Not acceptable treatment of guests - The overall experience doesn't leave me think about anything good of this property There are a lot of NOT acceptable for such types of business as the Hosting and Hoteling. Due to the space limitations, I will mention only the most terrible and not acceptable points here: - no safe environment - we had all time feeling for being watched out! - during check-in process, I missed to mention kids. The owners of the property used that to blackmail us(!!) We were kicked out from the property earlier as we (ATTENTION) refused to pay in cash (200 euro!!) (for like they said for extra consumption on electricity, water and so on, but the fact was that kids didn't consume any extra water and any extra heating !!!) - the smell in the apartment was terrible, even after a couple of days, my clothes still smell disgusting ! - I even sorted personally all garbage for 4 groups (bio, paper, glass and the rest). But (!) they insulted us by "antisocial behavior". They used the photos of not layout pillows on a couch as the justification of our "antisocial behavior" - what kind of people is that? - they simply kicked us out earlier even though we paid for the stay! - and I am not even talking about very dirty kitchen and a bed full of hairs from previous tenants, dirty, oiled cutlery and many others. At the moment of arriving I've decided not to escalate and mention all of those to the property, because I just wanted to rest and enjoy the stay, but they stated insulting us and reprimand children playing in the garden (children's playground). Why to post then photos of children's playground if they are not ment for the children ? It is deception and misrepresentation of the customers of the service to show something that is not meant for been used.
