• Alexandra (5/5): - El lugar estaba limpio y espacioso, era de fácil acceso La poca atención del personal, éramos 5 personas adultas y dejaron solo un rollo de papel higiénico y uno a menos de la mitad, solo un baño tenía jabón, nos indicaron que el uso de la piscina era hasta las 9pm pero habían personas hasta tarde y tomando en las áreas sociales y los ventanales plagados de insectos parecidos a las avispas y no se podía abrir las ventanas

• Robles (5/5): Expectativa vs. Experiencia - El personal atento y las instalaciones cómodas. Tiene un buen restaurante junto, pero no pertenece al hotel y le dan un vale para que a diario se pueda pagar un desayuno continental a un costo de $3,00. No hay limpieza diaria en las habitaciones y si su hospedaje es de más de un día no hay artículos de baño, ni limpieza, ni siquiera se saca el basurero y tampoco en la habitación existen mano de oso o artículos como escoba o trapeador para realizar un aseo diario uno mismo. Adicional no existe puerta o cortina en la ducha por tal razon se inunda el piso del baño y no hay ni siquiera un sifón.

• Byron (4/5): Mala relación precio calidad - Las instalaciones estaban bien, pero el servicio muy malo. Para el alto precio no incluía ni limpieza de habitación, no daban ni papel higiénico. Mal servicio por no decir deplorable, sin parqueadero decente se dejaba en la calle el carro.
• Alvaro (10/5): Excelente alojamiento y ubicación - Instalaciones nuevas, habitaciones cómodas y limpias. Ubicado en una zona segura y cerca a todo. El parqueadero es exterior, deben mejorar el ingreso. Sin embargo no hubo inconvenientes, hay guardianía nocturna.

• Erick (8/5): Un 5 étoiles à bon prix - Bon resto ! Chambre propre et confortable. C’est comme un 5 étoiles à très bon prix. La construction est assez récente avec mini-frigo, tele et climatisation. Salle de bain un peu petite mais fonctionnelle. Un peu bruyant le matin à l’extérieur si la fenêtre est ouverte.

• WENDY TORRES SANCHEZ (7/5): Un lugar donde dormir - El área de las hamacas y el restaurante que estaba junto al hotel En la mañana no había nadie en recepción si fue molestos ya que por medio de la señora de limpieza me entrego unos tickets para el desayuno en el restaurante dure como 20 minutos que me entregara hasta que se ponga en contacto con la señora encargada del hotel.

• Dée-anne (7/5): Beautiful hotel, mediocre service. - The hotel itself is beautiful, very modern. When we were ten minutes away, I called to get directions for the taxi driver. We got there and there were two different buildings on either side of the street. We didn’t know how to make contact. We found a buzzer so I tried 5 different office buttons, there was no answer. I finally contacted the hotel through booking.com to tell him we were there, not sure why he hadn’t been expecting us. Finally the host brought us up to our room and immediately asked for payment. He stood there while I ruffled through my bag. My husband asked if we could meet him back on the main floor (we prefer some privacy when handling our money). After we paid him, we never saw him again. There is no garbage can in the outdoor facilities, other than the bathroom. The kitchen doesn’t have one and there aren’t any around the pool area. When we decided to use the pool, my husband took it upon himself to clean it. There is no pump of filtration system so all the bugs and leaves were floating. It wasn’t until mid afternoon that an employee went over and skimmed it. The night before leaving I reached out to the host if he could order us a taxi for us the following morning, at 5am. He said he would, yet I had followed up with him 2 hours later. He finally responded letting me know it was ordered. There was no taxi in the morning which was very disappointing. We had to walk to main road with all of our bags and flag one down, not as easy that early.
