• Anja (6/5): Dicht bij de zee, maar daar is dan ook alles mee gezegd. - Aangezien de prijs heel goed meeviel wisten we dat er wel een reden was dat de prijs niet overdreven was ten opzichte van de andere appartementen op de site in deze omgeving. Het appartement is 100% verhuurd en dat merk je aan alles. Het appartement is heel basic ingericht. Beetje kil eigenlijk. Vooral spijtig dat er vanaf 16h00 geen zon meer op het terras was en ook dat er geen ligstoelen ofzo waren. Enkel een tafel met 4 stoelen (wat je ook ziet op de foto). Er is ook niets te doen. Je zit in een grote urbanisatie en je hebt (buiten naar de zee gaan) niets in de buurt. We hebben zelf een nieuwbouw appartement gekocht, dat spijtig genoeg een maand vertraging heeft met de oplevering, vandaar dat we snel iets gehuurd hebben. Nu weet ik dat we goed hebben gekozen om meer in een centrale plaats te zitten :-).
• David (9/5): Muy buen apartamento - Muy limpio, todo nuevo y muy cómodo La playa mas cercana tiene muchas piedras
• Sören (7/5): Moderne Wohnung - Moderne Wohnung mit top ausgestatteter Küche. Tiefgaragenstellplatz dabei. Leider keine Handtuchhalter im Bad, nasse Handtücher musste man mit Kleiderbügel im Schrank aufhängen. Wenig Handseife und Spülmittel vorhanden. Ein Spülmaschinentab für eine ganze Woche wurde uns zu Verfügung gestellt. Rollo auf dem Balkon hatte nicht funktioniert, so mussten erst Arbeiter kommen und diesen reparieren. Danach war er zwar oben aber man konnte ihn dann nicht mehr schließen. Kommunikation mit Vermietung war zäh, wenig Informationen zu allem bekommen, man musste lange auf Antworten warten bzw. Man hat gar keine bekommen.

• Ana Belen (8/5): Muy limpio y tranquilo - El apartamento perfecto, todo limpio, muy nuevo, bien equipado, zona muy tranquila, pocos vecinos , zona comunitaria muy limpia y poco concurrida con 2 piscinas y jacuzzi. La playa tiene unas piedras que hacen muy difícil el baño por lo que hay que desplazarse y andar bastante para lograr bañarse.
• E. SAMUEL (10/5): Una muy buena experiencia tanto por el entorno como por el apartamento - El apartamento es moderno y confortable, y la zona es muy tranquila. Repetiría si sigue más o menos al mismo precio. Lo gestiona una inmobiliaria, que funciona bien. La cocina es cómoda, tiene dos baños, una terraza muy aprovechable, si no están los vecinos de arriba, en mi caso no estaban :). Todo estaba perfecto, aunque por sugerir cosas, deberían poner toalleros en los baños.
