Belgrada vardığımda aksam Hava kararmak uzereydi. İşletmeyi aradım açan olmadı. Whatsappdan yazdım whatsapp kullanmıyordu. Sms attım cevap yok. Defalarca aradıktan sonra, baska bir numaradan dönüş yapıldı ve boyle bir rezervasyon olmadıgı soylendi. Resmen sokakta kaldık. Ne yapacağımızı sorduğumda bizim problemimiz olduğu söylendi. Booking musteri hizmetlerinin Türk e ingilizce musteri danısmanlarına da ulasamadım. Cok zor zamanlar yasadık. Ben boyle vurdumduymazlık görmedim
