• Apolline • アポリーヌ (10/5): Vue imprenable sur le Mont Fuji, balade à vélo et rapport qualité/prix imbattable - Chambre spacieuse et confortable avec vue imprenable sur le Mont Fuji ! Réservez en avance le dîner (2000¥) et le petit-déjeuner (1000¥, payables sur place en cash) pour une expérience traditionnelle (nabe, pickles, poisson grillé, légumes racines, chawanmushi, riz…) et gargantuesque ! Si vous ne mangez pas de viande, prévenez-les en avance et ils adapteront le menu pour remplacer par du poisson. Le bain est petit (3 personnes) mais agréable. L’hôtel met à disposition gratuitement des vélos qui permettent de faire le tour du lac (pas besoin de les réserver en avance). Un bus part de Tokyo Shinjuku et arrive directement à Hirano Beach, à 3 minutes à pied de l’hôtel. L’emplacement, à 50 mètres du lac et de la plage, permet d’accéder à pied à des randonnées (Mont Ishiwari) et finir sur un super onsen avec bains extérieurs (Yamanakako Hirano Onsen). Excellent rapport qualité prix.
• PEI JUN (10/5): - 老闆一家人很好，雖然需要透過翻譯軟體溝通，但是都會盡力達成需求。可加購早晚餐，非常方便。飯店位置很棒，一出門就是平野湖邊，早上看富士山日出非常方便。可免費寄放行李以及借腳踏車，甚至在我返回之後提供一罐富士山礦泉水！之後來訪會再住這間~

• Victoria (10/5): A brilliant authentic stay - The rooms were lovely, Japanese style. Very clean and brilliant facilities including an Onsen and free bikes to use. We paid to have breakfast and dinner, which was really awesome and very authentic. The two owners didn’t speak English but it was absolutely fine using translate technology. The view was incredible from our room. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

• Jinglan (10/5): 非常友善乐于助人的老板，值得推荐给所有人 - 位置、卫生、餐食、服务，都很棒！入住时安排了我想要的能看到富士山的房间，和室的暖桌非常舒适。大雨天，临时为不想出门觅食的母女俩安排了晚饭，而且孩子的餐食还和我的不同，很惊喜。第二天一早拉开窗帘看到窗外的富士山，立刻穿好衣服，走出大门两分钟就到平野之滨最好的拍照位置啦。孩子在从河口湖过去的公交上丢失了手机，老板帮忙联系了公交公司取回了，真的是非常好的入住体验。谢谢！ 没有

• 義法 (10/5): 富士五湖を観光するならお勧め旅館！ - ２度目の宿泊でしたが、１度目の期待通り目の前の富士山は最高です！ お部屋も広いし綺麗だし、富士の魅力を満喫できました！ トイレは小さめですが、感動の場面が多すぎて小さなトイレは問題にならないです！

• QIQI (9/5): 性价比高，地理位置优越，环境干净。 - 地理位置优越，就在平野之滨旁边，早上看日出很方便，步行几分钟就可以看到很好的风景。而且离平野车站很近，坐车方便。 住的房间可以看到半个富士山，视野不错。 提供免费的自行车，可以环湖骑行很方便。 民宿内各个地方都打扫的很干净，虽然是公共厕所，但是使用体验很好。 民宿早餐1000yen/人的日式料理，味道相对清淡，体验不错。 民宿的工作人员都特别友善有耐心，问的问题都会耐心解答，用翻译机交流。 隔音比较差，隔壁房间稍微大点声说话都能听见。
• IYUNG (10/5): 超級推薦給自駕的人 - 1/1新年的早餐是傳統御節料理，物超所值。還有紅豆麻糬湯。在房間就可以看到富士山，但會遮到一些。距離山中湖走路不到1分鐘。不用擔心語言問題，老闆有翻譯機，服務超級好， 位置不好找，Google Maps導航繞了好幾次才到，開車的人要注意。樓梯比較陡，帶大行李箱的會比較辛苦。

Thank you for the umbrellas, the ladies were able to stay warm and dry to our next destination. Arigato! The view of Mt. Fuji is stunning!
• Huan (9/5): 拍富士山不二之选 - 门口就是平野の浜，早起拍富士山不要更方便。老板大叔是我见过最好的大叔，真诚的笑容让人难忘。走的时候硬币收纳盒忘记在房间了，大叔开车跑到车站站我们来送。房间很大可以睡好多人，被子也很舒服，1楼的浴场虽然不大但是非常干净，我绕湖跑了一圈13公里，回来跑了一下直接治愈了。 如果房间里有洗手间就好了

