• Bartlomiej (4/5): Bring back humans for check-in! - Location is great if you're here for an event in Mandalay. Price is the best around Check-in was a nightmare. Excalibur removed all humans and replaced them with kiosks, so I couldn't fix an error in my booking made by the travel agency during check-in. Actually I could never correct it and ended up with a completely separate booking for an additional night instead of just adding a night to an existing booking.

• Dawes (3/5): Ordinary, only good thing was the location. - Location Staff were rude, venue smelt like cigarette smoke everywhere, lift, passageway and rooms. Room was over powered by cleaning chemical smell. No mini bar fridge, no coffee/tea facility in room, no clock radio or similar. Stains on ceiling, picture was peeling out of its frame, furniture tired and old. Virw from our window was of a massive construction site for a brw building. Carpet could have done with a steam clean, sorry but nothing really positive to say for what we paid for the room.

• Enrique (7/5): Cómodo pero con poco estilo - Una habitación espaciosa con dos grandes camas y un baño amplio, limpio y con muy buena ducha. La cama muy comoda y con muchas almohadas para poder leer. El edificio es muy alto, pero al tener ascensores diferenciados por altura no había que esperar demasiado. Una ubicación espectacular. El baño estaba reformado pero mantenía un estilo demasiado cásico. La wifi no llegaba bien a las habitaciones por lo que era difícil trabajar desde la mesa que tiene la habitación

Self-Check-in war mühsam und funktionierte nicht reibungslos. Konnte am Schalter nach 3 Versuchen nicht abgeschlossen werden, über einen QR-Code am Handy konnte es nach dem 2. Versuch und zusätzlicher Hilfe einer Mitarbeiterin abgeschlossen werden. Dauer insgesamt 1 Stunde!! Hotels in Las Vegas sehr weitläufig und mühsam bis man zu einem Frühstück kommt. • Alyssa (6/5): Good location, but overall not worth the price for the cleanliness, room quality, and experience provided. - The location was convenient and close to the Strip, making it easy to get around and access nearby attractions. Overall, it served its purpose as a place to sleep after long days out. We booked one of the renovated resort rooms, but it honestly did not feel very renovated. We were placed in the very last room at the end of the property, which made the walk extremely long. I’m not upset about the room location itself, but a better elevator setup for rooms farther back would help. Because we were all the way in the back, the Wi-Fi barely worked and cell phone service was poor. The air conditioning also had an unpleasant smell, almost like dirty feet. We received stained towels multiple times, and the bathroom was not cleaned very well, there was someone else’s hair in the shower and on the floor.

I had to reverse back twice with cars queuing back, running to the hotel lobby to sort it out. Towels in the bathroom were had very clear and visible stains. Refer to photo included. Overall the hotel experience was terrible for someone who travels a lot.

• Sara (5/5): - Room was clean was only here for 1 night. Expensive paid parking for one night. Feel like it should be cheaper or free. But I understand that it is parking for other events also. Just glad to have parking. Check in staff was not very kind and did not help explain how to check in when I asked for help.

• J.Jindra (3/5): Never again - Hotel location The automated system is completely dysfunctional. I booked accommodation about two months in advance and two hours before arrival I received a message that the hotel had cancelled the reservation, allegedly because I had an invalid card. I pay with that card daily, there is enough money on it and a sufficiently high daily limit. So after arriving at the hotel I made a new reservation. Accepted again. I spent an hour and a half at the automated check-in because the machine initially accepted the card, but before I could get the key, I received a message that the card was rejected. I tried all my cards in this way, always with the same result - accepted and then rejected. I checked in at the machine 15 times, always with the same result. People around me had similar problems, the queue led far from the check-in machines into the lobby. The staff was reluctant, but in the end I stood in line for another hour at the help desk, where surprisingly everything went smoothly and it accepted the card without a problem. The lady at the help desk was the only nice and helpful person in the entire hotel staff. Some of the staff were literally arrogant. It seemed as if the basic prerequisite for working for the hotel was unwillingness and ignorance. The fact that the keys stopped working during our stay and we had to stand in a long line for a new key, only to end up not working either, was literally a parody of the introduction of modern technology. Never again to this hotel!
