• Julie-ann (8/5): Great location, easy parking, clean and tidy property, and well-maintained - Great location with easy access to nearby shops, transport, and local attractions. Clear instructions were provided for check-in, parking, and use of the facilities, which made everything very straightforward. The parking was convenient, and the facilities were excellent and well maintained. The property itself was very tidy, clean, and comfortable throughout. Special touches with flowers in the bathroom great. I would live here. Awesome stay — would definitely recommend. The ONE chair placement in the TV area felt a little unusual, but the space was generous and connectivity was excellent. Overall, these are minor personal observations only, and I would highly recommend the stay.

• Heather (7/5): - Lovely Apartment with everything you could need... I was extremely stressed, distressed & dehydrated after waiting over 2½hrs in the heat trying to get the key for the lockbox!! Owner was uncontactable & the Code I received was incorrect for my arrival. If you're expecting Guests in the future & start getting calls, messages, emails at about the time of Check-in, please take a short 2mins to check one of them, in case their maybe an issue... Once 'in', however, & had time to settle & destress, Apartment was everything one could hope for & Owner very apologetic for forgetting to send correct lockbox code.

• Tracey (10/5): Beautiful apartment superbly located - Arrival was super smooth with great directions from our host, Di. We felt instantly at home. Kitchen was perfectly equiped for a longer stay. Beautiful views across to Ocean. Bed was super comfortable - like sleeping on a cloud. Despite the heat the apartment is quite cool so we only needed the fans most days instead of air conditioning. Lots of little touches to welcome us - we would go back in a heartbeat. Thanks for hosting us Di. -

• Warren (10/5): - Gorgeous apartment.....loved everything about it. It was exceptionally clean & had everything you could think of & decorated beautifully with a faux fireplace & rugs. It was so quiet & peaceful & quiet, overlooking the pool & gardens & a great view of the coast. Very thoughtful little touches that were lovely & nice complimentary items. The bed was was super comfortable & cosy. It was within walking distance to shops, cafes, gym & The Buderim Tavern which we highly recommend as well. It was easy to check in & check out of & exceptional value for money. We have stayed in lots of nice places & this rates with the best of them. Highly recommend. Exactly as pictures show. • Stuart (8/5): Enjoyable stay in Buderim - The homeliness, comfort and character. The apartment is decorated with quirky personality and attention to detail which for us was a welcome change after the minimalism of other places we’ve stayed. Memory foam pillows were an unexpected treat. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed to cook from scratch. Loved hearing the birds sing, drink from the pool and watching the show they put on. The apartment is quiet being situated at the rear of the building and there is a view down to the coast. Good location, easy walk to park, shops, cafes and town centre.
• Melissa (10/5): Better than my own home - This is the best b&b I stayed so far. The bed and pillow are super comfortable, I felt I can melt into it. Little sweet gestures around every corner of the house-flowers, chocolate, chips and lemons for water. This place is much more pleasant home than my own home to be honest. Thank you so much, Di.

We will definitely seek to stay here again! - Di provided every possible thing we could require, and the apartment is comfortable, warm, spacious and homely. A very easy drive to shopping, cafes, restaurants and tourist spots. This apartment is exceptional! Mattress is collapsed on one side and probably due for replacement. That said, the bed is soft and warm!

• Maree (10/5): - The apartment was spacious and light, our two favourite things.. and the view was an unexpected surprise. Di provided some welcoming extras that made us feel like special guests. We highly recommend this property and hope to come back again soon.
• Paul (10/5): Was the best no kid holiday we have had in 12 years :) - The location was great. Looking out over Mooloolaba whilst enjoying your own apartment. Fully stocked kitchen meant we could save money by eating in. Having our own undercover carport was great. The host was lovely and she made sure all our needs were catered for. Being in Buderim meant that the coast was accessible (15 min) but you could also head inland a bit which was also easy to get to (15 min - 30mins) The Big Pineapple being 7 minutes up the road. Other great locations were Mooloolaba, Eumundi Markets (which was huge) and the Buderim Ginger Factory and the Macadamia Factory. The meals in the Buderim Tavern were well priced and delicious. We didn't find anything wrong.
• Samantha (10/5): Buderim gem - The apartment was beautiful and well-maintained. A great assortment of takeaway menus or places to eat were kept in a drawer which helped with ideas of where to eat. They were super close to many varieties of restaurants and supermarkets. Fantastic location and a beautiful view from the louvred windows.
• K (10/5): Home away from home ! - Delightfully furnished apartment with a great layout (more akin to a house) and nice personal touches throughout. A space where you truly feel comfortable, can unwind and relax at the end of each day. Fully equipped kitchen, the apartment also comes with a dedicated undercover car spot, situated in a very quiet block. Convienient location, only a short drive to local town centre or visiting friends in Maroochydoore.

