The main issue was a stain on the bedsheets when I arrived, which was disappointing for a hotel of this category. Aside from that, the room and the service were fine, but cleanliness should definitely be taken more seriously.

True enough, the reception staff was already waiting at the lobby for our arrival with the money, and very efficiently handled it. Off to a good start I must say. The room was also comfortable, with a balcony I can use to dry my wet clothes. I like that the beach is just behind the hotel, so I had time for a last dip in the sea just 2 hours before heading to the airport 😉

Бронировала как через букинг, так и просто по карте. Завтрак шведский стол, кофе вкусный, картофель по деревенски, сосиски хорошие, омлет, сок, апельсины. Есть балкончик и два этажа на крыше со столиками, смотрели закат великолепный! Пляж в 50 метрах! Остановка автобуса из Мале рядом! Такси до аэропорта или Мале 80 руфий. Паромы за 2-4$ на другие острова уходят с Аэропорт паром Мале! Почти все поле 12:00, обратно привозят утром. Билет заранее не смогла забронировать, поехала и купила. • Borbala (3/5): Last minute accomodation when you missed your ferry in "Male" - Good breakfast served by a nice lady. Good lobby, porch overlooking a nice street full of greenery. I booked the room in the picture. 1 hour later at was not available. They offered a small room with a small balcony n I had to go out of the room to see the ocean. That was ocean view for the same price. Their card reader could not transfer my money.

It was confirmed around 10:30 I picked a cab and the hotel and it was a disappointing time for me. The lady said the room was not ready and needed to wait until 2 pm. I will try to explain to her about my request, so she gave me an option if you are ok with she can give room without TV. I don't have any other choice. I agree

• Haleemath (5/5): It was ok - They allowed me to check in before the actual check in time. As I checked out early morning I asked if I could have a coffee but they said it’s not possible because they only serve breakfast at 0700hrs. Hence the bed and breakfast option was useless

Water bottles provide in the room need to be checked and taken more care of as those glass bottles are environment friendly but if not taken good care of the bottles could be a health hazard.

• Robert (3/5): Poorly maintained & badly managed - Location was pretty good - close to beach Our room had multiple problems. Both doors to balconies could not be locked. This was hugely concerning as one of the balconies was easily accessible by anyone in the hotel. I stayed in the room with 3 kids so got little sleep worrying about that security issue. Our shower was also broken which meant that when we came back from the beach it was impossible to clean sand off of our bodies due to terrible water pressure combined with a broken shower head. Staff not empowered to do anything to fix the issues & had very little autonomy to do anything beyond smile and nod in sympathy. Extra bed (which we were charged extra for) was also very uncomfortable. Despite informing staff of these issues was then asked to pay for airport shuttle. As I say staff totally disempowered to make any judgement calls as surely it would have been the least the hotel could have done to comp the shuttle. Overall this hotel is clearly badly managed by someone who gives his/her staff zero autonomy to do anything. I’d say avoid it if you can.

• Monisha (5/5): Ok. - Die Lage ist top. Viele Geschäfte in der nähe und der Strand ist direkt hinter dem Hotel. Bei einchecken mussten wir mehr bezahlen als das, was wir ursprünglich auf booking gesehen hatten. An der Rezeption hat man uns versucht die Rechnung zu erklären aber ganz verständlich war es trotzdem nicht. Zudem hatten unsere Bettlacken viele Flecken. Uns wurde zuerst versucht klarzumachen, dass es normal sei, bis der Fehler eingesehen wurde und wir neue Bettlaken erhalten haben.

• Hawyfer (5/5): Nicht zum Ausruhen - Es nah zum Strand und zum Flughafen Das schlimmste ist die Musik sehr laut und jede Nacht. Nebenan ist ein grosser Platz und am Abend zw. 20 oder 21 Uhr beginnt und bis 1 Uhr in der Nacht. Fenster schließen nicht richtig und Zimmer hellhörig... so... unmöglich sich zu erholen, v.a. ich als Taucher... ein Alptraum. Ich wollte meinen Frühstück um 7 Uhr mitnehmen (um 7 Uhr beginnt es) und hatte klar gesagt dass ich nicht warten kann wegen meines Tauchausfluges... ich habe es mitgeteilt aber nicht funktioniert. Dazu hatte ich ein Zimmer mit Balkon bezahl.... es war ein extrem winziger Balkon von weniger als 1 Quadratmeter. Ich wollte es für meine Tauch-sachen.