• Lan (10/5): - 距离平野湖非常近，出门就走到了，如果想要看富士山日出，是非常方便的住宿地点。 老奶奶也很和善，入住会送手作的小团子，老爷爷会帮你搬行李 没有电梯，对于带了很多行李的人来说不太方便。浴室是公共浴室，晚上10点以后就不能使用，不过整体环境还是很干净的

• shu yang (10/5): 非常完美的体验，离平野之滨非常近，看到了非常美的富士山日出！ - 传统日式房间，整体房间很宽敞，酒店配备有大浴室，可以泡汤。最完美的是酒店离山中湖平野之滨非常近，早起看富士山日出的体验非常棒。 如果酒店配备有电梯就好了。
• FUMIKO (8/5): - ウォッシュレットもあり、清潔感もありました。窓からの眺めも素敵でした！ あと、朝食も品数が多く、健康的でした！湯豆腐も焼き鮭も納豆も嬉しかったです！ 枕が私には高かったのと、掛け布団が分厚く、掛けたら暑いし、掛けなかったら寒くて、難しい季節でした（笑） 風呂に窓がなかったような感じで絶景の場所なのに勿体ないなと思いました

• Lynn (9/5): It's nice stay. - It's Japanese style room. Very clean! Plus the great location where is super close to the lake! - no paved path from main road to the hotel's front door. It's so hard to pull the luggage with the wheels. - If you don't feel comfort to use public bathroom, don't book it.

• Trang (10/5): Excellent meals and perfect view. - We stayed for 2 nights from April 5, 2025. Luckily we got a big room with a great view of lake Yamanaka and Mt Fuji. It’s a Japanese style room. We stayed on the 2nd floor of the bldg adjacent to the main building where the shared bath (one for men and one for women) located. The shared bath has 5 showers and a rectangular tub for onsen (water temperature is very hot in the onsen). There are 3 toilets on the 2nd floor in our bldg shared among 4 rooms. The toilet rooms are very small. There are 2 sinks next to the toilet rooms. Everything was very clean and functional. There’s a big refrigerator and hot water dispenser with tea & coffee right outside our room. The owners are very nice and kind. They don’t speak English but used a phone with translation app so there’s no problem communicating. Highly recommended to order both breakfast and dinner here. Pay cash in advance when order with the owners. 1000 JPY for breakfast and 2000 JPY for dinner for one person. The food was plentiful, delicious and gorgeously displayed. There are steps away from Hirano beach where we took many beautiful photos of the sunrise on Mt Fuji. The hotel is 2 minutes walk to Hirano bus stop. The toilet rooms are very small. Also, it would be helpful if hair dryer was also provided at the sink in the other building adjacent to the building where the main bathroom is located.
• Cindy (10/5): Exceptional - Very kind owner, the grandma also offered me breakfast and did not add price. 1 min walk to Fuji view lake for sun rise in the early morning. Very clean and spacious room and facilities. Quiet and calm. Although owners do not speak much English, they are very kind and patient to communicate using translation app or by gestures.

• Kexin (10/5): Recommend to stay!!! 5-star max cost performance stay - This is the best place to stay in Yamanakako to have the most convenience access of the Hirano beach and to be ready for the Mt.Fuji photo taking before the sunrise (weather dependent), only if you are not picky about the facilities (new but not as modern as the expensive hotel). I am totally okay with shared washroom. The elder lady (front desk) is very nice, tho she cannot speak English, check-in and instructions are clear enough. She has prepared Chinese check-in instructions separately, so don’t worry about communication issues.

• Mahiran (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely amazing. Breathtaking views of Mount Fuji from the window. Spacious room. Had heating, tv, fridge, comfy mattress to sleep on. A 7 eleven nearby. A beach only a few minutes walk away. Easy to get to, a bus stop a few minutes away. Staff were so friendly. Explained the check in process, was very welcoming and polite.

• Laura (8/5): Basic requirements met & a fantastic breakfast - Hosts are very accommodating, but speak very little english. The view was spectacular. Also it states the breakfast is included, but we had to pay an additional fee because we used booking.com. It is a really good value stay for the area! They provide robes and towels. Make sure to plan your transportation ahead of time as buses can be a little inconsistent in the area depending on crowds. We went on a holiday so it was a bit troublesome getting to the area. Some things to note: communal bathrooms on each floor and shared space onsen-style showers in a separate building.
