• 2668ec1ad6bf70ce393abf17fa8b3bb8 (8/5): Nice and private. - Good location, good bed, was the only one at the hostel so… private room. 🤭 I didn’t see any lockers for your stuff. (Didn’t ask because I was alone and had a key of the room) but I wouldn’t feel comfortable to leave my stuff in the room with other people.

• david (10/5): - Location is right at the bus "terminal", 30 seconds walk from the main road. Delightful couple who went out of their way to compensate for the water having been temporarily cut off. It's their house, not a hostel, with separate accomm downstairs for guests. Room was spacious, with sturdy and comfortable bed. Very clean throughout. Bathroom is a bit tricky. Long way from seafront. Jump on the local bus and pay 40 lek cash to the person who'll collect. Traffic is appalling so it's prob quicker to walk
• Vera (10/5): - Nana & her husband are very nice hosts, the hostel is close to the bus station for many directions (Saranda, Tirana, Berat,...), the homemade Byrek was very delicious :-), nice cats in front of the house, very quiet A little bit hidden, but once you found it, it is close to the old town and everything you need (bus, supermarket, fast food, etc)
• Guest (10/5): Amazing. - Hands down the best hostel I've stayed in. Everything is clean, quiet, organized. It's a few minutes walk from the bus terminal and a few minutes walk from the bus that brings you to the beach. The hosts were very kind. It really felt like home. Everything was perfect.
• Kynsia (6/5): - Les lieux étaient très propres, près de plusieurs attractions, la chambre était agréable. Je n’ai vraiment pas apprécié, en tant que cliente, de me faire crier après pour avoir laissé la porte de la chambre ouverte alors que l’air climatisé était en marche. C’était très inapproprié et infantilisant de la part de la dame qui tient les lieux. Je me suis sentie comme une enfant qui se faisait réprimander par sa mère. Elle était sympathique au début, mais elle est contrôlante sur la façon dont les choses doivent être faites (air climatisé, organisation de mon espace autour du lit, etc.) et est entrée plusieurs fois dans la chambre. J’ai quitté l’hostel sur une mauvaise impression et un sentiment d’irritation, et pour cette raison, je n’y séjournerais pas à nouveau.

• Sheneil (9/5): Wonderful stay near the Old Town - The family is lovely. The place is spacious. It felt like home. The bathroom is quite small and the wifi didn't reach the bedroom.

• Lanson (10/5): Clean guesthouse near the bus terminal - Fantastic location: a mere three-minute walk from the bus terminal in Vlorë. (Don't trust Google Maps, which take the king way round. Just get behind the residential buildings and follow the narrow path. ) It's more like a guesthouse: the hosts (a couple) live in the same building upstairs. They don't speak much English but are super nice and helpful. The whole property is very clean and well-maintained. The bed linen even has a pleasant smell. The bathroom is a bit small, but that didn't really bother me.
• Lhena (8/5): Authentic - For starters I loved the location. I had to be back, but I could have stayed longer easily. It’s a silent very authentic neighbourhood. The dorms are very well done, given all the comfort you need. And they have decent heating. There is an outdoor area. I don’t know if I personally liked it 😀 but only later I realised the meaning of the hostel's name and the set up is so you feel like you’re in a family. Like you’re home. The owners live upstairs. Friendly but Nana was watching me not using the kitchen 😀 I might not understand cultural habits here. Still it was a great place to be. I was a bit confused as this has dorms and is listed as a hostel. And there is a kitchen, but I was - besides making drinks - not allowed to use the kitchen. And I know the food in Albania isn’t expensive. But due to some health and back issues I sometimes like to stay at the place and have easy access to my (budget)food. I think this place would run much better in winter if the kitchen could be used. It was a pity I was alone.

• Alexandra (10/5): Exceptional - This was one of the best experiences I have ever had in a hostel. Nana and her family received me with such kindness that I felt at home immediately. They were really helpful and attentive. They even gave me a gift before I left. The facilities were spotless, the room was spacious, the beds very comfortable, with clean sheets and comfortable pillows, and there was a big common area and two beautiful gardens to hang out and relax. The hostel is literally two minutes away from the bus station and really close to all the main attractions and the old city. It's a very convenient location, with supermarkets, bakeries and everything you need at hand. There is also a city bus that can take you to the beach in a few minutes. I would definitely go back there and I highly recommend it.

• Johanna (10/5): We would always come back👍🏻 - The hostel was perfect for us. We spend two nights there and were totally amazed. The owner Nana is a kind and lovely woman who welcomes everybody in such a nice way. She speaks a mix of Albanian, Greek and English and with a little help of google translate we had the most wonderful talks with her and the other guests. It’s in a more quiet area with cafes but there’s a bus every 12 minutes that takes you to the port or the boulevard. We would always come back since it was such a warm experience.

• Kiean (1/5): terrible - no I arrived at the hostel after 2 hours of walking around this neighborhood , the adress giving is not the adress of the hostel i kept contacting the host who was rude and eventually told me to meet him at a supermarket , 10 minutes away from the adress on booking ? Why so dodgy . Then when i enter the lady told me 9 euros per night it was advertised at 7.50 she was also rude to me so i just left there straight away...

• Jynx (3/5): Very stressful stay. Don't book here - Very stressful visit.first she tryed to charge more then booking.com said. I had to shower her reservation. booked because ad said kitchen,heat. Host said no to using kitchen.and heat.i told her before I paid I would go somewhere else she said okay no problem use kitchen. But it was a problem to her. I had to leave water Handel in certain position. Sponge for washing my dish turned a certain way and in certain spot on sink.bathroom same. I was watched all time,was very unsettling. I was afraid of doing something wrong. Didn't have hot water often for shower med warm most of time. One morning no lights in bathroom.bathroom very small. Host didn't like the shower curtain moved so you could get to toliet.no room between curtain and sink to get to toilet .they moved my belongings around. She got mad when I took my things out of her hands..when they changed bed she didn't want me to use my own bed linner. She took it off bed and threw in cabinet.i didn't want them to change bed after that as I hurt my back and couldn't bend to put cover back. .ran out of toilet paper often. I bought some . I bought sponge to wash dishes hosts looked like floor was wiped with it. Cat hair on all outside chairs. They knock once then barged in room. Once I was dressing when the host husband came in. I had to start locking door.i was only one in hostel. I'm quiet,clean,clean after myself but every thing I did they corrected. I would not recommend this place.she tryed charging me more then booking.com advertise.i was in tears at one point and asked if I should leave. I'd payed for a month. Wrong place for long stay

• Šarūnas (6/5): I did not like visiting this hostel. - The rooms and other facilities were clean enough. The heater was working in the room which made it warm. There was a tea bag in the kitchen where you could make tea. Large living room with armchairs and table Difficult to find location, no house number listed on website. The owner does not understand English at all, it is difficult to communicate. I wanted to charge my phone but the socket in the room didn't work. The bathroom is very small and uncomfortable. The key to the hostel door had to be shared with another roommate, because the owner did not give it to me. I couldn't connect to wifi on my phone, I was left without internet because it didn't work.