Apartment overlooks the pool and gardens, with views to the coast. Undercover parking with stairs and a ramp to the first floor location. Apartment is superb, well-appointed, beautiful decor and high quality furnishings, quirky and eclectic artwork and fascinating books. Full size kitchen, laundry and bathroom very functional. Expansive living areas with comfortable seating, TVs, DVDs and good wifi. Communication with the owner is excellent and self check-in process easy. A top quality apartment and very good value for money. Highly recommended.

• Bird (10/5): A very comfortable stay, wish I could have stayed longer. - Walking in felt like home. All the little details were thought about. And I loved the personalized note and fresh flowers. I have lots of allergies and this kitchen was perfect for me. With so many utensils and bake ware, it made cooking and baking cakes for my mum's birthday a breeze. The house and linen smelt fresh and not over perfumed. Super comfy lounge and bed, relaxing was not hard to do. The swimming pool not only made a for great view, the water was a beautiful blue, cool and refreshing. The view to the coast was gorgeous day and night. There was heaps of reading material, activities and games to keep you occupied besides television. I only wished I had more time to do the puzzle. The house guide was comprehensive and I loved how things were labeled, made life so much easier. Thank you Di for a wonderful stay. That I couldn't stay longer.

• Linda (10/5): Exceptional - We loved every moment of our stay at Di's apartment, especially being surrounded by beautiful gardens full of bird life, Eastern Water Dragons and Flying Squirrel bats. Our highlight was watching the bats each evening as they flew in to a big tree next door. And one night 2 baby bats put on a spectacular show for us flying around the garden and pool area. It was amazing. Di was an exceptional host. We really appreciated all the lovely special touches she made to welcome us. A personalised welcome note with a bottle of bubbly in the fridge, a Christmas tree, Christmas decorations, Christmas cookies and chocolates plus cold water in the fridge.Thank you very much Di. The apartment is clean, super spacious and very quiet. The bed was very comfortable as was the whole apartment. The full size kitchen was well stocked and the fridge has an ice maker which was so handy. Cereal options, tea, coffee and milk are provided. The pool and pool area is amazing and well maintained. Buderim is a really nice area and a handy location on the Sunshine Coast. A nice retreat to come back to after a day out and about. Di's apartment is excellent value for money with so much space. We highly recommend it. We also highly recommend Thai Frenzy in Buderim. Delicious!

• Heidi (9/5): Beautifully appointed Accommodation - I booked this accommodation because it was close to where my cousin lived. Room is beautifully appointed, clean and spacious with a homely atmosphere. Very spacious for 2 people. All kitchen facilities are available with many food items but we did not have any as we brought our own and ate out during our 3 night stay. A welcome small bottle of champagne which was a nice gesture. Wifi had a good signal but did not use it. Host is just a phone call away and accommodating. Nothing.
• Susan (9/5): Could grace the pages of a magazine - It is a great place to stay with dual stair and ramp access. Very clean and tidy with little welcome extras. Very minor was the remembering there are a couple of areas with a step down into.

• Karen (10/5): Beautiful large unit with amazing views over the Sunshine Coast. Great location. - Unit close to shops and cafes, easy walk no car needed. Only two flights of stairs to the unit and undercover garage for our car. The unit was large with great views over the sunshine coast area. Bed was comfortable with everything we needed supplied in the bathroom. Lovely large kitchen with all the equipment we required to make our stay easy. Great communication from the owner before / during and after our stay. Will come again.
• Ray (8/5): really well appointed and comfortable unit in top position at Buderim. - Not much breakfast provided. Host doesn't actually provide a proper one any longer. slight banging from locked door near bedroom all first night. Had to place paper in side of door to stop it. Probably too many artefacts / wall hangings in unit for our liking. May suit others. Small step down into bathroom and dining area takes getting used to.
• Anthony (8/5): An excellent accommodation with a couple of issues that need addressing. - The apartment is well located and within easy walking distance from Buderim's shops, restaurants and supermarkets (2 including Woolworths). It is spacious and extremely well fitted out with good quality comfortable furniture and fittings. There is a nice view over the pool and across to the Coast. There are 12 apartments in the block and this one is at the rear away from King Street so there was no traffic noise or any other noise for that matter (at least while we were there which was for 4 nights). The owners (Di and Phil) are to be commended for the fine job they have done with this accommodation and I would have had no hesitation in giving them a score of 10 if it wasn't for the 2 issues raised below. My booking confirmation states "breakfast is included in the final price". What breakfast there was was very disappointing. There was a jar of rolled oats and a jar of Weetbix and some long-lasting milk (ie not fresh). There were also some scraps of frozen bread in the freezer. Apart from that there were some frozen pies and some frozen corn plus some frozen butter patties. Coffee was available via a Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee machine which came with milk based capsules. I thought the coffee this machine produced was pretty awful. I note that this machine was recently rated by Choice Magazine as being the worst out of 57 coffee machines they tested. My booking confirmation also states that that the apartment includes "streaming services (like Netflix)". To use Netflix you need the owner's password. When I asked for either the password or whether I would need to sign in on my own Netflix account I was told they used to give out the password but guests kept messing this up so they don't now but that I could log in using my own account. I think that his needs to be noted in the booking confirmation as it means that you only get the Netflix streaming if you have a Netflix account. I don't raise these issues to be picky but as constructive criticisms which the owners may or may not wish to address.
• Karen (9/5): Spacious , comfortable and convenient - Very spacious apartment with much art work and curious! Well equipped kitchen, cereal supplies for breakfast. Great location for hinterland walks and 15 mins drive to the beach. Covered parking garage. Walking distance to cafes. The uneven floor with internal steps between rooms especially the step from up the bathroom caught me out a few times. The beeping for 4 hrs a day from the robobot in a locked room in the apartment.

