- Giovanni (9/5): Amazing spot!! - The staff is amazing. Akiko was very kind and helpful. The position is few steps from a train station literaly on the sea! Highly recommended. During winter is really cold, but this isn't the owners fault.
- Matsumoto (8/5): - リーズナブルで、家族単位でゆっくり過ごせる 古い一軒家の民宿です。
どうしても年季を感じるところがある

- Josephus (10/5): - A beautiful room with a spectacular view. The owner was really friendly and accommodating.

- Josephine (10/5): - Beautiful location beside Omara Bay. The hosts were charming and helpful. Facilities are excellent, stylish and artistic.
- Vicens (9/5): Curta, però fantàstica. - La situació és increïble. Aixecar-se pel matí i veure el mar tan prop es increïble. Realment tot és fantastic si el que busques és la calma. La zona és més rural, però no em va parar de sorprendre.
- Marianne (9/5): It feels truly Japanese, but at the same time welcoming to foreigners as English is no problem - It is really in a very unique location and the owner/host is extremely helpful and warm hearted. There isn’t anything I really didn’t like. I would just want to pre-warn any visitors, arriving by train that you need to be in the first compartment of the train in order to get out at the JR station. This is something I didn’t know, and therefore had to continue until the next station - but kindly enough the host picked me up there and rescued me.
- 郁玟 (10/5): Exceptional - It is a very quiet and beautiful place, suitable for travelers who like scenery. It has an unbeatable sea view and friendly people.
This will definitely be a place full of beautiful memories for me. I highly recommend it.
- William (9/5): Quaint location, super nice owner! - The owner is extremely nice and communicative. We had kind of a strange schedule, and she was very accommodating when it came to our check-in time. She also gave us some amazing recommendations for things to do around the local area that we wouldn't have done otherwise. This location is on a very quiet street and a few minutes walk away from the cute train station. Parking is free. We're glad all the hotels in Nagasaki were so expensive/booked up because it led us to stay in this absolutely beautiful area. The Japanese-style breakfast was 800 yen per person and we were expecting maybe a little bit more food or some coffee considering this hostel is also a cafe. We also didn't ask, so maybe we would have gotten some. Either way, the 7-Eleven is a short drive away and we got some more food there. The private rooms upstairs share a hallway toilet, with the sinks being downstairs (the toilet does have a little sink attached but like the real sinks for teeth brushing are downstairs). We also booked the triple room with the garden view and dining area, and I was pretty confused upon seeing the room because I felt like the view was of the street/parking lot, the "dining area" was a small table, and the room was quite small for a triple room. We peaked at the room across the hallway after the people had checked out, and that room with the ocean view is WAY better than the one we stayed in. I think having more photos of that room on the listing would have managed my expectations.
- Jay (1/5): Not worth to stay - Near train station Need to pay extra 200 yen for each towel, as the room rate is not cheap why they doesn’t include this small charges. Pillow was very very small, didn’t sleep well
- Dollawat (9/5): Superb - Nice & compact room in a japanese house, hidden near train station of Chiwata. You may hard to find choices of eateries since it a bit distant from town, but for easy going person this won’t be a problem.
- 毛 (10/5): Highly recommend - We stay here for 4 nights. The host is sooooo nice. She tried to help us with everything. The room is clean and cozy. Will definitely stay here again.
- Ren (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gabriela (10/5): Sweet little guesthouse right at the station! Very cute and comfortable! I’ll be back if I’m in the area! - Location, comfortable futon, nice mix of old and new!
- Thomas (9/5): Superb -
- Anonymous (8/5): Very good -
- Maor (9/5): Great stay - Great host - kind, helpful, and speaks English. Right by the train station and a nice izakaya bar. Great facilities, and the dorm room was comfy with a nice view. The room is very close to the train tracks, so there could be a noise issue
- Ekawit (9/5): Superb -
- Ute (4/5): Disappointing -
- Ikhlas (10/5): Exceptional - This hostel is such a hidden gem. The amazing hosts went above and beyond to help us settle in, they recommended us the restaurant in front of the station and we had some of the best seafood we've ever tasted. They were also super sweet to our 2 year-old son, and their kindness made him so happy. The hostel itself was very comfortable and conveniently located next to the beautiful Chiwata Station. We had a lovely breakfast before we left and wished we could have stayed for longer. I'd recommend a tour of the area just to be able to stay at this lovely hostel.
- Lucas (10/5): Exceptional -
- Carmen (9/5): Superb - This was supposed to be only a stop-over on our way to Nagasaki but ended up being one of the most memorable experiences of our Japan trip! The location of the hostel is next to the train station right next to the sea. Our hostess was very nice and welcoming. Rooms are simple but nice, the showers and bathrooms are on the first floor (communal). We didn't find any restaurant to have dinner, so our hostess invited us to this "little party" in the town, where a lot of local people gathered, ate curry and made music - we had a lot of fun! Nothing, we enjoyed it very much!
- Whei (7/5): great pit stop with on suite parking - quaint a little out of the way
- Yi (6/5): friendly staff who waited for us til 10+pm. I suggest for solo or couples not for a big group - It is basically next to the beautiful train station There was no shared kitchen for simple boiling of water.
- Martin (10/5): Exceptional -
