your crocs for a paddle in the beck. I think the bathroom and kitchen facilities are insufficient for the price paid (no fridge, no proper shower, empty your own toilet etc.), but as it's kind of off-grid - there's a generator - I guess there are limits.
- Gemma (10/5): Exceptional -
- Olivia (10/5): A couple from Devon! - The atmosphere was just perfect! It’s peaceful with the sounds of cows and sheep. I loved the old horse carriage we never stayed in one before, it was a different experience for us! There weren’t anything we didn’t like about the property, the only thing is we weren’t expecting that sort of toilet in the outdoor bathroom however it’s part of the experience! And we would definitely still come back!
- Jessica (7/5): Incredible location! Cute, cosy caravan stay💕 - I wasn’t a fan of the compostable toilet! And there wasn’t a heater in the caravan itself so it got a bit chilly in the evening.
HOWEVER- the location is completely breathtaking! Totally beautiful and very remote, the river beck nearby is lovely and the hot tub appeared clean and was nice and hot after a few hours.
The host had put in a lot of effort with the details (the cups and saucers in the caravan were adorable!) It was a very memorable stay, really romantic and charming.
- Lee (10/5): Perfect escape. - It was perfect. The host was extremely nice and welcoming. The van and location next to the river couldn't be anymore perfect. Nothing to dislike.
- Alexandra (10/5): Absolute Gem of a find - Warm welcome. Perfect Location. Facilities excellant. The caravan itself is just gorgeous and soon warmed up with the inbuilt heater. Enjoyed the sunset and the sunrise in a very tranquil setting and felt perfectly safe my own. I will be back for more nights next time.
- Jacob (8/5): Very good -
- Victoria (10/5): Idyllic beautiful country side views at Langton farm. - Everything was fantastic, from our living wagon the bed, our facilities, the scenery, the hot tub, to our idyllic stay. Annabelle, our host was lovely and so welcoming. Can’t wait to go again, me and my partner loved our time at Langton Farm & now I have holiday blues! Anybody looking to book here at Langton Farm go for it, you will seriously love this place as much we do! Thank you Annabel for having us, it was a pleasure. No faults. Everything was PERFECT. One of the best places me and my partner have stayed at.
- Amy (10/5): Perfect place to “reset” - Beautiful location and so peaceful, it was clean and the bed was so comfortable, everything you needed for the bbq, outdoor seating, hot tub was set up and ready to use. It’s not about the property but I honestly wish I’d booked two night instead of one!!
- Anthony (10/5): Amazing last minute stay - A great location, this stay exceeded our expectations massively! It was a last minute booking and still perfect. A very nice romantic little night away the river was beautiful and it was a great 24 hours. We will defo be returning Quiet, clean and very chilled plenty of wood stocked for the hot tub and fire. It was nice and remote but easy enough to get to.
- Catherine (8/5): Very good -
- Helen (10/5): Idyllic - Beautiful location, lovely accommodation, really helpful & thoughtful host Nothing!
- Caroline (10/5): Lovely stay and lovely host - Rural and private but not too far from amenities
- Jacqueline (8/5): We enjoyed our stay and would like to re-visit but will be a more prepared next time... - The location was wonderful. Annie, our host was very helpful. Romantic Romany caravan... a gem. Well, we were disappointed with the "bathroom" situation... especially as we did email the property about the facilities. We were informed that the same was adjacent the caravan. No hot water, no shower and no toilet as such... we did overcome this but would have been a little more prepared if we had been informed beforehand.
- Caroline (10/5): A little piece of paradise. - Gorgeous setting, and the caravan was so pretty and well equipped - it had everything we needed. Just perfect! Totally off grid, but there's a generator for power and a foot pump for water. Well equipped kitchen too. I slept better here than I have in years! It's perfect.
- Louise (8/5): Very good - Amazing location......a memory to last a lifetime x
- Dave (10/5): Exceptional -