Close to lots of lovely shops & cafes. Undercover parking. Very safe & quiet except for the lovely birds singing. Had to carry our suitcases up 1 flight of stairs. Outside of the block looks old & tired but inside was fabulous.
• Brad (9/5): A lovely place that I will add to my favourites for when I visit again. - Clean, expansive apartment set at the back of block, away from the road. Quiet block. Almost no noise from any neighbour. I never use any free wifi provided at any place I stay so cannot comment on this. Host was always quick, brief and polite with communications Full kitchen with all the facilities you would expect at home, and then some The single beer and chilled glass in the fridge was appreciated but not consumed. The unit is on the first floor and there is a choice of stairs or a ramp. Pod coffee was so-so and no milk warmer/frother on hand so only had one Only about 4 coffees for 3 nights but 30 teas!! Apples were appreciated but were old and bruised. I only ate one and it was clearly not fresh Many small steps that I soon got used to but could create a tripping hazard for older people. I am not used to glass tables and walked into the coffee table twice

• Pat (8/5): We had an excellent stay and a lovely catch-up with our family. - The unit was spacious and comfortable with an array of interesting art works. Cooking facilities were excellent. For us, breakfast supplies were adequate. Free wifi was available. The unit is located in a beautiful hinterland area, with a good choice of shops and cafes, and close to the coast. Perhaps fewer herbal teas in favour of traditional/non-herbal teas could be considered. We had some challenges sorting out the workings of the TV remotes.
• Kazza (10/5): Full amenities, complimentary breakfast, great location between all points of interest in the area - The complimentary breakfast fixings was extremely convenient - cereal, milk, coffee/tea and bread/toast on hand for breakfast. Several lovely touches - bathroom supplies, pillow chocolates, lovely!
• Roslyn (10/5): What a hidden gem this find was. Very well appointed apartment with expansive views to the coast. - Continental breakfast supplies included. Extra yummy treats to enjoy. Centrally located in Buderim. Close to cafes, restaurants, pharmacy, etc. Building on a busy road but traffic noise was not an issue.
• Jacqntom (10/5): Large, comfortable and immaculately presented apartment, close to Buderim and great value for money - The location was perfect for us. In Buderim just 7 min walk to many cafes, shops, the Buderim Tavern, Woolworths Metro. The keys were easy to obtain from the key safe. There is a single car allocated undercover space with only 17 stairs to the first floor apartment which has lovely views over the swimming pool, sea and mountains. The apartment was so spacious, full kitchen with everything one could ever need, separate dining area, two separated lounge areas, desk area, washer/dryer in cupboard, large bedroom and separate bathroom. The apartment was spotless, tastefully decorated and was so comfortable, it felt like home. Bread, butter, milk, cereals and condiments were provided for our breakfast along with some lovely little gifts of fruit, wine and chocolates. Di was very communicative and easy to deal with throughout the whole booking process and during our stay. Thank you both for a wonderful 4 night stay :)
• Arun (10/5): Comfortable and relaxing. - It is very spacious, well maintained. All interior decorations are done with great personal touch. The breakfast was good.
• Helen (10/5): Comfortable, convenient location, Great hosts - I liked all of it, the aesthetics (I loved the wall decor, and the mini plaster serving people), the location, the size of the unit, the view. The bed was so comfortable and the pillows. The shower had a great pressure. It was a good size kitchen, the breakfast was lovely and the little surprises left around for us to eat, was so thoughtful. The weather, it rained the whole time, and that had nothing to do with the hosts lol however they even supplied umbrellas just in case. So in other words there was nothing I didn't like.
