- Carole (9/5): - Was a lovely caravan bigger than other caravans we have been to & everythingyou needed was there ,the view of the sea was lovely the sight was lovely they do a great breakfast in the entertainment venue, the lady on reception was really helpful & people were friendly

- Sylvia (9/5): Perfect caravan - Great location beautiful view. Good value everything worked. Comfy beds. Lovely to have the decking with all the furniture and cushions to sit on the sun! Looked a little past it's best (but that's good when you have children who might make a mess). Not enough pillowcases to go round (but plenty of pillows). One window had no blind/curtain had to put a patio furniture cover over the window!
- Tony (4/5): Caravan needs to be cleaned better for people staying. - Most areas needed to be wiped over. There was no instructions to use gas fire, wasn't expecting to wipe around tops and tables and mirrors and TV on our 1st visit to the caravan.
- Lindsey (3/5): - The location view is amazing Unfortunately when I arrived the door to the caravan is very stiff and hard to lock and open leaving me worrying the key may snap at any point and me billed for it. The blinds in the bedrooms are faulty and cheap i tried to use them and was completely broken to the 2 of the rooms. They are up yes but not usable as soon as u do the slats break the window to one of the rooms was open all night due to the weather and this was the result this is not a people problem this is cheap blinds not suitable for use or for purpose. I left the master bedroom window as i arrived as I didnt want to take a chance of moving that one up n down or open because of how they are. but it still remains with gaps in between so no privacy. I feel it was dated and ran down in places . The owners have tried to say we damaged the blinds but they was faulty so pls take pics on arrival and cover yaself of anything straight away I wish I did the same.
There isn't many plugs to the caravan so struggling to charge things. The fire needed lighting with a lighter again faulty and dangerous . Im always happy to take responsibility if I brake anything but I wont be blamed for cheap faulty furnishings. The location itself has beautiful views . Again disappointed and glad I was only there for 2 nights the beds have such springy feel to them so had a bad night sleep.
- Jade (10/5): Warm and cosy, sea views, by the beach - Really lovely caravan nice and warm, the kids love staying here, the communication of the owner is spot on and they’re so lovely and kind. We liked eveyrhing

- Struyk (6/5): - Mooi uitzicht Lekkage in de slaapkamers waardoor je iedere keer natte voeten kreeg
En het werd erger tijdens ons verblijf
- Corkill (9/5): - View was breath taking
- Richard (10/5): Seaview stay - couple with three daughters. - Lovely, well-equipped caravan in a fantastic location with a beautiful sea view. Excellent facilities at Crimdon Dene, which is ideally placed when visiting Durham and other areas of the northeast. Very comfortable beds and a great kitchen and lounge area with large tv and a dvd player, and some board games to play. Absolutely nothing not to like!
- Amanda (10/5): Amazing caravan with beautiful view 😍 - The view was beautiful 😍
Clean lovely caravan
The owner was so kind as well.
💯 percent recommend 👌 Nothing because everything was brilliant 👏
- Franciska (10/5): Top - Locatie: je ziet de zee vanuit het raam, grootte van de caravan en leuke aankleding!
- Marta (10/5): - It was just a short stay for one night but the kids enjoyed it. The site has a shop, close to the beach, quiet and clean. Lots of effort is going to keep it in a nice way. We arrived late at night and security was really helpful with finding our place. They are all numbered but hard to see at night and it was the first time we've been. My little boy forgot his tablet and the lady who runs the place has gone out of her way and posted it back to us. We would recommend it! Stayed too short
- Rita (10/5): -
- Jamie (8/5): Very good -
- Carli (9/5): Superb - The home.
- Andrew (10/5): Exceptional - The place was exactly as expected. A decent size, nice and clean with a lovely sea view.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
No problems checking in and out. Just a couple of notes for others:
-The place had lots of little things you might need (e.g. can opener), but the oven was old and the temperature on it was quite imprecise.
-If you want to use the Indoor Pool you need to pay (per person) for an access card. The card also includes access to the arcade and some evening entertainment (including for kids). However it’s quite good value for money.
-The place indeed has 8 places to sleep (6 proper beds + 2 good sized sofas). However, the kitchen/bathroom/corridors are not really big enough for 8 so if you’re in a big group take it into account. There was 4 of us and it felt about right.
- Cheryl (8/5): Very good -
- David (8/5): Very good -
- Sarah (8/5): Very good -
- Amy (10/5): Exceptional -

- Natalie (10/5): seaview brilliant stay - recieved message from owner with all check in details, arrived canny caravan with board games and lots of little good extras. nice decking area looking straight into the sea 2nd row from tbe front beautiful view it just could of been that little bit cleaner
- Becki (10/5): Great family get away - Views were spectacular, comfortable layout for the family and great to have space within the caravan to relax
- Paul (8/5): Very good - Clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was supplied.
- Lorna (7/5): Good -
- Emma (1/5): Unable to check in! - Booked this stay (and paid for it) via booking.com. We drove for 5 hours and on arrival, checked my account for a message stating caravan number/directions and instructions how to get in which we were supposed to receive on check in day. There was nothing there so I tried to call the owner several times but just got an answerphone. Tried to message via the app but no response. We are a family with young children and after a really long day travelling we had to find a local hotel instead. It's now the next morning and I've still had no reply from the owners so not sure what has happened but I want my money back!
- Emily (10/5): Exceptional - Brill location, very clean and tidy and a great base for spending days at the beach!
- Kaylie (9/5): Superb - Loved the view didn’t want to leave .. the van was clean and new bedding 😍 Nothing not to like
- Julius (10/5): Exceptional -
- Clare (9/5): Superb - The view was outstanding, the beds were comfy and the position of the site was perfect for our needs
- Liddle (4/5): Disappointing - Location was good No heating, missed a day as had to wait for plumber because there was no heating. Tele was foreign, said in amenities facilities that swimming pool was in with it which wasn't... stated we stole bedding which was all took off and left in shower
- Freddie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kim (8/5): 2 night stay in feb 2025 - Lovely view of the sea, caravan was very well equipped with everything you would need. Lots of games to play. Much needed when the weather wasn't very good and nothing was open, (due to the time of year)
